This study aimed to explore the life experiences of youth with intellectual disabilities in residential facilities. The residential facilities in this study include large scale residential facilities where many residents live and a group home where a few residents live. This study used a qualitative research method; the youth participants were selected from the recommendations of professional groups, and interviewed using the focus group and individual interview methods. In addition, social workers and parents were interviewed to complement interviews of youth with intellectual disabilities. According to the results, the following main themes were extracted from the experiences of youth with intellectual disabilities who live in residential facilities: 'restricted lives by strict rules', 'limitation of individual lives and choice experiences', 'not being respected' at large scale residential facilities, and 'starting independent living', 'a still hardship of independence', 'a tranquil life like home', 'difficulties of communal living' at the group home. Also, they have common experiences in both types of residential facilities: 'depending on each other', 'missing their family', 'being excluded from peer groups at school', 'not wanting to be known as living at residential facilities'. The implication of this study results are for the policy making, and the actual practices were discussed focusing on their right and well-being.

Due to frequent fire incidents in underground culverts, many live are lost and the function of city is paralyzed, and consequently they bring tremendous damages to fortunes and live of people. It brings my attention that there are many problems presented when the current standard of smoke prevention facility is applied to prevent fire. Among many methods to prevent smoke in underground culverts this study concentrates on water-mist method witch is not currently applied in Korea and introduces installation method.

인류의 생활터전인 공간과 시간에 대한 정보화를 통해 수치지도, 위성영상 등의 공간정보 활용이 급증하는 추세이다. 공간정보 처리 기술은 각각의 활용분야에 따라 제각기 발전하여 실제 업무에 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 각각의 독립적인 분야별 발전은 한계에 다다르기 마련이어서 공간정보를 통합함으로써 상승효과를 얻기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공간정보를 처리하는 GIS, SIIS, GNSS, ITS의 단위 기술들을 통합하기 위한 4S 기술에 대해 언급하고 공간정보를 연계하여 공동활용하기 위한 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 및 4S 핵심 컴포넌트에 대해 살펴본다. 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 기술은 저장형식과 상관없이 표준화된 인터페이스를 제공하여 공간정보를 공동활용하기 위한 기술이다. 4S 핵심 컴포넌트 기술은 단위 기술별로 공통된 핵심 기능들을 정의하고 컴포넌트로 개발하는 것이다. 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트 및 4S 핵심 컴포넌트 기술은 상이한 공간정보를 연계하는 응용 시스템 개발시에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 요구되는 기능에 해당하는 컴포넌트들을 조립식 블록처럼 조합하여 사용할 수 있도록 해준다.

The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

본 논문에서는 도시공해 방지를 위해 도시가스를 사용하는 경우 거주자의 생활 수준이나 단지의 밀도 및 난방부하 설정 등에 다소 차이는 있으나 소규모 고층아파트(공동주택)의 난방방식중 중앙난방 방식과 개별난방 방식의 초기 시설비, 연료비, 시설 관리비의 경제성을 검토하고 난방 시스템의 지침을 제시하였다. 전체 공사비(초기투자비)는 개별난방 방식이 중앙난방 방식 보다 약2$\%$정도 절감 되었다. 난방비와 시설관리에 따른 인건비 면에서도 난방의 경우 개별난방 방식이 중앙 난방방식에 비하여 난방과 하절기 운수만을 별도로 사용하는 경우 개별난방방식이 중앙난방방식보다 난방비가 9$\%$정도 더 들었으며, 시설관리 인건비 면에서는 중앙 난방 방식보다 개별난방 방식이 66.7$\%$ 적게 들었다. 전체적으로 중앙난방 방식보다 개별난방 방식이 초기투자비 및 유지관리 면에서 경제성이 우수함이 확인되었다. 본지에서는 삼익건설 기획관리부 홍도유 과장이 $\ulcorner$공동주택에 있어서 중앙식과 개별식 가스난방의 경제적 특성에 관한 연구$\lrcorner$ 자료를 지난 1월호엔 지면관계로 게재하지 못했음을 알려 드린다.

LH공사가 인천광역시 서창지구에 총 약 210만$m^2$ 규모, 1만4천여 가구, 약 5만여명이 거주하는 대규모 자족도시 단지를 조성하고 국민 공동주택을 공급하고 있다. 인천 서창지구는 인천의 대표적 주말 나들이 공원인 인천대공원이 근접해 있고 장아산, 거마산, 관모산, 장수천 등 산과 들, 습지(그린)와 바다(블루)로 둘러싸여 있으며, 시립미추홀도서관, 문학경기장, 문화예술회관, 길병원, 백화점, 인천터미널, 남동구청, 인천시청 등 풍부한 생활인프라와 함께 고속도로, 지하철 및 각종 도로가 결합된 멀티 교통망을 두루 갖춘 친환경 생태 해양 문화도시(Ecological & Culture Ocean City)이다. 해성산업개발(주)(대표 이연풍)는 서창2지구 중 1블럭 아파트 기계설비공사를 지난 해 10월 완공 후 3월 6일 입주 전까지 5개월간 최종 점검을 마쳤다. 이 현장은 LH공사가 주계약자 공동도급 시범사업으로 선정한 3개 현장 중 한곳으로 기계설비 건설업계의 관심이 집중된 곳이다. 본지는 입주 전 최종점검을 마친 현장에서 해성산업개발(주)(대표 이연풍) 안선준 기계 부장을 만나 시공 및 주계약자 공동도급에 대한 얘기를 들어보았다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the collective psychological ownership (CPO) of the board of directors of cooperatives on organizational performance, and to find out the mediator effect of shared leadership between CPO and organizational performance. In this study, we collected a data set of the survey of 453 directors from 78 local consumer cooperatives of iCOOP Korea. The study found that the CPO of the board of directors of consumer cooperatives had a positive impact on the social performance and activity performance of the organization. More importantly, the mediator effect of shared leadership between CPO and performance was statistically significant. These results suggest that strengthening CPO on the board is necessary for the performance of co-operatives, and that shared leadership is an important medium for linking CPO to performance.

The purpose of this study is first, to explore the level of codependency among social work related professionals since codependency of professionals in the field has not been explored much in Korea. Second purpose is to examine whether codependency affects the level of burnout. Last purpose is to examine moderating effects of the Sex-role attitude on the relationship between codependency and burnout. Data were collected from the 11th of December in 2014 until the 28th of February in the following year. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to care professionals practicing in social work institutions in Daejeon City and Choongcheong province, via email and mail. In addition, surveys were administered at several continuing education training venues. Instruments used for this study include CODAT(Codependency Assessment Tool) developed by Hughes-Hammer and colleagues in 1998, MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) developed by Maslach and Jackson in 1981, and SRA(Sex Role Attitude) developed by Osmond and Maryin in 1975. In total, 368 surveys were used for final analysis. The results include that gender did not have statistically significant relationship with the overall codependency, however, male showed statistically higher score than female in one of subscales of codependency called hiding oneself. Workers in the residential settings showed higher level of codependency than those in non-residential settings, especially in the subscale of Other focus or Self-neglect. Codependency showed a strong relationship with Burnout. Among the five-factor structure of the CODAT, Medical problem, Low Self-worth and Family of Origin showed strong relationship with the Burnout score. And the moderating effects of Sex-role Attitude showed a statistically significant relationship between codependency and burnout. Conservative sex-role attitude amplified the level of burnout on the relationship between codependency and burnout. Based on the result, educational and policy implications were made in order to prevent burnout among social work related professionals.
