A Spatial Pattern of An Optimal Transportation Pricing Structure; -Based on the result of a local solution- (도시공간상에서 교통시설에 대한 최적가격(요금) 구조에 관한 연구 -부분 최적해의 결과-)

  • 교통수요와 공급은 상호 밀접한 연관성을 지니고 있다. 교통수요는 교통시설 서비 스수준 및 교통시설의 이용가격에 영향을 미치는 반면에 교통시설 공급비용과 서비스수준은 교통수요에 영향을 준다. 또한, 교통수요와 공급간의 상호작용은 도시공간상에서 발생하기 때문에 교통시스템의 공간적 구조 및 도시의 공간적 특성은 공급, 가격 및 수요를 통합한 교통균형모형에 있어서 매우 중요한 영향인자로 작용하게 된다. 그러나, 이제까지 개발된 교통균형모형에서는 통행인의 통행시간가치 및 교통체증의 도시공간상 변화가능성을 적절하 게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시공간상에서 통행인의 통행시간가치 변화패턴 을 반영한 수 도시공간상에서의 교통시설의 최적 서비스 수준, 교통수단별 최적요금체계를 도출할 수 있었다. 단핵도시구조를 지닌 도시공간상에서의 최적버스요금은 통행거리에 따라 할증되는 체계를 가져야 한다. 선행연구에서는 승용차에 대한 통행혼잡세 부과는 소득역분 배적인 효과를 초래하는 것으로 알려졌다. 그러나 버스의 요금구조나 서비스 수준이 최적수 준에서 제공된다면 통행혼잡세는 소득역분배적 결과를 초래하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사에서 추진하고 있는 지적정보서비스 유통 방안을 마련하기 위해 공공과 민간부분의 지적정보서비스 현황과 수요를 파악하고 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 심층면접과 개별면접을 병행하여 지적정보의 인지도와 활용도를 포함한 지적공간정보에 대한 활용실태, 지적공간정보의 품질만족도, 향후 지적공간정보 수요 예측, 지적공간정보의 유통서비스체계에 대한 선호도, 공사의 사업 다각화, 공간정보 시장의 수요 등을 정확히 파악한 후 지적정보의 이 활용과 유통을 증진시킬 방안을 도출하였다.

  • 공간정보체계 관련 구축 사업들이 시작되면서 전문분야별 소요인력에 대한 문제가 제기되었고, 다양한 방법에 의하여 전문 인력양성을 추진하여 왔다. 초장기 인력 규모의 예측은 사업 규모에 기반하여 예측되어졌고 인력 수요기관의 요구와 특징이 반영되지 못한게 사실이다. 이제는 공간정보체계가 광범위하게 확산되어 산업 현장을 통하여 소요 인력의 예측이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 인력 소요처들로부터 필요한 인력 규모를 조사하여 소요인력을 예측하고, 인력의 변화 특성들을 파악함으로서 기술수요에 따른 인력 육성분야와 수요량을 기반으로 하는 인력양성에 활용하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 인력 소요예측은 소요 인력이 활용되는 기업 등을 중심으로 산업적 성장성과 개별 기업의 인력 요구 등을 고려한 공간정보체계의 각 분야별 인력 소요 예측을 수행하도록 한다. 이를 토대로 산업적 특성, 기술적 특성, 소요 인력의 수요 증가 형태 및 특징을 분석하여 종합적인 소요 인력 규모를 산정하고 있다.

