Qualitative management and certification of higher education and higher education programs are important in Australia and Hong Kong. The purpose of the study is to analyze the higher educational Institute accreditation in Australia and Hong Kong and to provide basic data for the domestic evaluation accreditation system For this purpose, the analysis was conducted based on the analysis framework of Kis(2005), which was modified by the researchers in Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency(TEQSA) and Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications(HKCAAVQ). The quality assurance approach in Australia and Hong Kong is common as 'accreditation' and focuses on other evaluation methods, evaluation data, nature of the report, evaluation purpose, evaluation result, and follow-up evaluation. Australia and Hong Kong had separate evaluation agencies for accreditation of higher education qualifications, degrees, and educational programs, and were performing accreditation at the independent institutions. Australia and Hong Kong do not agree with the evaluation standards of higher education institutions because of different academic system and qualifications system from Korea. Higher education institutions need to consider international interchange in terms of exchanging higher education human resources between countries. It is also necessary to conduct evaluation of higher education institutions with reference to higher education quality management standards.

The purpose of this study was to do an exploratory analysis on the expectation of Chinese high-school students on the benefits of higher education. Higher education benefits were categorized into monetary-investment benefit, non monetary-investment benefit and consumptive benefit. The differences in expectation according to independent student factors and family background were analyzed. The survey data on every high school's 300 students and 300 their parents total 1200 in 2 high schools in YanTai was put into the analysis. The differences among groups and items were analyzed using Cross tabulation, ANOVA, etc with SPSS. The major findings are as follows. First, Chinese high-school students' overall expectation on higher education benefits was high. Second, Expectation on higher education benefits differed according to independent student factors, such as gender, academic year, grade, etc. Third, expectation on higher education benefits differed according to factors of family background. Fourth, level of expectation on higher education benefits between parents and students differed. In the future, the government should consider such various expectations and differences when dealing with higher education policies and university operation.

본 연구에서는 2003년부터 시행된 일본 고등학교 학습지도요령의 수학과 구성과 성격을 연구하였다. 또한, 교육과정상의 확률통계교육의 구성과 성격 및 편제에 대하여 고찰한 결과, 새 교육과정에 따른 교과위주의 교육과정의 구성과 내용 및 편제의 특징은 통합학습시간 신설로 미국식 주제 교육의 도입, 완전학교 주 5 일제실시, 중고 일관교육, 단위제 고등학교학교 신설, 종합 학교의 설치로 설명된다. 확률통계 교육의 내용과 범위는 과거 교육과정과 크게 달라진 점은 없으나, 7교과 분야 가운데 3 교과 부분에 자료 위주의 실용통계계산 교육과 통계소프트웨어교육 강화가 그 특징이다.

본 연구는 최근 Horizon report 2020에서 소개하는 고등교육 분야에 영향을 줄 트렌드와 기술 사례들을 수집하여 고등교육의 미래 동향과 학습 분석적 측면에서 분석하였다. 고등 교육이 교수·학습을 중심으로 영향을 줄 트렌드로는 기술적 트렌드, 고등교육 트렌드, 경제적 트렌드 등이 있으며 기술 사례로는 적응형 학습, 인공지능/머신기능 기술의 교육적 활용, 학업 성취도 분석을 위한 학습 분석, 확장 현실 기술 등이 있다. 이 중 학습 분석 기술은 학습자의 학업 성취도를 높이기 위한 방법으로 사용되는 유용한 기술이기도 하며 고등교육에 영향을 줄 가장 핵심 트렌드이기도 하다. 그러나 현실 학습에 적용하는데는 데이터 격차, 품질 문제, 개인 정보보호에 대한 문제 등 윤리적 문제를 함께 고려해야한다. 본 연구를 기반으로 한 향후 학습 분석 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

In this study, a programming class plan was designed for artificial intelligence education in technical high schools such as specialized high schools and Meister high schools. In elementary and middle schools or general high schools, it is not easy to secure the number of hours, so it is not easy to proceed with a lot of content and in-depth content. In addition, technical high schools have a good environment for nurturing human resources in the field of artificial intelligence. For this purpose, existing researches related to artificial intelligence education were explored, and programming classes related to artificial intelligence education were grafted into the units of the existing engineering high school programming classes.
