Quality of the library service, because it is based on the subjective meaning of the user for a particular service, depending on the individual expectation level, can be divided between satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Therefore, library services that are performed in public libraries also ultimately assessment of library services may influence based on the expected value of the user. This study is a satisfaction survey of library services to the public library of Goyang. Overall satisfaction of Public Library of Goyang in this study are in the following orders: 1) facility, 2) cultural programs and courses, 3) librarian kindness, 4) collections. To understand the specific meaning of each preference, it was analyzed in the followings: 1) the expectation level to the library space, 2) expectation level to librarians, 3) new service the users desire, 4) service the users want, etc. by age and occupation. As the age of the user increases, the demand for traditional library usage increased. In addition, services that utilize the same library external resources and utilization of external lecturer is like finding employment and art courses, expectation level of users such as reading course to utilize library resources was the highest.

부산시에서는 2천년대 국제화, 지방화 추세에 부응하고 문화의 중심센터로서 다원적 기능을 수행하며 문화예술 창작활동을 고양, 대중화함으로써 지역 문화 창달에 크게 기여하기 위해 금정구 문화회관 건립 현상설계를 실시, (주)일신설계종합건축안을 당선작으로 선정 발표했다. 우수작으로는 종합건축 건창안이 선정되었다. 본지에서는 당선작을 게재한다.

The aims of this study were wintering individuals, usage of foraging sites, potential food availability, daily activity and disturbance factors of White-naped Cranes Grus vipio on the wintering site, Han-river estuary, Goyang and Gimpo city, Korea. We want to provide basic data to conserve the cranes. Maxium population was identified 162 individuals at the middle of February in the river side and mud flat of this study area. Spring migration for breeding was started at the first week of March and finished for two weeks later. White-naped Cranes were used four feeding sites in winter; agricultural area in Hongdopyong, Yihwa-dong, Pyong-dong and Songpo-dong. Expected carrying capacity (ECC) was 334 days (121~909 days). White-naped Cranes departed from roosting site to feeding site at every morning for foraging. If they were disturbed by some factors at feeding sites, they moved to mud flat in the Han river to forage and take a rest. Daily activity was consisted of six category; feeding, alert, locomotion, preening, comfort, social and other behaviors. Feeding was the highest portion among behaviors in the wintering area. Feeding, alert, locomotion and preening in daily activities significantly differed among feeding sites. We watched total 348 times of disturbances in the wintering sites. Artificial disturbances were vehicles, humans, bicycles and motorcycles. Natural disturbances were noises, animals and others. Disturbances in all wintering sites were highest in Yihwa-dong (134 times) and followed by Hongdopyong (109 times), Songpo-dong (64 times) and then Pyong-dong (44 times). And artificial disturbances (228 times) were more than natural disturbances (120 times). Especially, vehicle was one of the most checked factor in the wintering area.

The number of medical welfare facilities caring for the elderly with paralysis and dementia has been increasing rapidly because of the change in the way of supporting the elderly, stemming from an increase in the number of the elderly and working couples. These medical welfare facilities are usually installed all over the city and are gradually becoming high-rise. Few inmates are capable of making their own decisions in case of fire at night and when there are no escape routes such as ramps for evacuation, leading to massive casualties. This study aimed to identify problems in evacuation in the medical welfare facilities for the elderly in Goyang city. This city has the largest number of medical welfare facilities for the elderly per unit area. The following strategies could aid in better evacuation: secure ramps or bed escape elevators; the bedrooms of the inmates should have one-hour fire resistance; the stairs should have the structure of an enclosed stairway; the necessary apparatus for evacuation, such as an escape chute, should be installed; and, to conclude, a business agreement with neighboring agencies to help inmates escape during the fire. The state should implement necessary measures to protect the lives and property of the people. Rapid implementation of this proposal is necessary for the evacuation safety of an increasing number of medical welfare facilities for the elderly.

