중수도란 한번 사용한 물을 어떤 형태로든 한번 혹은 반복적으로 사용하는 물을 말하며 수도법 제3조에서는 사용한 수돗물을 생활용수, 공업용수 등으로 재활용 할 수 있도록 다시 처리한물을 중수라고 하며 이의 처리시설, 급배수시설, 이용 설비 등을 총체적으로 중수도라고 한다. 국내에서 중수도 시스템을 적용한 최초의 공동주택으로는 '93년 9월에 준공된 산본주공아파트(3개동 415세대)가 최초이며, '94년 1월 현대산업개발에서 군산나운아파트 1개동에 설치한 것이 전부이며 현재는 시설을 운영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다.

In this paper, the u-Service system that is based on location-aware technology is designed and implemented for a silver town. On the real silver town the developed system has been employed and tested to provide convenient and secure living for residents. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for hospital, high-rising complex building, APT, etc.

The purpose of this study is to survey the outdoor living space of apartment housing complexes in Daejeon area and to find out the degree of satisfaction, the frequency of use, the preference of facilities and the degree of importance. This study insists that the recognition about the residents' changing demands and interests be considered more important than the aesthetic design. Moreover, it can be proposed as the basic resource which can be used for the social demands. Therefore, various perspectives about the outdoor living space of apartment housing complexes can play an vital role in improving the design process and developing better residential environment.

Currently, China's urban space is gradually changing from gradual development to inventory transformation. The planning and development goals of urban communities have also shifted from material space construction to the direction of sustainable development of humanities and society. Currently, community planning and construction at a single latitude, which focuses on residential life, overlooks the multidimensional elements of community life production, causing many problems such as cold relationships between communities and difficulties in forming relationships between humans and the environment. Therefore, this article re-recognizes the sociality of the community in the continuous unification of the community in time and space, clarifies the central and private aspects of the community, and re-explores the dynamic creation and methods of the community as the starting point of daily life.

Recently, many people perform jobs including study and work within a common indoor space. Yet this space could have an adverse effect on operational efficiency as well as health because of many pollution factors. So maintaining a pleasant environment in the common space is important. In this thesis we study the integrated environment management system for better living conditions. This system analyzes and manages harmful environmental factors to make more pleasant environment in office, library or classroom. The proposed indoor environment management system will provide a pleasant environment by monitoring the indoor environment and driving the actuator in real time. In addition, it can be applicable to different types of indoor space to reach solutions to raise recognition of indoor environment pollution by people.

This paper investigates how narrative folk songs have been transmitted and enjoyed through literature data and field research, and discusses their educational significance. Narrative folk songs have changed from songs that were enjoyed by common women to songs enjoyed by upper class men according to the times. They have ranged from tragic songs lamenting hardships to comic songs that relieve oppression, depending on the performance situation. Moreover, narrative folk songs have been enjoyed through media transmission beyond traditional custom. Narrative folk songs have not been enjoyed in one fixed way, but rather in various ways depending on the situation, so they have functioned to enable common women, who are their main singers, to share emotions, communicate, and maintain their community. Therefore, in literature education, narrative folk songs can be used as very appropriate materials for learners to reflect on themselves, communicate with others and contribute to desirable community life. By experiencing the various ways of enjoying narrative folk songs, learners will be able to grow into subjects who actively solve their own problems and those of their communities.

Generally, regime shift occurs less frequently than policy change and/or government change. Regime shift needs alterations and changes along the three critical components which constitute a domestic regime: (1) the character of the socioeconomic coalition that rules the country; (2) the political and economic institutions through which power is acquired and exercised; and (3) the public policy profile that give political direction to the nation. This paper tries to examine characteristics of the welfare regime of Korea, and explore policy reform options for the welfare regime shift in Korea. From the viewpoint of livelihood security perspective, I firstly tries to examine development process of Korean welfare regime and specify the main characteristics of that regime. Secondly, I present three policy reform options: (1) reform of the formal political institutions such as electoral system and government type; (2) restructuring of the composition of government expenditure structure; and (3) reduction of the informal employment. These three policy reform options are related to the alteration of socioeconomic coalitions and the changes of the political and economic institutions. Instead of concluding remarks, I finally suggest two debate topics to the round table discussion.

