The effects of the self-directed career management on the career success - Focused on the career interruption - (자기주도적 경력과 경력성공 간 관계 연구 -경력전략으로서의 경력단절을 중심으로-)

  • The career management concept is changing rapidly in the career management field in recent years. It becomes very difficult to have a lifetime employment within the same firm. As there is career-interruption that is pervasive phenomenon in the career management area, many academics and practitioners have been interested in it. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of career-interruptions as the effective career strategy of the self-directed career development on career strategy(career-interruptions frequency, career opportunities searching and career success (workers' wages). To test the effects of the self-directed career management, data were divided into two groups including self-directed career management group (n=210) and general career management group (n=191) based on whether career-interruptions are voluntary or not. The results showed that the self-directed career development attitude and career success were significantly different depending on worker's self-directed career management and general career management group.

  • 근래 우리나라에서도 평균수명이 길어져 노동의욕이 있는 중고령자가 증가하는 한편, 출산율이저 하되어 젊은 근로자의 수가 감소되고 있다. 통계청의 인구통계과의 추계에 의하면 2000년에는 60세 이 상이 총인구에 점하는 비율이 10.7%, 65세 이상은 6.8%가 되고, 2020년에는 60세 이상이 19.5%, 65세 이 상도 12.5%에 도달한다는 것이다. 인구노령화로 인한 고령화 사회에 대한 준비를 서둘러야 할 때라고 생각된다. 또 고령화 사회로 되면 젊은 연령층의 경제적 부담이 증가되므로 중고령자의 노동인구를 이대 로 방치해 두는 것은 국가적으로나 사회복지적으로나 불경제라고 할 수 있다. 그런데, 문제가 되는 것은, 중고령자를 취업시키는 것이 오히려 사회의 생산성을 저하시키거나 경제적으로 불리하게 되어서는 안되는 것과 중고령노동자 자신의 안전을 확보해야 하는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 고용에 있어 서 어떠한 점에서 중고령노동자에게 특징과 문제가 있는가를 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 고령자는 청년자 보다 노동능력이 떨어지는 특징과 문제가 있는가를 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 고령자는 청년자 보다 노동능력이 떨어지는 경향이 있지만 개인차도 크고 고령자 중에는 청년자의 기능에 비교해도 뒤떨어지지 않는 자도 있다. 연령만으로 노동능력을 판정하는 것은 적절한 방법이라고 할 수 없다. 문헌에 의하면 역연령(chornological age)이 25세의 경우, 생리적 연령은 23세에서 27세로 4년 차이가 있다고 한다. 이러한 생리적 연령의 차이는 역연령이 더해감에 따라서 점차 크게 되어 역연령이 45세에서는 12년, 80세 에서는 20년이나 된다는 것이다. 이것은 인간에 있어서 시간적 경과를 나타내는 역연령 이외에 신체적 기능연령(functional age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.

Microstructure and Giant Magnetoresistance of AgCo Nano-granular Alloy Films (Ag-Co합금박막의 두께에 따르는 미세구조 변화 및 자기저항 거동)

  • The thickness dependence of the microstructure and the giant magnetoresistance behavior of co-evaporated Co-Ag granular alloy films were investigated. The maximum magnetoresistance ratio of 24% was observed in the the as-deposited state of the 40 at. % Co alloy having 200 nm thickness. The surface scattering contributed about 20% to the total resistivity in the 20 nm thick films. The MR ratio dropped sharply when the film thickness was below 50 nm. The reduction in the Co particle size and the increase in solid solubility of Ag in fcc Co when the film thickness decreased were observed using a high resolution TEM. The aspect ratio of the Co particles was also affected by the film thickness. Those microstructural changes as well as the surface induced spin flipping play a significant role in the $\Delta$p change.

  • Data from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(4th year, 187 workers) was used for analyzing the difference between hearing aid users and nonusers for their job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction. The analyses result shows that there are no significant differences in both job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction between hearing aid users and nonusers. However, job satisfaction of hearing aid users has a positive role in daily life satisfaction. Although hearing aids to the hearing impaired played very important role, it was thought to be resulted that some influence factors such as the increase of using IT devices and the expansion of communication support services weren't applied because of the nature of the panel data. These limitations of the study and implications are presented at the conclusion.

Thermal Cycle Reliabilties and Cracking Characteristics of Electroplated Cr/Ni-P Coatings (전해 Cr/Ni-P 도금막의 열 사이클 신뢰성 및 균열거동 분석)

  • The effects of thermal cycle conditions on the bonding strength and crack propagation behaviors in electroplated Cr/electroplated Ni-P coatings were systematically evaluated. 1st heat treatment was performed at 500℃ for 3 hours after electroplating Ni-P, and then, 2nd heat treatment was performed at 750℃ for 6 hours after electroplating Cr. The measured bonding strength by ASTM C633 were around 25.6 MPa before thermal cycling, while it increased to 47.6 MPa, after 1,000 cycles. Increasing thermal cycles led to dominant fail mode with cohesive failure inside adhesive, which seemed to be closely related to the increasing bonding strength possibly not only due to higher Cr surface roughness, but also to penetrated channeling crack density. Also, increasing density of penetrated channeling cracks in electroplating Cr layer led to slightly stronger bonding strength due to mechanical interlocking effects of adhesive inside channeling cracks.

