이연구의 목적은 공공가정이 사적이 개별가정과 마찬가지로 가정관리학의 주된 연 구의 대상으로 인식되어야 한다는 것을 소개하고 가정관리학에 있어서 공공가정론이 갖는 의미와 그 전개의 방향성에 대하여 모색하는데 있다. 또한 공공가정론 연구의 도입과 적용 을 통하여 공공가정을 관리하는 전문가를 양성함으로써, 가정관리학과 연구영역이 확대되고 취업에의 가능성이 증대도며 동시에 변화하는 사회적 요구를 충족시킬수 있다는 면에서 공공가정론의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 공공가정의 개념을 정립하고, 공공가정론의 기본구성가 내용을 살펴봄으로써 가정관리학에서 공공가정론을 도입, 전개시킬수 있는 실천적 토대를 제시하고자 한다. 특히 공공가정이 가정복지의 한 실천수단이 된다는 의미에서, 기존의 가정복지에 대한 논의와 관련하여 공공가정의 정체성을 파악하고, 공공가정론의 연구방향성을 중심으로 공공가정이라 는 연구대상에 대하여 집중적으로 고찰하고자 한다.

This study presents the institutional households as an object of research from german society, discussing their social necessity and development scheme. The results of the study will be useful informations for systematic researchs according to institutional household in South Korea. In recent years, the social functions of the institutional household have become an important issue in South Korea. In this respect, the requirements of customers, and other interested parties with regard to these institutions have changed, which results in a different general framework for the management of these institutions. For this reason, courses in the Economics of the Institutional Household were established as part of the Department of Private Household at some universities in South Korea. In order to assure the continuous development of the research on Economics of Institutional Household theoretical and practical support from different arise is required. In particular, three issues aries here: 1. the structure of the curriculum and the possibilities for its development in universities, 2. interdisciplinary research on the Economics of the Institutional Households in cooperation with other departments, 3. continuing cooperation between institutions and universities.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 유형별 공공성 수준 차이를 살펴보고, 공공성에 영향을 미치는 어린이집 특성을 알아보는 데 있다. 구체적으로, 어린이집 운영의 공공성 구성요소별 수준을 파악하기 위한 문항을 개발하고, 이를 통해 어린이집 유형별 차이를 살펴보았으며, 어린이집 운영의 공공성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 어린이집 총 511개소로, 국공립어린이집 108개소, 법인어린이집 110개소, 민간어린이집 101개소, 가정어린이집 80개소, 공공형어린이집 121개소이다. 자료 분석을 위하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, F검증, Duncan 사후검증, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 국공립어린이집이 보편성, 참여성, 투명성이 가장 높고, 공공형어린이집은 공개성이 가장 높았다. 반면에 민간과 가정 어린이집은 모든 공공성 구성요소에서 가장 낮은 수준을 나타내었다. 둘째, 어린이집 운영의 공공성 구성요소, 즉 보편성은 국공립어린이집과 대도시나 중소도시에 소재할수록 높았고, 공개성은 반대로 법인, 민간, 가정 어린이집일수록 낮았으며, 투명성과 참여성은 국공립과 법인 어린이이며, 정원충족률이 높을수록 높았다. 어린이집에 대한 지원 확대와 이에 대한 정부의 관리감독이 수반되며, 어린이집 운영의 공공성 확보를 이룰 수 있음을 시사하였다.

This is succeeding Study of 'A Study on the Basic Framework and Program Development for Establishment of Institutional Household Manager System -Focused on the Curriculum'. This study focused on the needs analysis of manager and user of institutional household. Data were collected by individual interview, from 47 managers and 84 users of institutional household in Seoul, Pusan & Kyungnam, Taegu & Kyungbuk province. The results were as follows; there were differences in the demands of manager and user of institutional household management, manager's needs of Institutional Household Manager lower than user, the manager of Domitory. Training Institute showed higher than Nursery School and Public Welfare Facilities.

This study is to design aged institutional household on a small scale, also the purpose of this study is to provide basic material for management of small scale institutional household and policy establishment that could help the aged well-being. Design of research is accomplished after the review of related literatures. The propositions of design are 3s follows; region：seoul suburbs(2 hours' distance) building：fourth stories(The building-to-land ratio 25％, capacious ratio 100％, in environmental affinity.) object：75 years and over aged 15 women cost：deposit and living month expenses contract between the manager and the desired occupant or concerned family term of validity：As long as occupant want.

This study identifies the research-object of institutional household and differenciates the family resource management perspectives from the business administration perspectives in the area of management study. This study concludes : for the development of the advanced studies on 'institutional household management' in family resource management the theoretical investigations must be accompanied with the practical work for the enforcement of institutional household manager.

노사분쟁과 협상에 대한 경제학의 전형화된 이론은 비대칭 정보 협상이론이다. 전형화된 이론은 논리적인 일관성을 가지고 있지만, 협상의 현실을 보다 정확하게 설명하기 위해서는 심리경제학에 토대를 둔 새로운 협상이론과 타학문 분야에서 진행되어 왔던 협상의 실제에 대한 연구결과를 수용할 필요가 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본고는 새로운 협상이론과 협상의 실제에 대한연구결과들을 살펴보고 전형화된 이론과의 접목 가능성을 검토한다. 새로운 협상이론은 전형화된 이론의 핵심적 가정인 정보의 비대칭성 문제가 협상당사자의 인식과 깊은 관련이 있다는 점을 보여주고 있다. 또한 협상의 실제에 대한 연구결과들은 당사자들이 제안을 주고 받는 과정이 전형화된 이론이 가정하고 있듯이 기계적으로 이루어지기 어렵다는 점을 보여준다. 그리고 협상의 실제에 대한 연구결과들을 노사관계가 불안한 공공부문의 노사분쟁에 적용함으로써 민간부문과 공공부문의 노사분쟁과 협상의 차이점을 보다 명확하게 설명하고 있다.

Needs fulfillment is one of the most critical concepts in defining and managing an Institutional Household (IH). Though most major studies in the field have emphasized the importance of needs fulfillment, few studies have focused on the concrete concept and/or strategy for needs fulfillment. This study delved into elaborated concepts and management strategies for needs fulfillment in IH. First, the paper redefined the concept of customers' needs for IH by contrasting the basic needs as a human being with those provided by the family and the employees' needs within IH. The paper dimensionalized the needs and matched them with specific management aspects of IH. Based on the refined concepts of needs, the second part of the paper dealt with the management strategies for needs fulfillment in IH. Needs fulfillment management strategies were discussed in three aspects: needs assessment, needs fulfillment program performance, and program evaluation. Finally, the authors discussed how needs fulfillment management discussed in this paper could be applied to the curriculum development for educating and licensing IH Managers.
