A Study on the Reistivity and Temperature Coefficient of Resistivity of Stacked $TaN_x$/Cr Cermet Thin Film ($TaN_x$/Cr Cermet 적층 박막의 비저항 및 저항온도계수에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 DC magnetron 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 고정밀, 고저항 저항체 박막으로 TaNx film을 제조하였을 때 형성될 수 있는 화합물 중 TaN0.1, TaN0.8과 TaN 박막의 Rs와 TCR특성을 평가하 고 film층의 우선방향성을 XRD를 이용하여 판명한 뒤 저항체의 Rs와 TCR에 미치는 영향을 조사하였 다. TaN0.1 박막이 35$\Omega$/$\square$의 면저항값과 안정된 TCR값을 나타내는 것을 알수 있었다. 두께50~200nm 의 TaN0.1과 Alumina 기판 사이에 정(+)의 TCR을 갖는 약 50nm의 Cr층을 증착하였을 때 Rs는 180$\Omega$/ $\square$ 과 TCR는 20ppm/$^{\circ}C$인 적층박막을 제조할 수 있었다. TaN0.1, TaN0.8 과 TaN 시편에서 화합물 형성 에 따른 Ta의 결합에너지를 ESCA를 이용하여 조사하였다. 이상의 연구결과로부터 TaN0.1 film이 TaNfilm 보다 고정밀, 고저항 박막 저항체 제조에 있어 우수한 전기저항 특성을 가지며 Cr 중간층 형성 으로 TCR이 $\pm$ppm/$^{\circ}C$정도로 안정된 고정밀 다층 저항체 박막을 형성할 수 있었다.

Investigation of Coring Grounding Construction by Equivalent Radius Concept (등가반경개념에 의한 코어링 접지공사의 고찰)

  • The grounding system is necessary to provide means to dissipate electric currents into the earth without exceeding any operating and equipment limits. The ground is composed of various soils and the resistivity of the soil depends on many parameters. It depends on the type of soil and varies with distance as well as with depth. Especially, soil resistivity of volcanic area such as Jeju is ve교 high and it is difficult to acquire necessary grounding resistivity. This paper introduces the efficient grounding construction using coring technique for proper grounding resistance in high resistivity area. Because it is difficult to measure the accurate resistivity of soils, their resistivities are estimated using measured value of ground resistance and equivalent radius method. Estimated resistivities are used for grounding resistance in scheduled construction region.

  • This experimental research explores the effect of politician's voice on electors. For this experimental research, 4 groups of subjects composed of university students were exposed to different types of TV address video clips which were manipulated by tone and speed of voice, This research found that subjects exposed to low tone video clip of politician's address showed higher degree of affect and support. And those exposed to slower video clip of politician's address showed higher degree of affect but it is not connected to higher degree of support.

Electrical Properties of ZnTe-lnSb Heterojunctions (ZnTe-InSb Heterojunction의 전기적 특성)

  • The Zn7e-lnSb heterojunctions was prepared by interface alloying technique. The structure of this beterojunction had p-i-n which semi-insulating ZnTe laver at interface of this heterojunction was formed by diffusing In of InSb into ZnTe crystal. The current transport mechanism of this heterojunction was Spacecharge-Limited-Current(SCLC) mechanism by hole at semi-insulating ZnTe layer. The hole wart injected from valence band of p- type SnTe crystal. Orange color electroluminescence was observed at this heterojunction when forward and reversed bias voltage applied.

  • For revolving and elevating a turret of a tank, we substitute an existing oil pressure system with an electric system using a motor and applied the vector control method to this system. A switching method of an inverter for providing desired sinusoidal current to each phase of a motor, we adopted min-max pulse width modulation method which takes less computation time, rather than space vector pulse width modulation method. We designed a digital filter and applied it to the control system. Developed current controller is verified it's performance through a current control test, speed control test, frequency response and tracking a profile of speed test.

A.C.impedance properties on $RuO_2$-based thick film resistors ($RuO_2$계 후막저항체의 교류 임피던스 특성)

  • 저저항(DuPont 1721, 100.OMEGA./sq.)과 고저항(1741, 10K.OMEGA./sq.)의 두 Ru계 후막저항체를 여러 조건에서 소결하여 소결막의 복소임피던스 특성과 임피던스의 주파수의존성을 1KHz-13MHz의 주파수 범위에서 조사하였다. 저저항 1721계의 경우 600.deg.C이상에서 소결한 모든 시편이 거의 저항성분(R)만으로 구성된 등가회로에 해당되는 복소임피던스 거동을 보였으며 임피던스에 미치는 주파수 의존성은 크게 나타나지 않았는데 5KHz까지는 주파수에 따라 변화가 없다가 그 이상의 주파수에서 주파수 증가에 따라 약간씩 증가하였다. 고저항 1741 후막저항체의 경우는 소결조건에 따라 복소임피던스 거동과 임피던스에 미치는 주파수 의존성이 달리 나타났다. 600.deg.C에서는 용량(C) 성분만으로 구성된 등가회로에 해당하는 복소임피던스 거동을 얻었고 주파수 증가에 따라 임피던스가 직선적으로 감소하였으며 700.deg.C이상 900.deg.C까지는 저항(R)과 용량(C)이 병렬로 연결되는 형태의 등가회로에 해당하는 복소임피던스 거동을 얻었고 이때의 임피던스의 주파수 의존성은 저주파수 영역에서는 임피던스가 주파수에 변함없이 일정하다가 5KHz이상의 주파수에서는 주파수 증가에 따라 임피던스가 직선적으로 감소하였다. 1000.deg.C반응에서의 복소임피던스 거동은 RCL성분이 병렬로 연결된 형태의 등가회로에 해당되는 결과를 얻었으며 임피던스도 작아지고 주차수 의존성도 현저하지 않았다.

