The Analysis of the Relation between Regional Industrial Diversity and Regional Business Cycle (지역의 산업다양성과 지역경기변동의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts of regional industrial diversity on regional business cycle response to national volatility. We employed mean group and pooled mean group estimators of panel vector error-correction models in order to control unobserved heterogeneity of the port cities, such as Pusan, Ulsan and Incheon. The results show that in various industrial regions, short-term fluctuations in the unemployment rate are small compared to other regions. On the contrary, long-term volatility of manufacturing production index is low in those regions.

Effect of the $P_2O_5$ Substituted Gypsum on the Early Hydration of $C_3A$ (석고에 고용된 $P_2O_5$$C_3A$의 초기수화에 미치는 영향)

  • The effect of 2% of $P_2O_5$ substituted in gypsum(5 mol% as $HPO_3$) on the early hydration characteristics of $C_3A$ were investigated and then gypsum only and gypsum mixed with $Ca(H_2PO_4)_2$.$H_2O$(2% as $P_2O_5$) were studied separately for comparison. The early hydration reaction of $C_3A$ with each gypsum were examined by measuring the rate of heat libera-tion of hydration with calorimeter and by analysing the hydration products with X-ray diffractometer and differential thermal analyser. It was shown that phosphogypsum substituted with $P_2O_6$ in the crystal lattice accelerated exceedingly the formation of the ettrignite and following hydrated products. However the other gypsum especially gypsum without any phosphate delayed the formation of various hydration products, It was consequently suggested that when phosphogypsum are used as the retarder of cement setting its reta-rding effect for setting of cement is not ascribed to the retardation of ettringite formation.

  • The vertically integrated power industry was divided into six generation companies and one market operator, where electricity trading was launched at power exchange. In this environment, the profits of each generation companies are guaranteed according to utilizing strategies of their own generation equipments. This paper presents on generator maintenance scheduling and efficient bidding strategies for generation equipments through the calculation of the contract and the application of each generator cost function based on the past demand forecasting error and market operating data.

  • 1844년 Rochdale Pioneers는 소비자 협동조합을 만들고 그 첫 번째 상점을 열었다. 이 소비조합을 통해 지역 주민에게 양질의 식품을 저렴한 가격에 제공했다. 이러한 유럽의 전통적이고 좌파성향의 경제적 분배이념이 발전하여 유럽의 사회적 기업의 발판이 되었다. 뿐 만 아니라 1991년 이탈리아에서는 주주나 소유주의 이익 산출보다는 공동체 또는 구성원을 위하는 사회적 경제 개념의 협동조합이 시작되었다. 1980년 아쇼카 재단의 설립자 빌 드레이튼은 슘페트에 의해 처음 소개된 '기업가정신'을 한 단계 높은 차원으로 끌어올렸다. 그는 기업가 정신을 사회적 혁신에도 적용하여 사회의 난제에 대해서도 창조적 파괴를 시도하자는 뜻에서 사회적'과 '기업가'를 합성하여 사회적 기업가 정신이라고 사용했다. 이러한 사회적 기업의 발전 과정에서 보면 유럽과 미국의 인식의 차이를 우리는 느낄 수 있다. 유럽의 경우는 좌파적 성향이 담겨져 있다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 협동조합에서 알 수 있듯이 공평한 분배 개념에의 접근이다. 그에 비해서 미국의 경우는 우파적 성향이 강하다. 미국은 기업가 정신이 투철한 기업가가 많은 부를 축척하고 이렇게 축척된 부의 분배 과정에서 사회적 가치가 강조된다. 이러한 사회적 기업을 가능하게 하는 요인 중 하나가 사회적 자본으로 불리는 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 25개의 사회적 기업 실증을 통하여 생존을 위한 전략적 차원에서 네트워크의 다양성과 강도가 사회적 기업의 기업생존과 고용성장, 매출성장 나아가 권한위임에 정의 관계가 있음을 검증하였다.

