A construction supply chain needs an integrated information system, as the general contractor and subcontractors must communicate regularly with one another and share a substantial amount of information in their cooperative work. In the construction industry, supply chain management is necessary in the management of a system, including business process improvement, participant-oriented management, and the supply chain. This research proposed a supporting system and developed the prototype focusing on materials that play an important role in the supply chain. Construction projects are managed mainly through schedule management. As such, supply chain management should be linked with schedule management. The research implemented a prototype of the supporting system for construction supply chain management. The prototype was implemented in Microsoft Project using VBA, including a simulation tool based on @Risk for Project.

본 논문에서는 오늘날의 경쟁적인 경영환경은 기업들이 공급사슬을 어떻게 관리할 지에 더욱더 관심을 기울이고 있다. 고객들은 제품을 구매하는 데 있어 보다 큰 가치, 보다 빠른 주문여행, 그리고 보다 적극적인 서비스를 강조하고 있다. 공급사슬 관리 응용시스템의 실행과 성과측정을 알아보고 수요주도의 공급사슬 방식을 통하여 공급사슬관리시스템의 비즈니스 운영과 그 가치를 도출하고자 하였다.

Recently many manufacturing companies have tried to implement the Supply Chain Management system to enhance productivity with low cost. Generally the SCM system is implemented on the basis of ERP system. So it is necessary to find out the relationships between these two Information systems to make sure that the SCM system is implied successfully in the company. The goal of this paper is to find out how the Enterprise Resource Planning system's maturity affects on the implementation intension of Supply Chain Management system in manufacturing companies in korea. To achieve this goal, the empirical research about influence of ERP system on SCM system was carried out. The result of this research can be usefully referred in decision making process for the successful implementation of the SCM system in manufacturing company.

This paper aimed to analyze the factors affecting on the implementation of supply chain management (SCM) system of manufacturing company in Korea. For preparation of the data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires with 5 Likert's scale were performed to the 125 manufacturing companies in Korea. The affecting factors on the implementation of SCM system were crystallized through factor analysis methods. And the correlations between factors were analyzed with structural equation model (SEM). The factors affecting on the implementation of SCM system are company's IT-competence and relationship with supply chains. This paper could contribute to show the guideline for the successful implementation of SCM system to the korean manufacturing company.

오늘날의 기업들은 글로벌 갱쟁환경과 고객 기대수준의 상승 등의 이유로 글로벌 소싱 및 기업간 전략적 제휴나 협업 등에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)는 기업과 기업, 기업과 고객 사이의 물류와 정보로 이어진 네트워크를 가능하게 실현할 수 있는 혁신기법이다. 본 논문에서는 공급사슬구조를 하나의 네트워크로 파악하여 공급네트워크, 전환네트워크, 유통네트워크라는 유형으로 구분하였고, 공급사슬구조에 따라 SCM 활동에 차이가 있으며, 경영성과에도 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재까지 사례연구로 행해지던 네트워크의 분류를 이용하여 각 공급사슬구조에 따른 SCM의 활동 및 경영성과에는 차이가 있음 실증분석을 통하여 입증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

환경 친화적인 공급 사슬 관리에 관한 주제는 최근 기업들이 보다 적극적으로 생산성과 기업 이미지를 높이고 총비용을 절감하기 위한 목적으로 적극적인 관심을 가지게 되었다. 적극적이란 공급 사슬 전체에 걸쳐 환경 친화적인 제품을 개발하고, 효율적인 리사이클링 활동을 기업의 중요한 전략으로 하고자 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경 친화적 공급 사슬 관리의 배경, 논리적 근거, 전략 그리고 공급 사슬을 구성하고 있는 여러 요소들의 친 환경적인 대응 방법 및 시스템을 전체적인 공급 사슬 관점에서 조명하고 분석해 보고자 한다.

Many business managers claim that treasury management is their leading concern. Managing cash flows is the center of treasury management. However, in reality, companies has experienced the difficulty in monitoring and controling this flow initiated by business transactions. To resolve this problem, Webcash Inc. developed an innovative systems called Branch Solution. Branch Solution stands in between banking systems and a company's ERP system to connect them. This system provides the company with an ability to control the financial flow in accordance with the physical flow of materials. Due to this solution many companies accomplish a high efficiency and visibility in their cash management. This study analyses a treasury management case from the perspective of supply-chain processes integration.

The goal of this paper is to set up the rank list of the critical success factors according to its weights. To get the empirical data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires were performed. This research is carried out in two steps. At first step, the critical success factors(CSF) are crystallized through factor analysis methods. To find out the weights and ranks of critical success factors in second step, the analytical hierarchical process(AHP) method were performed. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance and success of SCM. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Supply Chain Management System in korean manufacturing company.

The purpose of the present study is to analyze how and to what degree multinational companies organize and operate their supply chains in accordance with the strategic resource of knowledge in their multinational management, and what kind of influence knowledge oriented global supply chain management has on the management performance of multinational corporations. For this purpose, the current research proposed a measurement model to provide specific shape to the concept of knowledge oriented global supply chain management by adopting the knowledge creation process proposed by Nonaka (1994), and conducted an empirical analysis of what kind of impact the knowledge management system and the knowledge creation process of companies have on the performance of their global supply chain management. The result of the empirical analysis of 113 multinational companies verified the validity and reliability of the measurement model proposed in this study. In addition, the comparative study of the sampled companies by grouping them according to the level of knowledge orientation in global supply chain management indicated that the enterprises that effectively manage the knowledge created within the global supply chain presented overall superiority on the performance of global supply chain management.
