The reactivation for Art & Culture Content Space in Gangwon province need new turning point according to new approach with internal and external change. That should be established in sustainable possibility model with preexisted natural advantage instead of economical depression and global warming of in these days. That is not a choice to get a successful construction of art & culture content space in Gangwon province. Throughout of reactivation of art & culture content space in Gangwon province, this proposal should go on with diversity of culture and concrete art & culture educational program absolutely to get a goal in regional economical success and social good influence. Already Yeongwol region had lots of art & cultural spaces and developmental strategy compared with other regions in decade. In these points, I choose this region and would like to research Yeongwol region in limit. Thus I would examine and study about art & culture content space in Yeongwol region. And I will concretely suggest that this proposal is composed with economical creating employment and incoming. The reactivation for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol will build up social and cultural influences to this region to get a new modern cultural images and improvement of common life of regional people by and large. In the way of the process to globalization, this reactivation project for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol should go on the base of regional culture background as a mean of glocalization paradigm strategically. Ahead of developing model for globalization in macroscopic view point, we have to research the demend of reginal situation of cultural content and build up its own strength points. Because Art & Culture Content Space in Yeongwol is the place of people in Yeongwol directly as itself. And managing plans of reactivation of art & culture content space in Yeongwol should build up with diversity of culture and environmental circumstances.

위성이 우주 공간에서 통신, 관측 등의 임무를 제대로 수행할 수 있도록 지상에서 원격으로 추적, 제어, 감시 등의 관제가 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 과학 위성 1호 관제 시스템 프로그램에 대하여 살펴본다. 과학 위성 1호 관제 시스템은 한번에 운용할 수 있는 시간이 짧은 특성을 고려한, 통신 신호 처리시스템, 위성 제어 시스템, 위성 임무 계획 시스템으로 구성되었다. 통신 신호 처리 시스템은 위성과 지상국 간의 무성 링크와 신호 처리를 위한 시스템이고, 위성 제어 시스템은 위성의 건강 상태를 감시하고, 위성의 임무 수행을 위한 명령을 송수신하는 시스템이고, 임무 계획 시스템은 사용자의 요구를 실제 위성 운영 계획 또는 탑재체 운용을 계획하는 시스템이다. 위성의 임무는 임무 계획 시스템을 통해서 철저히 분석을 통해서 생성되고, 이렇게 생성된 임무는 위성 제어 시스템에서 제어 명령으로 변환되며, 이러한 제어 명령은 통신 신호 처리 시스템을 거쳐 위성으로 전달된다. 특히, 짧은 운용 시간을 고려하여 과학위성 1호 관제 시스템 프로그램에서는 위성 제어 시스템은 위성의 이상 상태 여부를 신속히 파악하고, 정확하고 신속하게 판단하고 복구할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

This paper be composed to file system by making a new i_node structure which can decrease Write frequency because this's can improved the file system efficiency if reduced Write operation frequency of flash memory in respect of file system, i-node is designed to realize Cleaning policy of data in order to perform Write operation. This paper suggest Cleaning Algorithm for Write operation through a new i_node structure. In addition, this paper have mode the oldest data cleaned and the most recent data maintained longest as a result of experiment that the recent applied program and data tend to be implemented again through the concept of regional and time space which appears automatically when applied program is implemented. Through experiment and realization of the Flash file system, this paper proved the efficiency of NAND-type flash file system which is required in on Embedded system.

The purpose of this study is to derive education programs for safety training class, create unit spaces and present components and methods of utilizing the spaces for the development of facilities models closely related to various policy, operation plan and facility construction projects promoted by related institutions such as the Ministry of Education, schools, architects and companies. This study is divided into five steps. First, we reviewed the literature related basic directions for safety education and facility plan, second, field survey included both field conditions such as spatial size and facility configuration and analysis of operating conditions like hours of operation and personnel. Base on literature review and field survey, it were used to analyze strengths and weaknesses of existing safety training classes, and five facility models was developed based on the Delphi method and expert participatory design. The result show that the facility models (drafts) of safety training class were developed as follows: (1)the facility model for traffic safety(pedestrian safety, vehicle safety, subway safety) (2)the facility model for first aid(emergency rescue, how to report) (3)the facility model for disaster safety(fire evacuation safety, life earthquake safety) (4)the facility model for elevator safety(elevator safety, escalator safety) (5)the facility model for drugs and violence safety (smoking drinking, sexual harassment safety, food safety) The safety training class can be composed by combining or separating each module according to affordable space size of each school.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the keywords of the middle school textbooks based on the 2015 revision of the technology and home economics curriculum to understand the core concepts and contents composition of the 'housing' unit. Using TEXTOM and UCINET programs, the frequencies and centralities of the keywords were analyzed, and CONCOR analysis was performed. The results are as follows. First, the content system of the 'housing' unit is divided into 'life culture' and 'safety' in the 'family life and safety' area. Second, in the 'safety' section, the frequencies of occurrence of the words were high in the order of indoor, occurrence, use, noise, and safety accidents, in the order of frequency of occurrence. It was confirmed that words related to daily life, safety accidents, and prevention were closely connected to each other. In the 'life culture' section, the frequencies of occurrence were high in the order of space, housing, family, and residential space, and the correlations between these keywords were also high. Third, the most influential core keywords were, indoor and occurrence in the 'safety' section, and space, family, and housing, in the 'life culture' section. Fourth, the 'safety' section were divided into two subunits, 'safe living environment' and 'comfortable living environment', and the 'life culture' section were divided into four subunits, 'living space composition', 'space utilization', 'housing value and lifestyle', and 'housing culture'.