Effect of Depression and Anxiety on Symptoms in Thyroid Cancer Patients Undergoing Radioactive Iodine($I^{131}$) Therapy (고용량 방사성요오드($I^{131}$)치료를 받는 갑상선암 환자의 우울, 불안이 증상에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the symptom severity, interference and their psychological predictors in thyroid cancer patients hospitalized for radioactive iodine administration. Methods: One hundred seventy-seven thyroid cancer patients admitted to the isolation room for Iodine ($I^{131}$) therapy were recruited. Subjects were asked to complete the questionnaire on core symptoms, thyroid cancer symptoms, interference, depression and state anxiety in the evening after receiving radioactive iodine therapy. Data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS vs. 19. Results: Lack of appetite, drowsiness, sleep disturbance, fatigue, and nausea were the 5 most core symptoms. More than 20% of patients experienced moderate to severe thyroid cancer symptoms including feeling cold, hoarseness, swallowing difficulty, and feeling hot. More than 30% of subjects experienced moderate to severe interferences in mood, general activity, and 22% in walking. Depression and state anxiety were identified as predictors of core symptoms, thyroid symptom severity and interference. Conclusion: Nursing interventions to reduce the symptom severity and interference need to be developed by considering thyroid cancer patients' depression and anxiety when hospitalized in the isolation room for radioactive iodine administration.

  • People's interest in the emergence of the era of the fourth industrial revolution based on technological innovation and consequently changes in employment structure increased. Especially, the society-wide intelligent informatization will have a great influence on the library environment, and librarian as a job in the library also needs to actively cope with these environmental changes. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the technology substitutability according to librarian's duties, and derive the core tasks of the future librarian. Finally, the new roles of future librarian are discussed in depth.

  • This paper examines career self-help advice in light of its influence on white-collar job searching in the US. After a brief overview of the white-collar labor market changes in the past few decades and the rise of the career self-help industry in America, it focuses on career self-help advice concerning a resume and networking that involves the use of information communication technology (ICT) through the review of career self-help manuals and other related literature. Finally, it looks at some of its major limits, especially the problem of presenting job searching in terms of individual efforts without regard to its structural aspects and its implications - individual responsibility for job searching and its outcomes - along with a suggestion for the type of help that can be offered to job seekers.

수출역량강화사업이 수출성과에 미치는 효과연구:경기지역 창업 중소기업을 중심으로

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중소기업청의 수출지원사업 중 수출역량강화사업(이하'사업')이 중소기업, 특히, 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업(중소기업창업지원법 제2조 제2호에 의함)의 수출증대에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국 12개 지방 중소기업청에 사업을 신청한 기업중 2014년, 2015년에 경기지방 중소기업청을 통하여 사업에 참여한 843개 기업의 수출 성과에 대한 정량적 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존연구들을 바탕으로 기업의 수출성과와 관련된 선행연구들을 조사하여 주요 변수를 선정하였다. 또한 2000년대 이후 수출 입 관련 통계상 매년도 1위를 차지하고 있고, 산업별 고용인원이 1위인 경기지역의 사업 참여업체를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 사업은 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업은 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사업은 일반 중소기업보다 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업에 더욱 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 수출입 규모가 경기지역 다음으로 큰 울산지역과 서울지역에서 동일한 기간에 사업에 참여하였던 기업들의 수출성과를 추가하여 유의한 결과가 도출되는지에 대한 후행 연구를 하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the job satisfaction of school library employees with independent variables. and to discern the variables that cause the greatest impact on job satisfaction. The study's 254 questionaries were collected from December 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 from 327 school library employees. In this study, it is proved that there are differences between the job satisfaction of school library employees and independent variables: gender, the level of school library, length of service. and employment style. Tips for the inherent roles of school library media center were Provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

Technological Standardization in Mobile Telecommunication Industry: A Comparative Study (이동통신산업의 기술표준화에 관한 연구: 국가간 비교를 중심으로)

  • A analytical framework is suggested to explain how different standardization each country makes with incorporation of institutional elements such as the state's intervention and inter-firm relations which are considered to have a significant effect on it. Application to mobile telecommunication industry of the framework shows that different innovation system has its own technological standardization. In isolated inter-firm relation system, standardization is achieved through market but in cooperative one, through coordinating activities between participant firms. The state, however, intervenes more deeply in standardization and inter-firm relations are shorter in state-led and isolated firm relation system than in state-led and cooperative firm relation system.
