종이지도, CAD 도면, 항공사진과 같은 형태로 구축되어 있는 저수지 퇴사자료는 자료의 훼손 변질 등에 대한 문제뿐만 아니라 자료관리를 위한 인력의 업무중복 및 시간부족에 따른 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 퇴사자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 할 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 저수지 퇴사자료의 DB구축 및 자료관리방안 수립이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 구축되고 있는 항공사진과 같은 3차원 공간정보 DB구축으로 기존 자료와의 상호 활용성 미흡, 관련 사업의 연계성 부족 등의 문제점에 대처할 수 있는 체계적인 사업 추진방향을 제시하여 3차원 공간정보 DB구축 및 관리방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 저수지 퇴사자료 구축현황을 분석하고, 저수지퇴사 공간정보에 대한 구축방안을 수립하였으며, 구축된 공간정보의 효율적인 관리를 위한 저수지퇴사 공간정보 관리방안을 수립하였다. 이러한 공간정보 DB의 구축과 자료관리방안 수립으로 시 공간적 변화로 인한 저수지 퇴사를 쉽고 신속히 활용할 수 있는 공유기반 및 활용체계를 마련하게 되었으며, 효율적인 댐운영관리 및 수자원기초자료로도 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 그림을 그려서 원하는 이미지를 그리고, 이를 인식하여 상품을 찾아주는 정보전달 방식을 제안한다. 사용자가 원하는 이미지에 맞는 상품을 검색할 수 있도록 하는데, 그림 그리기가 가능하고, 개인의 "공감", "신뢰"를 실현하는 공간과 개인과 기업을 연결해주는 정보성 검색으로 쇼핑몰을 연계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본문 내에서는 고객이 직접 찾는 디자인을 간단히 그리면 비슷한 그림의 상품이 나오게 되는 공간을 제작, 상품이 나오면 기업과의 연계를 통하여 구매로까지 이어질 수 있는 공간을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.

This study was to research and analyze the concept of school space innovation to aim at the importance of user educational value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of students, teachers, or consumers connected with the educational autonomous innovative curriculum and various school-government educational activities and suggest the ways to link school space innovation to the best possible reflection for demander-centered or the demander needs To this end, the basic concepts of the autonomous education and school space innovation were reviewed, and the literature survey on the revised education curriculum in 2015 and educational autonomous innovation curriculum at the national level, educational goals and basic value-added awareness of the curriculum. The purpose was to research the perception of students and teachers through the survey and analysis of basic values of education, the functions of school education, the direction of school environment and space spatial composition, and school space.

This study is currently presenting a creative education policy through the new 2015 revised curriculum and the Free semester system of Middle School as part of the education policy reform in the government-led, high freedom grade in each regional school board first, emotional schools, friendly school, campus type schools, etc. with creative thinking and improve students' autonomous judgment with the psychological and political reasons meant to provide amusement and certainty of their career choice. This creates space for creative education through the theoretical understanding of the educational philosophical thinking on creativity was to identify the appropriate means of educational space. The purpose of this study was to extract the linkage to produce creative educational environment that is generated through the philosophical thinking of the historical and psychological analysis of creativity with a human being. Future school construction has a future-oriented task should create a creative learning space in the center of the member schools. This creates space for creative education through the theoretical understanding of the educational philosophical thinking on creativity was to identify the appropriate means of educational space. Therefore Philosophical Thinking Creative School of members through the grounds centric collaboration focused on convergence enemy curriculum and school creative autonomy of operation which is central educational environment, that is diversified assistance as an attribute of the environment, space, space, flexible outdoor space, linking enemy center space, different types and sizes of the space case situation, the open space and spatial fusion can be seen the configuration doeeojim with different training space element.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how library visitors use spaces in the library and to make suggestions for improving library use environments. Library use patterns were analyzed by tracking the users' smartphone WiFi. A library located in Seoul, Korea was selected and detectors were installed in the library. The suggestions from the results analyzing data collected between September, 2016 and December, 2016 were as followed. 27.17% of library visitors used a space in the library. Among them, 28.69% used the lobby to return their checked-out materials. Therefore, the library is recommended to install a device in the area in which users are easy to return their items. Additionally, since the spatial relationship between cultural program room and book shelves was low, those programs might be improved by providing library materials related with them.

GIS와 하천수질 모델링과의 연계에 관한 연구는 점점 많아지고 계속되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 해양모델링과 GIS와 연계한 연구는 많지 않다. 이번 연구에서는 해양모델을 GIS와 연계하는 측면을 고려해 보았다. 해양모델 중에 해수유동에 관한 모델 POM(princeton Ocean Model)을 선정하여 해양모델의 구동을 위해 자료를 만드는 것과 결과물을 도시하는 데 있어서 GIS를 사용한다. 그래서 기존의 해양모델을 사용하는 측면에서의 편이성을 도모하고, 또한 해양모델의 구동을 위해 자료 만드는 측면에서 정확성을 높이게 한다.

