Study on the Noise Reduction of the High Voltage DC Relay (고전압 DC 릴레이의 소음 저감에 관한 연구)

  • 국내외의 자동차 메이커는 고효율, 저공해 자동차 개발에 집중하고 있으며, 그 방법으로 하이브리드 자동차가 최우선시 되고 있다. 하이브리드 자동차의 밧데리 팩을 구성하는 핵심 부품 중 하나인 고전압 직류 릴레이는 주행 중 엔진 구동력을 보조하는 구동모터에 전기 에너지를 공급하는 밧데리의 출력을 개폐하는 기기이다. 고전압 직류 릴레이의 개폐 동작시 발생하는 소음은 자동차 운전 중 실내로 유입되어 운전자의 승차감을 떨어뜨리는 요인이 되므로 릴레이의 개폐 동작시 발생하는 소음 저감을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 폐로(ON) 동작시 발생하는 소음 저감을 위해 소음원인 충격력을 감소시키기 위한 이중 접압스프링 구조를 제안하였으며, 소음 저감 성능평가를 수행하였다. 먼저 정확한 충격해석을 위해 고전압 직류 릴레이의 최소 동작 전압인 5.9V부터 상시 인가 전압인 12V까지 총 6개의 전압레벨에서 릴레이의 전자력을 측정하였으며, 기존 접압스프링 구조와 이중 접압스프링 구조에 관하여 외연적 탄소성 유한요소 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 충격해석을 수행하였다. 고전압 직류 릴레이의 소음원인 가동전극과 고정전극에서 발생하는 일차 충격력과 가동철심과 고정철심에서 발생하는 이차 충격력을 비교, 평가하였다.

Fault Diagnosis Scheme for Open-Phase Fault of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive using Extended Kalman Filter (영구자석 동기전동기 드라이브의 확장형 칼만필터를 이용한 개방성 고장진단 기법)

  • In this paper, the fault diagnosis scheme for PMSM drives has been proposed to maintain control performance under a switch open-phase fault of inverter. When the open-phase fault occurs, the stator resistances of PMSM are estimated by Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) in real time and can appear differently according to the location of fault occurrence to check the fault detection and identification. The control algorithm is configured without the additional device and low cost by adding the existing control program. Also, by using motor parameter the estimated stator resistance value improves the control performance of the controller affected by parameter variation. The feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis algorithm is validated in simulation and experiment.

  • 가동자를 중간에 두고 양측의 고정자에서 발생하는 흡인력을 서로 상쇄시킬 수 있는 기계적 구조인 양측식 리니어 펄스 모터(double side linear pulse motor)는 편측식 리니어 펄스 모터(single side linear pulse motor)에 비해 구동시 지지기구의 부담을 경감시키고, 발생 추력을 증대시킬 수 있다. 이러한 양측식 리니어 펄스 모터는 가동자를 사이에 두고 상부와 하부의 고정자를 각각 교대로 여자시키는 1상 바이폴러 여자방식과 두 고정자를 동시에 여자시키는 2상 바이폴러 여자방식이 가능한데 보다 제어정밀도를 향상시키는 위치제어 시스템을 구성하기 위해서는 두 여자방식에 의한 특성 비교가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 양측식 리니어 펄스 모터의 1상 바이폴러 여자와 2상 바이폴러 여자시, 자로 분포의 특성을 3차원 유한요소법으로 해석하여 그 특성을 비교 검토하였다.

  • This paper presents the development of an adaptive cruise control (ACC) system, which is one of the typical advanced driver assist systems, for 4-wheel drive hybrid in-wheel electric vehicles. The front wheels of the vehicle are driven by a combustion engine, while its rear wheels are driven by in-wheel motors. This paper proposes an adaptive cruise control system which takes advantage of the unique driveline configuration presented herein, while the proposed power distribution algorithm guarantees its tracking performance and fuel efficiency at the same time. With the proposed algorithm, the vehicle is driven only by the engine in normal situations, while the in-wheel motors are used to distribute the power to the rear wheels if the tracking performance decreases. This paper also presents the modeling of the in-wheel motors, hybrid in-wheel driveline, and integrated ACC control system based on a commercial high-precision vehicle dynamics model. The simulation results obtained with the model are presented to confirm the performance of the proposed algorithm.