Does CAD technology have a possibility to promote new logics of design thinking and form-creation? Starting with such a question, this study inquires into soical constructions of linear perspective and CAD programs. Using a concept of the modelling interface as an analytical frame, this study discusses; 1) a historical process in which the linear perspective, as a drawing-oriented modelling interface, had permeated its geometrical principles into the artificial environment and justified them in a dimension of the aesthetic discourse, 2) technological contexts in which computer-based modelling interfaces such CAD programs were developed and separated from the tradition of the linear perspective, with the introduction of new kinds of modelling algorithms and graphic user interfaces.

캐쉬의 성능을 향상시키는 가장 효과적인 방법은 프로그램 수행 특성에 내재되어 있는 시간적 (temporal locality) -공간적 지역성 (spatial locality)을 활용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 추가적인 장치나 컴파일러의 도움 없이 단지 캐쉬의 구조적인 특징과 간단한 메커니즘만을 이용하여 두 가지 타입의 지역성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 새로운 캐쉬 시스템이 제안된다. 제안하는 새로운 캐쉬 시스템은 다른 블록 크기와 다른 연관도를 가지는 두 개의 캐쉬로써 구성되어 진다. 즉 작은 블록 크기를 지원하는 직접사상 캐쉬 (direct-mapped cache)와 큰 블록을 지원하는 완전 연관 버퍼 (fully-associative buffer)로 구성되어 진다. 큰 블록은 여러 개의 작은 블록으로 구성되어지며 두 캐쉬에서 접근 실패가 발생할 경우 직접사상 캐쉬의 접근 실패가 발생한 작은 블록과 그 이웃 작은 블록을 완전 연관 버퍼에 저장시킴으로써 한번 참조가 일어난 블록의 이웃 블록이 참조될 확률이 높다는 공간적 지역성의 특성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있다. 또한 참조가 일어난 블록은 제어 비트를 사용하여 선택적으로 작은 블록을 직접사상 캐쉬에 저장함으로써 시간적 지역성을 보다 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다 시뮬레이션 결과에 따르면 기존의 직접사상 캐쉬의 4배 크기보다도 좋은 성능 향상을 보이고 있으며, 동일한 크기의 victim 캐쉬보다 우수한 성능을 보이고 소비 전력 면에서는 5% 정도의 전력 감소를 보이고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of the planning method of traditional market as the urban public open space and to attempt to create the essential reformation of traditional market place. The design concepts of the Moran traditional market project are establishing module system based on function of traditional market to accomplish the practical needs of vendor and consumer and expressing the liquid and autonomic characteristics of Moran traditional market to find the new and substantial schemes of public open space. The functional design module of the market place is based on 2.1m $\times$ 2.1m grid system which is minium market unit, and it is extended to 8.4m $\times$ 8.4m basic structural module and to 50.4m $\times$ 50.4m plaza unit.

우리나라 1인 가구는 대부분 다인가구로의 전환 이전에 잠시 거치는 거주형태로 인식되어 불안정한 상황이다. 그러나 오늘날 만혼, 비혼 등 결혼에 대한 인식 변화와 고령화 등의 영향으로 가족의 형태가 변화하고 있으며 이에 따라 거주형태도 다인가족 중심에서 1인 또는 2인 등 소단위로 분화되면서 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 다인 가구에 중심으로 형성된 기존의 주거시장에서는 이러한 급속도의 변화를 수용할 수 없어 여전히 소형 주거는 많은 불편함을 감수해야만 하는 열악한 실정이다. 본 연구는 현 사회현상에 주목하고 1인 가구를 위한 주거 계획 시 실내환경 측면에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 1인가구의 생활유형과 실내공간에서의 요구 사항들을 파악하기 위한 설문을 구성하였으며 실제 1인가구를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 결과, 현재 1인가구들이 거주하는 소형주거에서는 식사공간, 수납공간 등이 미비하여 공간 만족도가 매우 낮게 나타나는 등 무계획적 원룸형태 공급으로 인한 문제점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 단순히 숙식을 위한 물리적 공간 공급이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영한 계획적 평면개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 공간이라는 하드웨어와 1인 주거 간의 커뮤니티 활성화, 고령사회를 반영하여 다양한 연령대 1인 주거를 위한 사회화 프로그램 개발 등 소프트웨어 적 고려도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 물리적, 심리적 전환기에 있는 우리나라 주택시장의 새로운 요구에 대응할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어지길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to rethink the importance of manipulative materials and to extract of manipulative materials program and its application methods. Activity, construction, and operation is stressed in the elementary mathematics. For this, various technological tools and manipulative materials is emphasized in mathematics teaching-learning methods. Applications of manipulative materials in the elementary mathematics is gradually increased together with curriculum revisions and textbook developments. As a result, tangram, geo-board etc., many tools ate introduces to school mathematics. This study is executed in this contexts. To achieve this, We introduce Australian 'Maths With Attitude' program. This program is composed of the primary level and secondary level. Each level consists of four domains - Number & Computation, Space & Logic, Chance & Measurement, Pattern & Algebra -, and each domains is made up of 20 tasks(i.e. manipulative materials) and programs. This study takes the focus to 5-6 grades programs in the mid of the primary level. First, We introduce 'Monkeys & Bananas'(Number & Computation) and 'Triangles & Colours' (Pattern & Algebra) tasks, and investigate the examples of lessons using these tasks. Second, We think the probability of these tasks' application and draw examples in the elementary mathematic textbooks. Through this works, We respect teaching-learning methods is rich and various in the elementary mathematics lessons.
