  • 정보통신기술과 e-Business의 급속한 발전으로 정보통신서비스를 구성하는 가지사슬과 환경이 빠르게 변화하고 있지만 정보통신서비스 사업자들이 e-Business 도입으로 경쟁력을 향상시키는데는 많은 제약이 존재한다. 특히, 사업자들의 비즈니스 환경이 e-Business 참여를 위한 표준화가 되어 있지 않다는 것이 시급한 문제이다. 이중에서도 메시지교환, 전자카탈로그 등의 단위기술에 대한 표준과 방향은 지속적으로 제시되어 왔지만, 실제 사업자간 발생하는 거래의 형태와 이때 필요한 문서 등에 대한 정의는 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신서비스에서의 사업자간 비즈니스 프로세스 표준모델을 제시함으로써 사업자간 프로세스에 대한 표준화와 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 정보통신서비스의 공급망을 구성하는 사업 영역을 고객에게 제공되는 서비스 형태를 중심으로 분류하여 정의하고, 각 사업 영역별 프로세스의 유령이 구분되는 사업자 단위를 도출하여 그 관계를 정의한다. 그 결과로서. 각 사업자간에 발생하는 비즈니스 프로세스와 문서를 선정하여 표준화와의 이슈와 대안을 제시한다.

A Study on logistics Performance Index andSupply Chain Tracking Data during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Covid-19 팬데믹시기 물류성과지수와 공급망 추적 데이터에 대한 고찰)

  • The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on global logistics and supply chains, leading to major discrepancies in logistics performance across countries worldwide. Through an examination of logistics performance index and supply chain tracking data, this study aimed to identify the changes in global supply chains and logistics environments during the pandemic. The analysis of the logistics performance index showed that overall, countries around the world, especially developed nations, showed improvements in metrics such as customs and border management efficiency, the quality of trade and transport infrastructure, capability and quality of logistics services, and cargo tracking abilities. However, the competitive pricing feasibility of international transportation and the on-time delivery frequency of goods saw a decline due to the pandemic's effects. The supply chain tracking data revealed that ports in Asian countries demonstrated high processing efficiency. In contrast, the U.S. and European countries took comparatively more time. Particularly for air cargo, parcels, and express shipments, the U.S. showed relatively longer processing times, leading to logistical delays. In conclusion, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Asian countries maintained relatively high efficiency in their logistics and trade environments. Conversely, the U.S. and some European countries showed delays and decreased efficiency in various metrics. In the future, efforts should be made to address delays and congestion, namely, the deceleration of logistics processes.

  • Most biofuel companies are in a small scale with short experience of operating the entire supply chain. In order to compete with existing fossil fuel competitors, renewable companies should be more responsive to demand. It is financially important to reflect this in the decision supporting system of the company. This paper addresses an evolutionary algorithm based methodology for the distribution problem of renewable energies. A numerical example was presented to illustrate the applicability of the proposed methodology with some remarks.

  • This paper considers an integrated scheduling problem for consecutive production and delivery stages in a two-stage supply chain. The Production is performed on a single facility and then the finished products are delivered to the customer by capacitated multiple vehicles. The objective of this paper is to obtain job sequencing and delivery batching minimizing the total cost of the associated WIP inventory, finished product inventory and delivery. The inventory cost is characterized by the sum of weighted flowtime. The delivery cost is proportional to the required number of delivery batches. Some polynomial-solvable cases are derived. For the general case, two efficient heuristic algorithms are suggested, and then the heuristics are tested through some numerical experiments.

  • The past researches focused on the supply chain network that consists of factories, distribution centers and retailers for single product type. This research is required because the factory for single product type is advanced to reconfigurable type in order to produce various products, according to customers' various purchase forms and time. This research is also required because in the past researches, the material flows from factories to distribution centers and from distribution centers to retailers, but recently, there are material flows between distribution centers. The supply chain network in this research consists of reconfigurable manufacturing system, multi-layered distribution centers, and retailers. A simulator is developed to analyze the material flow on the supply chain network. The developed simulator is web-based designed by using Java Server Page and MS-SQL, so as to maximize the convenience for users.

  • 본 연구는 가격 및 수요 불확실성하의 강건한 (robust) 생산 및 수송 전략을 수립함으로써 수요 및 가격 불확실성이 존재하는 TFT-LCD 제조업 공급사슬망의 의사결정 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 품질로 구분되는 제품들의 생산, 재고 및 물류에 관한 의사결정을 조정하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 생산용량 제약, 해상/항공 수송 리드타임 및 용량 제약 등의 현실적인 제약조건들 이외에 시나리오 모델을 이용하여 수요 및 가격 불확실성을 함께 반영하는 확률적 혼합정수선형계획법모형들을 개발한다. 또한 이들 모형들의 효율적 솔루션을 위해 제안한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하도록 한다.

Supply Chain Network Design - a Model and its Applications (공급사슬망 설계를 위한 수리모형 수립 및 응용)

  • Great effort has been exerted to redesign the supply chain network as a means to improve corporate competitiveness. In this study, we present a mathematical model and a solution system to help redesign corporate logistics networks. The objective of the model is to minimize total logistics costs. We applied the solution system to real problem cases. We use the model and the concept to develop decision support system that is based on C++ with the use of CPLEX callable library as a solution engine. We tested and verified the DSS for redesigning the network of a large Korean electronics company. Through various scenario analyses. we recommend to redesign their supply chain network that demonstrates the possibility of substantial logistics cost savings.

  • Supply chain including transportation expend the 21% of domestic energy consumption. It is necessary to diminish the excess energy usage at entire supply chain. This paper deals with the application of MFCA(Material Flow Cost Accounting) for SCM to save energy consumption. We construct the material center corresponding to each logistics function in order to apply the MFCA for GCM(Green Chain Management). We also construct the MFCA framework which consists of MFCA Database Management, MFCA Visualization, GCM Data Integration, GCM Data Tracking, and MFCA Data Predict & Assignment. We expect to help determining the range of logistics function to apply the MFCA for GCM.

  • A value net is a business design that uses digital supply chain concepts to achieve both superior customer satisfaction and company profitability. In order to implement the value net model, information processing and distribution needs to occur in real time. Software agent technology is becoming popular due to the inherent characteristics of autonomy, distributedness and modularity. In this paper, we adopt agent technology to handle all real time decision process, making the value net model a complex multi-agent network of decision makers. For the agents to properly coordinate their respective activities we develop MAVN model, a Web-based multi-agent language grounded in the XML and Java.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of GVC Participation and Governance Type on Export Performance in Korean Manufacturing Companies (한국 제조기업의 GVC참여와 거버넌스 유형이 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • This study is an empirical analysis of export performance according to the type of GVC participation and governance of Korean manufacturing companies. Based on panel data from KOSPI listed firms, it was analyzed that relational investment, information exchange, and innovation affect the level of supply chain integration and corporate performance with the moderating role of trust. In addition, it was found that the degree of integration of the supply chain affects GSCM's performance and export performance. In case of the type of GVC governance, it was analyzed that the higher the integration strength, the higher the performance compared to other types. This result shows that trust-based supply chain integration and continuous GVC investment are very important. This explains that high levels of GVC governance, along with high integration strength, can lead to successful GSCM performance. Innovative investment strategies based on the relationship capabilities and trust levels of GVC participating companies can have a positive effect on the degree of global partnership formation and integration.