  • Brushless D.C. Motor is widely used for industrial application because of high efficiency and high power density. Especially, in home appliance, BLDCM is very useful due to high control performance and low acoustic noise. In this paper, BLDCM and its controller are designed and developed for tread mill application. With the restricted stator structure, permanent magnet rotor is designed for manufacturing and cost effectiveness using CAD and FEM analysis. A ferrite magnetic material is used as a rotor magnet for the cost and temperature advantages. For a stable operation of tread mill, over current and temperature can be detected and protected. The designed BLDCM and its controller was verified by the experimental results.

  • 본 논문에서는 곡선구간에서도 구동이 가능한 선형 전동기 제어방법을 제안하였다. 곡선구간에 선형 전동기를 적용할 때 전동기의 고정자와 이동자의 기구적인 위치 상호관계에 의해 각 상의 위상관계는 직선구간과 다르게 나타나게 된다. 따라서 직선구간의 제어방법을 그대로 곡선구간에 적용 시 제어성능이 저하되어 전동기의 발생추력은 감소하게 되고, 최악의 경우 곡선구간에서 구동이 불가능한 상태가 된다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 전동기의 역기전력 정보로부터 위상정보를 추출하여 곡선구간의 구동 제어알고리즘에 반영하였고, 제어시스템을 구성하여 곡선구간에서 전동기의 구동성능이 개선됨을 보인다.

  • This paper was proposed drive strategy Induction Motor using the fuzzy algorithm of auto-tuning PID control. In fuzzy control, the 1M driving system is controlled in trial and error without the mathematical modeling and using fuzzy lookup table the real time control is possible. Also, ,dividing the fuzzy rules in several zone, the stability and response of the 1M driving system is improved. The parameters of 1M are varying according to the environmental conditions, the variance of the parameters is affected with the driving characteristics of 1M. Using the fuzzy algorithm of the driving system which has the auto tuning control function for high performance, high accuracy of the driving system, a designed and proposed through the comparision with the PID control method and the driving characteristics is reviewed and analyzed.

  • The electromechanical energy conversion conditioning and processing implementation in USM direct motion control system is generally divided into two power stages: the two-phase high-frequency ac power inversion stage for driving piezoelectric ceramic PZT transducer array off the USM stator and the mechanical thrust power conversion stage based on the frictional force between the piezo electric stator array and the rotary slider of the USM. However, the dynamic and steady-state mathematical modeling of the USM is extremely default from a theoretical point of view because it contains many complicated an nonlinear characteristics dependant on operation temperature. In +2$0^{\circ}C$~3$0^{\circ}C$, the operating characteristics of the USM has represented normal condition. But the other temperature, it has abnormal condition so that driving frequency, current and motor speed will be down. The recent USM has controller without temperature compensation. This study represents the fuzzy controller for speed compensation according to operating temperature by driving frequency.

A Study for Reappearance Acording to the Scan Type, the CT Scanning by a Moving Phantom (팬톰을 이용한 전산화 단층촬영방법에 따른 재현성에 대한 고찰)

  • Purpose: CT scan shows that significant tumor movement occurs in lesions located in the proximity of the heart, diaphragm, and lung hilus. There are differences concerning three kinds of type to get images following the Scan type called Axial, Helical, Cine (4D-CT) mode, when the scanning by CT. To know how each protocol describe accurately, this paper is going to give you reappearance using the moving phantom. Materials and Methods: To reconstruct the movement of superior-inferior and anterior-posterior, the manufactured moving phantom and the motor following breathing were used. To distinguish movement from captured images by CT scanning, a localizer adhered to the marker on the motor. The moving phantom fixed the movement of superior-inferior upon 1.3 cm /1 min. The motor following breathing fixed the movement of anterior-posterior upon 0.2 cm /1 min. After fixing each movement, CT scanning was taken by following the CT protocols. The movement of A localizer and volume-reappearance analyzed by RTP machine. Results: Total volume of a marker was 88.2 $cm^3$ considering movement of superior-inferior. Total volume was 184.3 $cm^3$. Total volume according to each CT scan protocol were 135 $cm^3$ by axial mode, 164.9 $cm^3$ by helical mode, 181.7 $cm^3$ by cine (4D-CT) mode. The most closely describable protocol about moving reappearance was cine mode, the marker attached localizer as well. Conclusion: CT scan should reappear concerning a exact organ-description and target, when the moving organ is being scanned by three kinds of CT protocols. The cine (4D-CT) mode has the advantage of the most highly reconstructible ability of the three protocols in reappearance of the marker using a moving phantom. The marker on the phantom has always regular motion but breathing patients don't move like a phantom. Breathing education and devices setting patients were needed so that images reconstruct breathing as exactly as possible. Users should also consider that an amount of radiation to patients is being bombed.