1. 문제점(Setting of Problems) 산업의 급진적인 진보는 고도의 기술사회(high-tech societies)를 창출해 내었고, 이로 인해 생산양식뿐만 아니라, 가치체계 및 생활양식이 급진적으로 변화하였다. 동시에, 산업화 및 생활수준의 향상은 인구통계학적 변천(demographic transition)을 가져와, 인구의 노령화가 이루어졌다. 산업화에 의해 발생된 이러한 현상들, 즉 가치체계의 변화와 인구의 노령화가 바로 문제의 핵심인 것이다. 산업화는 효율(efficiency)에 높은 가치를 부여함으로써, 정신적인 인간관계측면의 중요성을 무시하고, 노령화란 다차원적(multi-dimensional) 문제를 일으켰다. 이러한 문제들의 해결책으로서 서구적인 가치개념은 노인들의 생활의 질(quality of life)를 향상시키지 못한 것으로 생각된다. 따라서, 물질적인 면 이외에 정신적인 면의 접근법을 필요로 하게 되는 것이다. 2. 연구의 목적(Objective of the Study) 이 연구의 목적은 한국에 있어서의 인구의 노령화의 원인과 결과에 대한 연구를 하는데 있다. 이러한 연구에 의해 노령화라는 다차원적 문제에 대한 지식을 얻으므로써, 사회, 공동체 및 가족 수준에서의 노령화 문제를 다루는데 있어 비서구적 접근법 및 정책적 전략에 관한 방안을 제시하게 되기를 희망한다. 3. 방법론(Methodology) 1) 자료 수집(Data Collection) 자료는 다음 세가지 원천으로 부터 얻어졌다. 첫째, 출판된 자료 및 회의서류 둘째, 한국보건사회연구원과의 협조로 행해진 설문지 조사 셋째, 자체 연구팀에 의해 행해진 면담 2) 자료분석(Data Analysis) 인과분석(cause-effect types of analysis)은 probit, logit, path analyses에 의해 행해졌다. 이 연구논문에는 trend analysis의 결과는 제시되지 않았는데, 이는 다양한 정부기관에 의해 출간된 분석들과 유사하기 때문이다. 4. 연구분석의 결과 첫째, 경제적 요인은 노인들의 생활상태를 결정하는데 가장 중요한 요인이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 노인의 사회적인 통합이 강할수록 보다 행복한 생활을 영위하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성(sex), 교육정도, 주거지역 등이 노인의 고용상태 및 소득수준과 큰 관계가 있다. 넷째, 교육정도, 사회적 결합(social integration) 등이 건강상태와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 다섯째, 사회적 통합, 건강상태, 독립심 등이 노인의 정서적 상태에 큰 영향을 미친다.

The inter­relationship of Korea southeast region community related to a mask dramas in depth. The Folk mask dramas are, for traditional community members to live well and enjoy cultural practices in society. Even if a mask drama would be performed in the 21st century, it would be the one of traditional society. It shows the life of traditional society and proposes the issue of traditional society. The thing is handed down well with technology of a mask drama assigned as intangible cultural asset. The Korea southeast region, Kyongsang Provinces, or Yeongnam area has been handed down several kind of mask dramas. These are Byeolsingut Talnori with religious, the Ogwangdae of wandering play team, the Ogwangdae of local residents, and the Dulnorum of local residents. The mask dramas of Korea southeast region are specified as intangible cultural asset, many traditional mask play were restored. The restoring is imitation. These things are difficult to assigned as the intangible cultural asset. But though it is the imitation of the mask dramas, it is culture phenomenon. So we need to make the fostering system.

Community centers, silver towns and resting places are representative community facilities in rural villages. These community facilities affect villagers directly or indirectly in terms of life quality. Current community facilities of rural village are in poor condition in spite of their importance. In particular, the small size of community facilities and standardized programs are common issues in rural villages. As a result, it is necessary to research and investigate the improvement of community spaces and provide a variety of community activities. The purpose of this research is to provide appropriate area standards for 5 category community facilities(community centers, sliver towns, resting places, community yards, gymnasiums and recreation areas) and also to provide basic information for future village planning. The precedent study of community facilities was investigated. In addition, 25 rural villages in 5 districts were investigated regarding their facility conditions and current community satisfaction. As a result, appropriate rural village area standards are provided. The research results of the community facility standards are almost higher than the current representative community facilities average area. This is expected to improve the community facility environment, people's activities and to increase the growth of awareness in community.