As raster-based high quality and resolution spatial information has appeared, 1/1,000 digital map lost either its recognition or uses because of insufficient new modified and updated information. Therefore, this study analyzed the linkage between three-dimensional spatial information and 1/1,000 digital map, and also suggested a modification plan of 1/1,000 digital map, made by three-dimensional spatial information. In fact, some area of Incheon and Busan were presented with the modification plan of 1/1,000 digital map as three-dimensional trial models. These trials reflected possibilities of modification by qualitative and quantitative analysis of 1/1,000 digital map, using three-dimensional object model.

This paper emphasized the necessity of the marine spatial planning (MSP) through the analysis of the major developmental projects which could make a contradiction based on the adequacy of the site selection and environmental impacts. The conflicting affairs between space utilization and management plan happen in the following ways: marine renewable energy development, sand mining, reclamation, construction of golf course in coastal area, thermal effluent and waste heat, erosion causing port development. The conflict of stakeholder continues caused by the accumulated environmental impact. For the reasons mentioned above, we found two things. First, it is necessary to comprehend the fact of developmental planning and MSP. Second, it is still unsatisfactory to connect the relevance of laws related to the spatial planning. For the reinforcement of marine environmental policy management, it is necessary to consolidate the property of site selection and assessment of developmental scale. Especially, while the strategic environmental assessment is in progress based on site selection and property of scale, consistent diagnosis is needed in the following concerns: the fact of the marine spatial planning, the relevance between national developmental plan and regional developmental plan, fisheries regulation, marine protected animals. For the environmentally sound and sustainable development (ESSD), MSP should have to be prepared based in a way of top-down including coastal and EEZ plan, relevance of ocean-use zoning and sector planning, 3-D spatial information. And also integrated information system have to be prepared through high-tech marine spatial information. In conclusion, consistent and relevant strategy for MSP should have to include the whole information related to the maritime affairs such as harbor, fishing port, fishing ground, coastal management, marine ecosystem generally.

하천의 홍수터는 평상시 수면위로 노출되어 국민의 여가생활을 위한 공원, 주차장 등으로 활용되다 홍수기 수위가 상승하면 침수되는 하천공간이다. 홍수범람 면적 또는 홍수위 산정을 위한 수치모의 시, 홍수의 평면적인 변화를 분석하기 위해서는 1차원 모의결과와 지형정보를 연계하여 범람면적을 산정하거나 2차원 수치모형의 격자를 대상공간에 대하여 구축한 후 모의를 수행한다. 1차원 수치모형은 계산효율이 우수하고 지류의 합류에 의한 영향을 다수 반영하거나, 긴 구간의 하천단면 구축을 통하여 경계조건이 수치해석 결과에 미치는 영향을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 지형의 영향으로 발생하는 국부적인 유속변화와 유향의 평면적인 분포에 의해 발생하는 범람면적의 변화를 반영하기 어렵다. 홍수범람을 고려하여 제작하는 홍수위험지도는 2차원 수치모형의 결과를 기반으로 한다. 2차원 수치모형은 하도의 만곡, 제방의 형상 등과 같은 지형에 의한 유속장의 변화, 흐름영역의 수축 및 확대에 의한 유속의 변화 등을 자세히 반영할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 반면에 수치격자 생성 및 계산결과 도출에 소요되는 시간이 길고 계산영역 설정의 한계로 인하여 경계조건이 흐름해석결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 국내외적으로 1차원과 2차원 수치해석기법을 연계하여 하나의 모형으로 구축한 1-2차원 수치해석 모형이 개발 또는 적용되고 있다. 1-2차원 연계해석기법은 1차원 해석영역과 2차원 해석영역을 연계함에 있어서 흐름방향 연계와 횡방향 연계로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 1차원과 2차원 수치해석을 연계하는 기법에 따라서 발생하는 수치모의결과를 비교하고 적용성을 검토하였다. 수리실험 관측결과가 있는 사례에 모형을 적용한 후, 한강지형에 수치모형을 적용하고 그 결과를 비교한다. 또한, 계산에 소요되는 시간을 비교하기 위하여 2차원 수치격자의 해상도를 다양하게 적용하여 수치실험을 수행한다. 분석결과를 기반으로 홍수위험지도 제작, 홍수위산정 및 홍수예보 등에 새로운 기술의 적용성을 검토한다.
