Network를 통하여 분산되어 있는 멀티미디어PC들의 사용자간에 개별/공동학습 및 저작을 지원하기 위한 CSCW모형에 대하여 논한다. 이 응용 모형은 사용자나 저작자들이 어떻게 협력할 수 있는지, 다사용자 간의 상호작용을 지원할 수 있는 모드에는 어떤 것이 있는지를 기술한다. 또한 통신과 협력기능을 갖는 하부구조를 기반으로 멀티미디어 인터페이스를 통한 공유작업공간을 구축하고, 헙력하여 복잡한 문제를 해결하는 환경 설계에 대하여 논한다.

본고는 전자업계와 전국경제인연합회, 대한상공회의소, 한국무역협회, 중소기업협동조합중앙회 등 전 경제단체들과 공동으로 저작 재산권자들 만을 위해 제도 자체의 많은 문제점을 내포한 사적복제보상금 제도를 추진하는 것은 경제발전은 물론 사회발전에도 역생한다는 점을 들어 동제도 도입을 철회할 것을 요청한 바 있으나, 이를 계속 추진하고 있어 우리 산업계는 물론 전 경제계의 심각한 우려를 가져와 동제도 도입 추진을 즉시 중지하여 줄 것을 관련업계 연명으로 본회에서 상공자원부, 문화체육부, 경제기획원, 재무부, 대통령 비서실, 국무총리 행정조정실 등에 대정부 건의한 내용을 요약한 것임을 밝힌다. Converging technologies have become a major issue in science policy. This paper describes the current state of scientific collaboration for convergent technologies among researchers in South Korea, by conducting Social Network Analysis (SNA) with the data set of 1,095 researchers who have involved in the development of the convergent technologies. It is found that the researchers in convergent technology are more productive than the researchers in other technology domains. However, the researchers in convergent technologies have small number of collaborators, compared with their productivity. Only a few researchers have a role of the hub in the collaboration networks, meaning that the structure network is closer to than the core than the peripheral. The scientific collaboration network of the convergent technology researchers shows that the members of the network are close to each other, but there is small number of cliques.

WebDAV 프로토콜은 웹상의 공동 저작활동을 지원하기 위한 IETF 표준으로써, 원거리에 있는 사용자들 간에 파일을 공동 편집하고 관리할 수 있도록 해주는 HTTP 프로토콜의 확장이다. 이것은 웹상에서 가상의 작업공간을 구성함으로써, 원격 사용자들 간에 새로운 방식으로 공동작업을 가능하게 한다. 무선 네트워크 기술과 무선 장치의 발달로 이동을 하면서 WebDAV 서버에 접속한 후 협업을 수행한다면 유선 환경보다 효율적인 협업을 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 .NET Compact Framework 환경에서 동작하는 PDA WebDAV 클라이언트를 설계하였다. 본 클라이언트는 무선 네트워크를 지원하는 환경에서 PDA를 이용하여 WebDAV 서버와 HTTP 요청을 통하여 서버 자원을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 PDA WebDAV 클라이언트는 PDA 환경에 맞는 인터페이스를 가져야 하고, 또한 WebDAV 명세를 따라야 한다. PDA WebDAV 클라이언트는 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 PDA를 이용함으로써 자료의 효율적인 공유 및 교환을 통하여 능동적인 협업 환경을 구축 할 수 있다.

This study investigates the various statistical data and measures of coauthorship network in the Korean LIS Research Community such as patterns of coauthorship, structural properties, types of cluster, centrality & impact analysis. This issues are mostly addressed through a Social Network Analysis of articles published from 2000 to 2009(10 years) in Korean Library & Information Science major four Journals. The coauthorship network was constructed and various measures of four centralities, PageRank, Effect size were calculated. The results show three implications. 1) There presents a phenomenon of Pareto's law in the articles publishing counts. 2) The top authors based on publishing counts prefer co-work publishing than solo-publishing. 3) The counts of article publishing are significantly correlated with five measures of network and not correlated with the case of power centrality.

Some Research is actively being done on a web-based collaborative learning system. This is changes in educational paradigm in the knowledge information age. A web-based collaborative learning system for question making is to improve the effect of studying through positive interactions between colleagues and to motivate studying through group competitions. This system is designed to active and self-leading studying when a learner do collaborative learning for question making in group. This system can help initiate and active studying to learner through a course of collaborative learning for question making. It can be used to achieve collaborative learning in various ways.

In this digital environment, license contracting and technical protection measure are being used by copyright holders as a means to restrict the rights of information users. The study reviewed the conflicting relationship between the copyright law and the contract law for digital resources the use of which is based on license contracting, and investigated the legal interpretations of the conflicting relationship between the two. And then based on the analysis of IF LA's position on copyright in the digital environment, the study suggested the expected role of librarians to cope with the technological overrides of copyright rules and to expand the rights of information users.

In undeniable digital signature scheme, the signature can not be verified without the signer's cooperation. The undeniable signature scheme can be used to computerize many applications which can not be done by a conventional digital signature scheme. In this study, we propose the undeniable digital multi-signature scheme which requires many signers and designated verifier The multi-signature can be verified only in cooperation with all signers. The proposed scheme satisfies undeniable property and it is secure against active attacks such as modification and denial of the multi-signature by signers. We also propose copyright protection method of co-authored digital contents as an application of the proposed scheme.

웹데브(WebDAV)는 웹상의 분산 저작활동을 지원하기 위한 IETF의 표준 프로토콜이며 최근 발표된 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜은 웹데브 서버에 의하여 관리되는 자원과 이들의 속성에 대한 접근을 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이를 이용하여 협업 시스템을 구성하면 높은 수준의 그룹작업을 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 기반으로 협업작업을 하는 사용자들 간의 자료 교환이나 공유를 체계적으로 지원하는 협업 시스템인 CoSlide의 개발에 대하여 기술하다. 협업에 필요한 자원을 효과적이면서도 안전하게 관리하기 위하여 CoSlide 협업시스템에서 지원하는 작업장의 종류는 다음과 같다. 개인이 작업한 자료를 등록하고 관리할 수 있는 공개작업장, 협업시스템 서버에 소속되지 않은 사용자들이 협업에 참가하여 공동의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 공개작업장 그리고 공동의 과제를 수행하는 작업그룹을 위한 작업공간인 그룹작업장이 있다. 이러한 협업작업의 지원을 위하여 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 지원하는 웹데브 서버인 Jakarta Slide를 이용하여 CoSlide 협업시스템 서버를 구축하였으며,.Net 프레임워크 기반의 협업시스템 전용 클라이언트인 CoSlide 클라이언트를 개발하였다.

This study aims to analyze the relevance between oral health practices and oral discomforts of the elderly in an urban-rural area by surveying the elderly in welfare centers for the Elderly-continued oral health care program. The result shows that the elderly brush their teeth under regular oral care, and practice oral health life by scaling for the prevention of periodontal disease. Most of the elderly who drink alcohol have experienced implant care and tend to quit drinking after the treatment, and seemed to get their oral discomfort relieved. However, no relevance is found between implant experiences and social discomfort. Furthermore, the elderly who had bad breath expressed pronunciation, taste, pain and chewing discomfort, and social discomfort (P>.05). The educational level of the elderly did not have an impact on oral discomfort, but smoking, chewing and bad breath discomfort seemed to be related to social discomfort(P>.05). Therefore, since oral discomfort of the elderly causes social discomfort which decreases their quality of living, we recommend oral health departments of local governments to help the elderly maintain happy lives by continuing to study the practical use of reducing oral discomfort.