  • This study contributes to understanding women's labor market behavior by focusing on a particular set of labor force transitions - labor force withdrawal and entry during the period surrounding the first birth of a child. In particular, this study provides a dynamic analyses, using longitudinal data and event history analysis, to conceptualize labor force behaviors in a straightforward way. The main research question addresses which factors increase or decrease the hazard rates of leaving and entering the labor market. This study used piecewise Gompertz model, following the guide of the non-parametric analysis on the hazard rates, which allowed relatively detailed description on the distribution of timing of leave and entry to the labor market as parameters of interest. The results show that preferences and structural variables, as well as economic considerations, are very important factors to explain the labor market behavior of women in the period surrounding childbirth.

  • The objective of this paper is to analyze survival rate and factors of FDI(Foreign direct investment) using FDI data of Ministry of Knowledge and Economy. Kaplan-Meier estimation was used. The result was as follows. M&A of FDI was much more risk than Greenfield FDI. .FDI to the IT-service industry was much more risk than FDI to the manufacturing industry. Partnership under 50% was much more risk than partnership over 50%. The accumulated survival rate of M&A was higher then Greenfield until fourth period but was lower than Greenfield after fourth period. The accumulated survival rate of M&A was lower than others from the first period to last period. There was no difference between Partnership under 50% and partnership over 50% to 4th period. After 4th period, Accumulated survival rate of partnership under 50% was higher than accumulated survival partnership over 50%.

The Solidification Microstructure of X%C-5%Cr-5%V-5%Mo-5%W-5%Co Multi-Component White Cast Iron (X%C-5%Cr-5%V -5%Mo-5%W-5%Co 다합금계백주철의 응고조직에 관한 연구)

  • Type and three-dimensional morphology of carbides precipitated in the X(X= 1.70, 1.92, 2.21, 2.50, 2.86)%C-5%Cr-5%V-5%Mo-5%W-5%Co multi-component white cast iron were investigated using an optical microscope and SEM. The types of carbides precipitated were MC, M$_2$C and M$_{7}$C$_{3}$. Morphology of the MC carbide took three forms, that it petal-like, nodular and coral-like. MC carbide seemed to change its morphology from petal-like through nodular, and finally to coral-like with an increase in carbon content. M7C carbide was classified into lamellar and plate-like type. The lamellar M$_2$C arbide precipitated in the iron with low molybdenum and tungsten contents, and higher contents of both elements in the iron were needed to form the plate-like M$_2$C carbide. The morphology of M$_{7}$C$_{3}$ was rod-like similar to that observed in high chromium white cast iron. However, cobalt does not affect the type and morphology of precipitated carbides.des.

Synthesis and Properties of In-situ $MoSi_2$/W Composites ($MoSi_2$/W 복합재료의 합성과 성질에 관한 연구)

  • $MoSi_2$/W composites were fabricated by vacuum hot press at $1600^{\circ}C$ under 30MPa for 3 hrs. The effects of the amount of tungsten in the composites was explained in terms of the microstructure and mechanical properties. Although tungsten was mainly substituted to Mo atoms forming a complete solid solution of (Mo.W).Si, (x= 1, 5, y=2, 3). the grain size of composites became smaller with the increase of tungsten added. Vickers hardness was increased with the increase of tungsten content due to the solid-solution hardening. On the other hand, toughness of composites decreased sharply by increasing the amount of tungsten. Optimum tungsten amount was determined to be a 10 vol% of composite. Indentation fracture toughness was calculated to be 4.5MPa\sqrt{m}$ in this composites, compared with $2.7MPa\sqrt{m}$ in pure $MoSi_2$.

  • Experimental investigations on the effect of two kinds of additives ; aqueous NaOH solution and ammonia(NH$_3$) for removal of NOx and SO$_2$ simultaneously by corona discharge were carried out. The simulated combustion flue gas was[NO(0.02[%])-SO$_2$(0.08[%])-$CO_2$-Air-$N_2$] Volume percentage of aqueous NaOH solution used was 20[%] and $N_2$flow rate was 2.5[$\ell$/min] for bubbling aqueous NaOH solution Ammonia gas(14.81[%]) balanced by argon was diluted by air. NH$_3$ molecular ratios(MR) based on [NH$_3$] and [NO+SO$_2$] were 1, 1.5 and 2.5 The vapour of aqueous NaOH solution and NH$_3$was introduced to the main simulated combustion flue gas duct through injection systems which were located at downstream of corona discharge reactor. NOx(NO+NO$_2$) removal rate by injecting the vapour of aqueous NaOH solution was much better than that by injecting NH$_3$however SO$_2$removal rate by injecting NH$_3$was much better than that by injecting the vapour of aqueous NaOH SO$_2$removal rate slightly increased with increasing applied voltage. When the vapour of aqueous NaOH solution and NH$_3$were simultaneously injection NOx and SO$_2$ removal rate were significantly increased.