  • 한의학에서 신장(腎臟)은 단순히 소변을 만들어내는 곳으로 보는 것이 아니라 정력과 생식 활동을 담당하는 곳으로 표현하고 있다. 이러한 신장은 두 개의 강낭콩처럼 생긴 모양을 띄고 있으며 서로 마주 보고 있고 등에 붙어 있어 체내의 조절 기능을 수행하고 있다. 이와 같은 역할을 수행하는 신장에 이상이 발생하면 신부전, 신장염, 신우염 및 부종 등의 신장 질환을 앓게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신장 기능의 이상 유무를 손쉽게 판단하기 위한 방법으로 음성 분석을 통한 자가 진단법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한의학에서 제시하고 있는 신장 질환자에 대한 목소리 패턴을 객관적 지표로 설계하기 위해 정상인과 신장 질환자를 대상으로 음성의 고저(高低)에 해당하는 분석 요소를 적용하여 피실험자 집단간의 비교, 분석을 실험으로 입증하고자 한다.

University Students' Major-interest agreement, the relationship between stress coping strategies and adaptation Department (대학생의 전공-흥미 일치도, 스트레스대처방식과 학과적응도 간의 관계)

  • This study aims to examine the correlations between undergraduates' major-interest congruence and stress coping behaviors and major adjustment. And in order to find there is any group violating Holland's congruence hypothesis, this paper divides them into four groups according to the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment. Also, it examines the difference of stress coping behaviors among the four groups. The followings are the chief results of this paper. First, according to the result of analyzing the effects of major-interest congruence and stress coping behaviors on major adjustment, congruence did not affect major adjustment significantly. Second, according to the result of dividing them into four groups by the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment, there is one group with high congruence but low major adjustment and also a group with low congruence but high major adjustment. Third, according to the result of examining the difference of stress coping behaviors among the four groups by the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment, there is significant difference among the four groups. Above results imply that in major adjustment, we should consider factors other than major-interest congruence, and stress coping behaviors are particularly important for it. Therefore, it is necessary to train their stress coping behaviors and also develop programs to facilitate major adjustment. Also, it implies that in the use of Holland's theory, it is crucial to use it based on the client's various information and uniqueness rather than to apply it in a conventional or unconditional way.

The Enhancement of Thermal Stability of Nickel Monosilicide by Ir and Co Insertion (Ir과 Co를 첨가한 니켈모노실리사이드의 고온 안정화 연구)

  • Thermal evaporated 10 nm-Ni/l nm-Ir/(or polycrystalline)p-Si(100) and 10 nm-$Ni_{50}Co_{50}$/(or polycrystalline)p-Si(100) films were thermally annealed using rapid thermal annealing fur 40 sec at $300{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$. The annealed bilayer structure developed into Ni(Ir or Co)Si and resulting changes in sheet resistance, microstructure, phase and composition were investigated using a four-point probe, a scanning electron microscopy, a field ion beam, an X-ray diffractometer and an Auger electron spectroscope. The final thickness of Ir- and Co-inserted nickel silicides on single crystal silicon was approximately 20$\sim$40 nm and maintained its sheet resistance below 20 $\Omega$/sq. after the silicidation annealing at $1000^{\circ}C$. The ones on polysilicon had thickness of 20$\sim$55 nm and remained low resistance up to $850^{\circ}C$. A possible reason fur the improved thermal stability of the silicides formed on single crystal silicon substrate is the role of Ir and Co in preventing $NiSi_2$ transformation. Ir and Co also improved thermal stability of silicides formed on polysilicon substrate, but this enhancement was lessened due to the formation of high resistant phases and also a result of silicon mixing during high temperature diffusion. Ir-inserted nickel silicides showed surface roughness below 3 nm, which is appropriate for nano process. In conclusion, the proposed Ir- and Co- inserted nickel silicides may be superior over the conventional nickel monosilicides due to improved thermal stability.

Electromechanical Relation of Conductive Materials with High Electrical Resistance and Its Application to the Estimation of In_situ Stress of Structural Tendons (고저항 전도체의 전기기계적 상관작용과 작용응력 예측이 가능한 긴장재의 제안)

  • It is proposed that the electromechanical relation of the conductive materials with high electrical resistance may be used to estimate the current stress of prestressing tendons. To choose the best conductive material to this end, we studied the electromechanical relations of carbon fibers and metalic heat wires experimentally. The strain of those materials was controlled instead of the stress during the experiment. It is found that the relation of carbon fibers can be modelled by a parabolic(or hyperbolic) function in the early stage of deformation. However because the relation is not consistent when it is unloaded and reload, carbon fibers are not suitable for this purpose. Metallic heat wires show a consistent linear relation during loading and unloading in the elastic deformation and are suitable for this purpose. To estimate the electromechanics relation of metallic wires, we developed a simple formula based on the rigid plasticity. We propose a new kind of prestressing tendons whose stress can be monitored. As a side result of this study, we found that the electromechanical relation of carbon fibers without epoxy matrix becomes almost linear after a certain strain.