Analysis of Determinants of Civilian City Gas Demand Considering Spatial Correlation (공간적 상관성을 고려한 민수용 도시가스 수요결정 요인 분석)

  • Recently, research on city gas demand is increasing by reflecting the characteristics of each region. The similarity of the social structure of the adjacent region and the density of the supply infrastructure induce spatial correlation with the clustering that has a microscopic relationship between regions. Accordingly, as a result of analyzing the spatial correlation after dividing the demand for city gas for civilian use into a total of 54 regions based on the jurisdiction of 34 city gas companies, it was confirmed that there was a positive spatial correlation from a global and local perspective. In this study, the demand for city gas for civilian use for 54 regions from January 2014 to December 2022 was composed of panel data, and the spatial panel regression analysis and the general panel regression analysis were compared, and it was found that the spatial error model (SEM) was the most suitable model. This presents policy and practical implications by confirming that the demand for city gas for civilian use in one region has a significant relationship with the adjacent region.

  • 국가지리정보체계의구축및활용등에관한 법률(이하 NGIS법)에 따라 국가GIS의 효과적인 구축 관리 및 활용을 위하여 기본지리정보가 구축되고 있다. 기본지리정보는 국가공간정보기반으로서 기본이 되는 데이터이며, 법적 근거에 따라 중첩활용이 가능해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기본지리정보 중첩활용성 제고를 위하여 지리정보 중첩활용에 대한 수요를 조사 및 분석하였다. 설문 응답자는 민간기업이 38.2%로 가장 많았으며, 교육기관, 정부투자기관, 연구기관, 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체의 순으로 조사되었다. 기본지리정보 활용목적은 기술관련 업무용으로 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 연구관련 업무용, 부가가치생산용의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 활용 우선순위는 교통분야가 가장 높았으며, 지적분야, 공간영상분야, 지형분야의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 상호간 중첩활용수요는 교통분야가 가장 높고, 지적분야, 공간영상분야, 지형분야의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 상호간 중첩활용 수요에 있어서도 '교통-시설물' 중첩활용수요가 가장 높았으며, '행정구역-교통', '행정구역-지적', '행정구역-시설물' 등의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 중첩활용을 위한 요구사항을 1순위부터 5순위까지 조사한 후 가중치를 부여하여 합산한 결과 데이터품질이 가장 높았으며, 데이터포맷, 데이터모델, 데이터구축지침, 데이터생산사양의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 수요조사 결과를 기반으로 향후 기본지리정보 중첩활용성을 제고하기 위한 시범구축 등을 수행하여 사용자의 수요를 만족시킬 수 있는 상호호환성이 확보된 기본지리정보의 공급이 요구된다.

Spatial Characteristics of the Provision of and Demand for Private Tutoring Service Industries in the Metropolitan Seoul Area (사교육 시설의 수요와 공급에 나타나는 공간적 특성: 수도권 지역 사설학원을 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the spatial characteristics of the provision of and demand for the private tutoring service industries and the consumer groups. For the purpose, we analyze the spatial characteristics of various types of tutoring institutes in the Seoul Metropolitan area. In particular, we exam the spatial distribution patterns of attendants of tutoring institutes by institution type as well as the resident population by attendant age group. By applying spatial autocorrelation analysis, we examine the spatial clustering patterns of tutoring institutes and attendants by type. The results show distinct differences in the spatial distribution patterns by tutoring institute type as well as by attendant age group. We found significant socio-economic variables which influence on the spatial distribution of tutoring institutes. Finally, we propose private tutoring service provision models constructed with these variables through multiple regression analysis.

Users and Librarians' Perceptions and Needs Analysis on the University Library Space (대학도서관 공간에 대한 이용자와 사서의 인식 및 수요 분석)

  • Innovation in university library spaces is challenging to effectively support the education of the university's future learning and innovation capabilities, including creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception and need of library space from the perspective of users and librarians, and to suggest the direction of space innovation through this. For this study, we designed each questionnaire for users and librarians, and collected responses from 363 users and 186 librarians in the university library to analyze their needs and perceptions about their library space. The librarian's need for the space was analyzed by the size of the library and the demographic factors of the librarian. The user's need was analyzed by the user's attributes. In addition, we analyzed the differences between librarians and users for the need for space and space services. The results of this paper may be useful for reference when planning a new library or building a space based on user.

