본 연구는 비산 2 3동의 골목정원 조성지역과 비조성지역의 주민들을 대상으로 골목현황 및 주민의식을 분석하고, 이를 통해 골목정원 조성이 골목환경에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 조성지역은 11개의 골목정원과 22개의 주제정원이 조성되어 있으며, 비조성지역은 서부시장을 중심으로 한 프랜차이즈 특화거리가 조성 중에 있다. 골목환경 구성요소의 중요도는 두 지역 모두 조명시설, CCTV 등 안전과 관련된 항목이 높게 평가되었으며, '공방 등 체험, 전시 및 공연시설', '텃밭', '항아리, 장식품 등 조형물' 등 개인 여가생활과 관련된 항목은 낮게 분석되었다. 만족도의 경우 조성지역은 골목정원 조성으로 개선된 조명시설, 초화류 등과 같은 항목이 높게 나타났다. 비조성지역의 경우 19개 항목의 만족도가 모두 낮게 분석되어 전반적으로 골목환경에 대해 불만족하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 개선방안을 제시하면, 조성지역은 CCTV 추가설치 및 빈집정비를 통해 골목의 안전성 확보와 휴게 및 교류공간 조성이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 비조성지역의 경우 전반적인 골목환경 개선이 필요하며, 조명시설의 추가 설치가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

With the revitalization of alley market area becoming a major goal of the urban regeneration project, an understanding on customer characteristics that affect the sales of alley market areas is needed. As spatial heterogeneity appears to exist in alley market areas, the use of GWR (Geographically Weighted Regression) is required as an alternative to OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) regression. This study analyzes effects of customer characteristics on sales of 1007 alley market areas in Seoul. Comparing R squared and AICc, results show that GWR is better than OLS regression. According to OLS regression, the ratio of female, the ratio of 40's and 50's, the number of employees, the opening rate of establishment, the density of building and the size of alley market area have positive effects on sales, while the ratio of 20's and 30's, the distance of bus stop and that of subway station have negative effects. As a result of comparing local regression coefficients of geographically weighted regression analysis, the ratio of female customers has the greatest effect on the northwestern region, followed by the southwestern region, the central region and the northeastern region. The ratio of 20's and 30's and that of 40's and 50's effect on the southeastern and northeastern regions, and then the southwestern region. It is expected that this study will help to identify marketing target for each alley market area.

As the pest of the Letinus edoeds, five insect species and six animal species are investigated injuring the fresh mushroom. Of these, insect and animals, Achorutes armatus, Scaphidium amurense and Philomycus confusa caused severe damage to mushroom fruitbody, and a greate deal of damage was done to mushroom lamella by mites (Rhizoglyphis sp., and Histiostoma sp.). As the pest of Lentinus edodes bed logs, two insect species from immature bed logs, eight insects and one isopod species from matured bed logs were investigated. Of those, Moechotypa diphysis was found to be the most injurious species from both immature and matured bed logs. As the pest of Pleurotus ostreatus, six insects and the two mite species were investigated from sporophore. Of those, Lycoriella sp. and Mycophilla sp. are considered to be very serious. while two insects and five mite species were investigated from the mushroom bed. Of those, one insect (Lycoriella sp.) and two mites (Histiostoma feroniarum and Throglyphus bankslogior) found to be abundant and caused serious damage.

With industrialization in urban area communities containing local cultures are becoming hard to be preserved. Therefore, this study aims to develop acquisition policy of record as an way to activate the community by using the locality records containing strong regional characteristics. This study examined the history, current status and problems of district in Daegu Yakjeon alley and extracted the types of records and the components of communities. As an acquisition plan, this study developed step-by-step acquisition policy based on the results of analysis on the archives of Shiheung Varagi Archives case, the records of Chongneung Village Records case and Stadtteilarchiv Ottensen.

Recently, growing social interest in alley markets, which have shown rapid growth like Gyeonglidan-gil street in Seoul, has led to the need for an analysis of growth factors. This paper aims at exploring growing alley markets through time-series clustering using DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) and examining the growth factors through logistic regression. According to cluster analysis, the number of growing markets of the Northeast, the Southwest, and the Southeast were much more than the Northwest but the proportion in region of the Northwest, the Northeast, and the Southwest were much more than the Southeast. Logistic regression results show that people in 20s and 30s have a lower impact on sales than those in 50s, but have a greater impact on growth of alley market. Alley markets located in high-income areas often reached their growth limits, indicating a tendency to stagnate or decline. The proximity of a subway station effected positive on sales but negative on growth. This research is an advanced study in that the causes of sales growth of alley markets is examined, which has not been examined in the preceding study.

To provide further information for reutilization of the bed-logs decayed by oak mushroom(Lentinus edodes), the properties of wood-based board prepared with mixed materials of normal wood and bed-logs were examined. Wood fibers in bed-logs showed different morphology from normal wood fibers, that is, shorter length and rough surface. Thickness swelling increased with increasing mixing ratio of bed-log. On the other hand, modulus of rupture(MOR) in bending strength decreased. In products, the visual surface of board prepared from higher mixing rate of bed-log chips was smooth. Consquently, it is considered that the optimum mixing rate of bed-log to normal wood is the range of 25-50% and the bed-log can be used for raw material of board instead of normal wood.

A harmful fungus occurred seriously in bed-log of shiitake(Lentinula edodes) in Jangheung-Gun, Korea. The fungus was identified as Bjerkandera adusta by its morphology and ITS(Internal Transcribed Spacer) analysis. The fungus was reported as causal agent of stem-rot of Populus euramericana in Korea, but not reported in bed-log of shiitake until this notification. Thus, studies were made to investigate inside condition of bed-log of shiitake damaged by B. adusta, physiological characteristics of B. adusta and antagonism between these two fungi. First of all, B. adusta is white-rotting fungus like shiitake and wood-rotting condition is similar to that of shiitake. But, there are a lot of small spots in damaged wood tissue under bark which are not seen in case of shiitake. Optimal temperature for mycelial growth of B. adusta is ca. $30^{\circ}C$ while that of shiitake is ca. $25^{\circ}C$. When confrontation cultures were made between these two fungi under $15^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$, B. adusta has antagonistic ability against shiitake in all the temperatures. From the results of experiments, if the bed-logs of shiitake are exposed to high temperature, there should be mass propagation of B. adusta, and shiitake mycelia will be seriously injured by the fungus. Therefore, to prevent the damage by B. adusta, it is needed to grow the mycelia of shiitake fast in the bed-log, and to avoid exposure of the bed-log to high temperature in summer.

In this study, we designed the area except the development market and the traditional market, where large scale shops were concentrated by realizing the real estate center of the alley commercial area. In addition, we have developed an area setting method for the alley area where reliability and rationality can be ensured by utilizing the actual data such as the business statistics, the survey data of the business, and the store business DB, which are managed by the local government or the state. The alley commercial areas were classified into five groups according to density. It is thought that users can distinguish the commercial areas from dense commercial areas to the commercial areas in order to utilize various commercial areas.
