A Study on the Implementation and Performance Analysis of the Digital Frequency Synthesizer Using the Clock Counting Method (클럭주파수 합성방식을 이용한 디지틀 주파수 합성기의 구성 및 성능에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the digital frequency synthesizer with the clock ccunting method is designed and implemented to increase the performace of the digital frequency synthesizer with pahse accumulating method which was developed before. Unlike an phase accumulating method, clock countind method is supplied a continually changeable clock frequency with PLL(Phase Locked Loop) and allocated a fixed phase step with N-ary counter. Form the experimenta results, it is confirmed that any periodic distorition phenomena are disappeared, and truncation harmonics are more reduced. But the output bandwidths are decreased in inverse proportion to the counter counting number and the circuits are somewhat complex than phase accumulating method.

  • A subscale gas generator was designed and manufactured to understand a reason for increased pressure drop of liquid oxygen injectors observed in a technology demonstration model of a 75 ton-class gas generator. A total of 6 hot-firing tests were successfully performed including experimental conditions of design and off-design points. The hot-firing results showed that discharge coefficients of fuel and liquid oxygen remained constant as the mixture ratio varied at a fixed chamber pressure. At a fixed mixture ratio, it was also found that discharge coefficients of fuel and liquid oxygen was constant as the chamber pressure was increased.

  • In the implementation of digital filters, the coefficient errors are occurred when filter coefficients are quantized by finite wordlength. They change the frequency responsed and output characteristics of the filters and therefore they become a main reason which could stimulate coefficient sensitivity especially in recursive filters. In this paper, we study the characteristics of coefficient sensitivity for WDF that is less effective to the coefficient errors. The simulation based on the method of fixed-point quantization demonstrates that the frequency responses of WDF have better preformance than those of conventional cascade IIR filter when variations of finite wordlength is considered.

  • 일반적으로 음향 반향 제거기에서 적응필터의 안정성을 보장하기 위해서 동시통화 검출기(DTD)를 사용하여 원단화자 신호와 근단화자 신호의 존재 여부에 따라 적응필터 계수의 적응 여부를 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 두 개의 상호상관계수를 이용하여 계산량과 메모리 소자수 면에서 효율적인 동시통화 검출 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 마이크로폰의 입력신호와 추정된 반향 신호간의 상호상관계수, 그리고 마이크로폰의 입력신호와 오차신호간의 상호상관계수를 이용하여, 주행 상황과 같이 심한 잡음 환경에서도 동시통화 구간의 시작점과 끝점 검출에 강인한 특성을 갖는다. 또한, 기존의 상호상관도를 이용하는 방법에 비하여 적은 양의 계산과 메모리를 필요로 하여 저가의 고정소수점 DSP를 이용한 실시간 구현에 적합하다. 성능 평가를 위하여 차내 핸즈프리 통신 환경에서 얻은 실측 데이터를 사용하여 기존의 방법과 비교하였다.

Effects of noise on coincidence detection in an optical system with entangled state photons (얽힘상태 광을 이용한 광학계에서 잡광이 동시계수에 미치는 영향)

  • The influences of background and environmental noise on coincidence detection are investigated with entangled photons produced by parametric down-conversion process. When the down-converted photons are mixed with thermal light, the coincidence rate did not vary with increasing noise level because the accidental coincidences are discriminated at the short resolving time window. The entangled photon source and the coincidence technique can effectively be used for a noise-free communication channel in the new field of quantum information transmission and processing. ssing.

  • The effect of decorrelation on the coincidence is investigated with correlated photons produced by parametric down-conversion process. The degree of correlation between photon pairs is adjusted by changing the polarization dependent transmissivities of thin glass plate\ulcorner in front of two detectors. It was found that the single counts of each detectors are proportional to the transmissivity and the coincidence is proportional to the product of transmissivities of the glasses in front of two detectors.

이중층 압전변압기의 특성

  • 2중층 압전변압기를 공진주파수로 동작시키면 부하저항이 클수록 전압비가 커지고 부하저항의 변동에 대하여도 안정되며, 특히 무부하시의 전압비는 전기기계결합계수의 제곱과 기계적 품질계수의 곱에 비례하고, 또 그 크기나 형상에는 관계없으므로 설계시 제약이 적은 장점이 있다. 한편 이 변압기의 공진주파수는 압전진동자의 직력공지주파수에 크게 의존하고, 진동자의 고정용량, 전기기계결합계수, 절연판의 정전용량 등에 의해서도 영향을 받으며, 부하저항이 큰 경우의 공진주파수는 부하저항의 변동에 대하여 안정됨을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 2중층 압전변압기를 이용하여 높은 전압비를 얻으려면, 변압기를 전기기계 결합계수와 기계적 품질계수가 큰 압접진동자로 제작하고, 또 그 변압기를 저항이 큰 부하에서 공진주파수로 동작시키는 것이 바람직하다.
