  • 지구에서는 해마다 1천5백만회의 지진이 발생하고 있으며 우리나라에서도 매년20회 이상의 미진이 발생하고 있다. 우리나라는 지진안전 지대라고는 하지만 언제 찾아올지 모르는 천재지변에 대비하여 원자력 발전소는 물론 아파트 등 고층건물에도 내진시설을 소홀히 해서는 안될 것이다.

  • 붕괴위험이 깔린 아파트에서 사는 것은 미필적 고의에 의한 자살기도가 아닌가. 고층건물 비상계단, 자동차 스페어타이어, 기념사진 두번찍기, 정ㆍ부통령 한 비행기 안타기 등은 안전을 위한 중복성 공학의 개념으로 볼 수 있다. 이번 삼풍 참사를 보면서 안전의 중요성을 깨닫고 중복성 공학의 도입이 절실하다는 것을 느꼈다.

  • 엘리베이터는 고층화되어 가고 있는 사무실용 빌딩과 아파트의 필수적인 문명의 이기로서 그 가치를 높이 인정받고 있다. 이에 따라 현재 설치되는 엘리베이터는 승차감, 안전도, 범죄 방지 등 엘리베이터의 기능이 다양화되고 성능이 향상되어 더욱 안락하게 개량되어 가고 있다. 품질향상과 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 지금까지 엘리베이터는 어떻게 발전되어 왔으며, 앞으로 이 분야의 기술은 어떤 방향으로 발전될 것인가를 특허기술을 중심으로 살펴보기로 한다.

  • In Korea has been supplied a large quantities of apartments since 1970s. The deteriorated middle-rise apartments of 1970s' have been rebuilt. It isn't lucrative to reconstruct the high-rise Apartment estates of the early 1990s' new towns in the capital area. Therefore the sustainable regeneration strategies of them have to be found. This research have been focused on the social and economical changes based on demography and the turning of technology and paradigm, the cities competitiveness compared with 2nd era new towns, physical deterioration of themselves. In these aspects, high-rise apartment estates in the 1st new towns face to 10 challenges such as an aging society, a multicultural society, U-city, an environmentally-friendly situation, the cities competitiveness of social, conomical and physical environment, the declining of estates, buildings and units. This study analyzed problems of 1st new town apartment estates and suggested regeneration tasks in accordence with those problems. The tasks are as follows. To accommodate the 1st new town apartment estates to social changes, they need to have a variety of community facilities and units, an opportunity of esidents participation. to establish a self-sufficient economy, a community usiness has to be vitalized and an ecological environment, an infrastructure of u-city and an improvement of physical environment obtained.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and compare the range of dwellers and the use of pattern in public common space for dwellers of high-rised apartment of staircase type and gallery type. Also, it is to ascertain the relationship between extent of neighborhood and community awareness. The results were as follows. The term of habitation of most apartment dwellers surveyed were relatively short and most of dwellers had a small family that having a minor children.'Relational association with their neighbor in apartment of staircase type was happened between families that use the same entrance and elevator and it in gaiter type was happened inside the family. But intimacy rate and range of interest were not that high additively, int the case needs a conversation with neighbor, it happened in individual entrance and elevator hall rather than inside the house and exterior area.

Analysis of the Condenser Stack Effect in a High-Rise Apartment Building (고층 아파트에서 응축기 적층문제 분석)

  • The stack effect of a new type condenser installed in a high-rise apartment building was studied numerically A sirocco fan is introduced to the new type condenser instead of an axial flow In. The new type condenser intakes the cold air through the lower inlet and exhausts the hot air through the upper outlet. The effects of the building height and frontal wind on the performance of an air-conditioner were analyzed. The performance of an air-conditioner was evaluated by using COP (coefficient of performance) and CGPI (condenser group performance indicator). the hot air was exhausted by the new type condenser at an angle of 50$^{\circ}$ from the outer wall of the building. If there was no draft, the new type condenser installed in the high-rise apartment building had a good performance and its performance on each floor is not influenced by the stack effect. It is shown that the efficiency of the air-conditioner installed in several floors below the top floor decreased when the frontal wind velocity was greater than 8 m/s.

  • This study examined and analyzed locational conditions of apartment houses in regional small cities to provide basic materials to set direction and index of view management of apartment house and thus the results of the study are as follows. 1. The number of story of apartment houses 'below five story' was 48% and area of apartment house was 'over 500m$^2$ and below 1000m$^2$' in 31% of the whole regions. 2. As a result of analyzing correlations with changes of floor of apartment house by construction year, apartment houses below 10 story were mainly built between 1991 and 1995 and high-storied apartment houses over 11 story were mainly built since 1995 and apartment houses over 21 story were built since 2000 and these high-storied apartment houses were main cause of hindering view of small cities. Accordingly, establishment of guideline of building high-storied apartment house which can be a primary obstacle of urban view and regulations of height are needed.

A Study on the Color Image Evaluation of high-rise apartment on Urban Street (도시 가로변 고층 아파트 색채 이미지 평가 연구)

  • This study investigated that grasped the present state of high-rise apartment on Urban Street color, through the color image estimation effect of primary factor on color image preference. The range of study were high-rise apartment on Urban Street color of land for housing, Sangmu, Woonnam, Shinchang, Pungam, Ilgok, Moonheung district. The method of study put out a model of reference after photography a spot colorimeter BIB test. And the data analyzing was factor analysis, multi regression through Semantic Differential Method, questionnaire. The result of study, the present state of color was used predominate, support color is YR, Y, and stress color is YR, R. Predominate color showed distribution of high luminosity, low freshness and assistance, stress color is middle luminosity, low freshness. And effects of primary factor on color image preference were 'unification', 'comfortableness', 'sophistication'. The result of this study showed that need high luminosity color for comfortableness to improve of high-rise apartment on Urban Street color, harmony of color, harmony of vertical horizontality color scheme pattern, consult square rate of stress color.

A Case Report on Fungal Contamination and Remediation in a Leakage-water Damaged Apartment

  • 이 사례연구는 누수가 있었던 고층 아파트의 공기중 진균 오염 실태를 조사하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 취해진 복원방법의 효과를 평가하기 위해 실시하였다. 공기중 진균은 주로 엔더슨 샘플러를 사용하여 측정하였다. 누수가 있었던 아파트의 복원 전 공기중 진균 농도는 매우 높았다(평균: $51,000\;cfu/m^{3}$, 기하평균: $40,163\;cfu/m^{3}$). 고농도의 오존처리와 오염된 벽체 철거 후 공기중 진균 농도는 상대적으로 매우 낮아졌으며(평균: $1,118\;cfu/m^{3}$, 기하평균: $899\;cfu/m^{3}$), 제거효율은 96.3%로 나타났다. 철거되지 않고 남아 있던 인근 벽체의 벽지를 제거하고 살진균제 처리를 실시한 결과, 공기중 진균 농도는 상대적으로 안전한 수준까지 낮아졌으며(평균: $95\;cfu/m^{3}$, 기하평균: $88\;cfu/m^{3}$), 제거효율은 99.7 %로, 나타났다. 결론적으로, 누수가 있었던 아파트의 공기중 진균 농도는 매우 높은 상태로 오염이 심한 상태이었으나, 본 연구에서 적용한 복원방법들은 공기중 진균 농도 저감에 있어서 매우 높은 효율을 나타냈다.