The Variation of Industrial Location Demand by Changing Policy of Seoul Metropolitan Area (수도권 정책변화에 따른 산업입지 수요의 변동)

  • Based on the announcement by the National Competitiveness Council in 2008, this study analyzed the direction of the changing policy in Seoul Metropolitan Area promoted by the current government and to inquire into such the effect, research was done to study the changes in space demand by companies which respond sensitively to changes in regulation in Seoul Metropolitan Area. In addition, the effect of Seoul Metropolitan Area policy on company location is explored while company location changes and changes in direction of space demand due to easing of regulation in Seoul Metropolitan Area by the current government are examined. Research methods utilized empirical analysis and survey analysis. Empirical analysis utilized statistical data since 1980's. For survey analysis, the effect of changing policy in Seoul Metropolitan Area, which is an exogenous shock, on decision making of the enterprise is considered to derive the direction of demand for company manufacturing lots. The results of the study showed that decision for company location or factory size has been affected greatly by Seoul Metropolitan Area policy and domain regulation and institution to restrict permission area of a manufacturing building from the law of improvement plan of the Metropolitan area were the biggest regulatory policies. Due to easing of regulation in Seoul Metropolitan Area by the current government, the demand for manufacturing lot is expected to increase. In particular, the demand for manufacturing lot is expected to increase centered around Seoul Metropolitan Area and Chungcheong province while demand is expected to decrease in Gangwon province. The reason is because company preference is high for the Seoul Metropolitan Area which has the best transportation/logistics and market conditions in Korea. But in the case of Southeast region and Daegyung region that form exclusive economic zones, changing policy in Seoul Metropolitan Area has little impact. In the case of Seoul Metropolitan Area, demand increase does not occur in the entire area but instead, demand is expected to increase in growth management zones.

Estimating Travel Demand by Using a Spatial-Temporal Activity Presence-Based Approach (시.공간 활동인구 추정에 의한 통행수요 예측)

  • The conventional four-step travel demand model is still widely used as the state-of-practice in most transportation planning agencies even though it does not provide reliable estimates of travel demand. In order to improve the accuracy of travel demand estimation, implementing an alternative approach would be critical as much as acquiring reliable socioeconomic and travel data. Recently, the role of travel demand model is diverse to satisfy the needs of microscopic analysis regarding various policies of travel demand management and traffic operations. In this context, the activity-based approach for travel demand estimation is introduced and a case study of developing a spatial-temporal activity presence-based approach that estimates travel demand through forecasting number of people present at certain place and time is accomplished. Results show that the spatial-temporal activity presence-based approach provides reliable estimates of both number of people present and trips actually people made. It is expected that the proposed approach will provide better estimates and be used in not only long-term transport plans but short-term transport impact studies with respect to various transport policies. Finally, in order to introduce the spatial-temporal activity presence-based approach, the data such as activity-based travel diary and land use based on geographic information system are essential.

Unit Planning Methods of Apartment with Extra Rooms for enhancing Characteristics and Individualities (공동주택의 개성화.차별화를 위한 여유실 확보 계획 기법)

  • Recent decreased number of family members have caused at least one spare room which is not used as a bedroom in an apartment house. In addition, people who need an apartment house cannot be satisfied with the typical unit plan any more, and rather request more various types of living space. Based on this kind of housing needs trend, we would like to analyze and classify dwelling unit planning methods which may create particular purpose extra rooms to satisfy their unique needs and to give characteristics and individualities by means of study on various cases. As a result of this study, we could find the following planning methods which can produce extra rooms : 1) Utilization of optional plan between living room and adjacent bedrooms, 2) Utilization of optional plan on master bedroom zone, 3) Insertion of transitional space and Utilization of spare space, 4) Insertion of a space for housewives near a kitchen, 5) Positive utilization of a balcony space. This study is also trying to show many unit plan cases of which planning methods can be applied in other cases.
