프랑스 고속철도 전차선로 시스템에서 균압선의 문제점 (The question at issue of connector wire in High Speed Railway Catenary System of France)

  • In these days, SNCF replace the connector wire (M-T type) with a dropper has a equivalent role and function of the one in general lines of TGV, and change the connector wire (T-T-M-M-T-T, T-T-M-M-T type, etc) into a New one has more flexible cable in parallel lines (air section air joint, etc) of TGV. The Connector wire has many problems according to a flow of excessive circulation current (or traction current) and a sudden rise of temperature on catenary when electric locomotive is running in high speed. To solve the question at issue of the connector wire in high speed railway catenary system of Fiance, SNCF return their operating experience in TGV lines to design and execution of catenary system Therefore, we have to deal with the question in design and execution of catenary system for kyoungbu HSR line because we will spend a lot of time and more money for maintenance than for construction of that.

  • With increasing interest in the reduction of cost for operation and maintenance of overhead catenary system, various methods of condition monitoring have been developed and used in with high-speed analysis and advanced image processing techniques. This study utilizes a high-speed camera as inspecting system to measure the wear, stagger, hight and arc extinguishing test of overhead catenary system. All measuring image were captured by a high speed CMOS camera with PCI express output, which can acquire up to 1000 frames per second with the resolution 1024 × 1280 pixels. Line type laser source with a power equal to 300 mW and the National Instrument LabVIEW (8.0) based on vision acquisition software have been used in application programming interface for image acquisition, display, and storage. The proposed high-speed camera system is finally applied to measure the overhead catenary system showing promising on-field applications

  • This study aims to create a numerical analysis model which can investigate the dynamic interaction between pantograph and overhead contact wire used for a high-speed railway vehicle, and validate the simulation results according to EN 50318 standard. Finite element analysis models of pantograph and overhead contact line are created using SAMCEF, a commercial FE analysis program. The mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values of contact forces are obtained. The simulation results are validated according to EN 50318, and the possibility of simulating the collecting characteristic of an actual pantograph system by using the developed model is discussed.

  • 철도 신호제어장치들은 각자 고유의 기능을 수행하면서 각 장치간 통신링크를 통하여 하나의 신호제어시스템을 구성하고 있다. 특히 철도청에서 통합 CTC 시스템을 구축하면서 신호제어시스템 이외의 SCADA나 여객정보안내 시스템 등 외부설비들과의 인터페이스를 통해 기존의 열차제어 기능만을 수행하는 것에서 타 시스템과의 디지털 통신을 통한 종합적인 정보시스템으로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 CTC장치와 외부설비들간의 인터페이스는 철도정보시스템의 발달에 따라 매우 중요한 부분이 되고 있다. 또한 철도청의 주요 노선들이 전철화되어감에 따라 SCADA 장치의 중요성이 증가하고 있으며, 전차선의 가압상태를 CTC에서 파악하는 것은 열차의 안전은행에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 기존의 도시철도, 경부고속철도 등의 프로토콜의 분석을 바탕으로 철도청 통합 CTC와 SCADA 장치간 통신을 위한 프로토콜 구조를 제안한다.

  • 전력계통에서 진상역률이 될 경우, 경부하시 또는 무부하시 변전소 급전측의 전압보다 말단측의 전압이 높아져 심각할 경우 절연파괴 및 기기에 과전압으로 인한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근 도입된 고속철도 구간에서 무부하시 또는 경부하시 전압이 상승되는 현상이 발생하여 실측 및 시뮬레이션을 통하여 전위 상승에 대한 원인을 검토하고자 한다.

  • 최근 철도차량의 고속화와 전력회생을 하는 전기차로 인하여 부하전류와 고장전류 간의 큰 차이가 없으므로 이를 구분할 수 있는 고성능 보호시스템의 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 본 논문은 실계통에서의 전차선로 임피던스를 이용하여 AT급전시스템을 모델링하였으며 변전소와 보조급전구분소사이 단락사고의 과도특성을 분석하였다.

  • This paper presents the optimal design of a high-speed (200[km/h]) Linear Synchronous Motor which will be used as a propulsion system of a dynamic tester for catenary-current collection used in railways. Motor performance, especially detent force minimization on various design schemes has been investigated in detail by using FEM (Finite Element Method). Simulation-based DOE (Design of Experiments) method is also applied in order to reduce the large number of analysis according to each design variable and consider the effect among variables. The optimal design in all aspects is proposed by an optimization algorithm using a regression equation derived from the simulation-based DOE and the performance is verified by FEM.

  • In electric railway, image monitoring using high speed camera provides reliable, timely information of wear and geometry status, important in taking decisions for overhead contact wire maintenance. The contribution of this research is the development of a simple real-time monitoring system for use in measurement subsystem of contact wire and geometry of overhead contact wire in electric railway. The system has been consists of a high speed CMOS camera with resolution $1024{\times}1280$ pixels, line type laser source and PC-based image acquisition system with PCI Express slot. Vision acquisition software have been used in application programming interface for image acquisition, display, and storage with a frequency of sampling of 500 acquisitions per second.

  • A dynamic simulation for a high-speed pantograph-overheadline has been performed using mode superposition method to predict contact forces between pantograph and overheadline. We can deal with non-linear dampers of the pantograph and pre-sag of overhead-line for the simulation. But, we can not consider slackness of dropper in the overhead-line. According to the simulation results, the contact forces and displacements are reasonably predicted, compared with other foreign simulation results.

  • In the testing stage of HEMU-400X(next Korean high speed train) developing project, maximum speed(400km/h) tests will be conducted. On present and near future conditions of the overhead contact lines, 400km/h is over the design speed criteria. The predictions of current collection performance including the percentage loss of contact(arcs level) parameter through dynamic interaction simulation of HEMU-400X maximum speed test run are described in this paper. Various simulations are conducted at the condition of two different contact wire tensions to draw the proper contact wire increasing values in the 400km/h test line under the available contact wire tension supporting condition of that line.