현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 지자체 단위 위험도 평가 기법들은 자연재난과 사회재난으로부터 유발되는 여러 위험성들을 함께 고려하여 평가에 반영하고 있다. 또한, 지자체 내에서 홍수위험에 노출될 수 있는 대상만을 선별하여 분석한 것이 아닌 지자체별 단순 통계값으로 평가가 이루어지기 때문에 홍수위험에 대한 정확한 평가가 어렵다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Indicator Based Approach(IBA)에서 제시하는 평가 항목인 Hazard, Exposure, Vulnerability, Capacity 중 Exposure에 해당하는 건축물수를 대상으로 홍수위험지도와 중첩되는 건축물들을 선별하여 홍수위험도 평가를 수행하였다. 지자체별 건축물수 산정은 2018년 11월 기준 경기도 31개 시군별 도로명주소 전자지도(건물)와 500m × 500m 건축물수 격자자료를 사용하였다. 건축물수 격자자료는 도로명주소 전자지도의 건물 폴리곤 자료 대비 분석이 간편하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 비교 분석을 통해 공간분석자료의 유형에 따라 발생하는 통계값의 차이는 격자자료에 보정계수를 적용하여 보완하였다. 보정된 경기도 지자체별 건축물수 격자자료로 세부지표 지수를 산정한 결과 단순히 자지체별 건축물수를 사용했을 때에는 화성시, 용인시, 평택시 순으로 지수가 크게 산정되었다, 하지만 홍수위험지도와 중첩된 건축물수를 사용했을 때에는 고양시, 광명시, 김포시 순으로 지수가 크게 산정되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 건축물수 격자자료와 홍수위험지도를 사용하여 위험도 평가를 수행했을 때 기존 방법론 대비 합리적인 평가결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 DMZ 일원인 경기도 파주시 광탄면과 양주군 백석면에 걸쳐있는 박달산(363m) 주변의 관속식물상을 조사하였다. 파주시는 동쪽은 양주시, 서쪽은 한강을 경계로 김포시, 북부는 임진강을 경계로 북한과 접하고 있다. 남쪽은 고양시, 북쪽은 연천군에 접하고 있으며, 북위 37° 42'~38° 07', 동경 126° 41'~127° 01'에 위치한다. 박달산은 파주시 광탄면 경계에 위치하였으며, 현재 명칭은 박달나무가 많아서 박달산이라고 부르고 있으나 예전에는 독수리가 많아서 수리봉이라는 명칭으로 부르기도 했다. 박달산 주변에 분포하는 관속식물 현황은 79과 211속 288종 3아종 36변종 4품종 331분류군으로 조사되었다. 양치식물은 5과 10속 11종 1변종 12분류군, 나자식물은 2과 3속 5종 5분류군, 쌍자엽식물은 63과 154속 208종 3아종 22변종 3품종 236분류군, 단자엽식물 9과 44속 61종 13변종 1품종 78분류군으로 조사되었다. 희귀식물은 취약종(VU)에 속하는 왜박주가리(Tylophora floribunda Miq.) 1분류군, 약관심종(LC)에 속하는 태백제비꽃(Viola albida Palib.), 이팝나무(Chionanthus retusus Lindl. & Paxton) 2분류군이 조사되었다. 특산식물은 키버들(Salix koriyanagi Kimura), 외대으아리(Clematis brachyuran Maxim.), 서울제비꽃(Viola seoulensis Nakai), 오동나무(Paulownia coreana Uyeki), 백운산원추리(Hemerocallis hakuunensis Nakai) 5분류군이 조사되었다. 침입외래식물은 가시박(Sicyos angulatus L.), 단풍잎돼지풀(Ambrosia trifida L.), 돼지풀(Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) 등 28분류군으로 조사되었다.

제17회 국제포장기자재전(코리아팩2012)이 오는 5월 22일부터 25일까지 4일간 고양시 킨텍스 제1전시장 2,3,4,5홀에서 열린다. 세계 23개국 650개 기업이 참가하는 올해 전시회에서는 국제포장기자재전, 국제물류기기전, 제약 화장품산업전, 국제의약품전, 국제연구 실험기자재 및 첨단분석장비전, 국제바이오환경산업전, 국제화학장치산업전 등 7개 전시회가 동시 개최된다. 국제포장기자재전은 월간포장(대표 백재민)과 경영전람(대표 김여수)이 1992년부터 개최하고 있는 전시회로 2004년부터 8년 연속으로 지식경제부 '브랜드전시회 및 유망전시회'로 선정됐다. 올해는 경기도 3대 대표 산업 전시회로 선정되기도 했다.

급변하는 인쇄산업의 비전을 제시해 줄 국내 최대 인쇄인의 축제인 제18회 국제인쇄산업대전(KIPES 2011)이 오는 9월 28일(수)부터 10월 1일(토)까지 경기도 고양시에 위치한 KINTEX 전시장에서 개최된다. "디지털 인쇄로 열어가는 그래픽 세상!"을 주제로 열리는 이번 KIPES 2011은 대한인쇄문화협회와 한국이앤엑스가 공동으로 주최하고 문화체육관광부, 지식경제부, 경기도, KOTRA, 대한인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회, 서울특별시인쇄정보산업협동조합, 대한인쇄기술협회, 대한인쇄연구소, 한국제책공업협동조합, 한국스크린인쇄공업협회, 한국디자인단체총연합회 등 관련기관과 단체가 후원하며, KINTEX 제2전시장 개관에 맞추어 국제플라스틱, 고무산업전 등 관련 유관전시회 5개와 함께 제1전시장 5실에서 1만1000$m^2$의 규모로 동시에 개최된다.
