The effect of customer participation on encounter satisfaction: moderating of participation and commitment velocity (고객참여의 접점만족에 미치는 영향: 참여속도와 몰입속도의 조절효과 검증)

  • Because the service is characterized by simultaneous production and consumption, the customer must participate directly in the delivery and production process of the service. For this reason, the variable Customer Participation has aggregated many empirical results in the service marketing field. Recent research on customer participation has focused on the relationship marketing, and is empirically identifying the relevance of customer participation and relative value of relationship marketing. These findings indicate that customer participation should be understood in a relationship between customers and service firms. Using commitment velocity and customer participation velocity considering dynamic of the relationship, this study aims to re-examine the relationship between customer participation and encounter satisfaction which is the foundation of relationship formation. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis are used as research methods. The study found that customer participation has a direct positive effect on encounter satisfaction, and that commitment velocity and customer participation velocity also have a significant effect on encounter satisfaction. However, all assumptions that were expected to moderate the impact of customer participation on encounter satisfaction were rejected. Although the study failed to identify the moderating role, it was clear about the impact on the encounter satisfaction of commitment velocity and customer participation velocity. Applying them to a wider variety of service types provided an opportunity to identify the value of the study, and to broaden the scope of the study suing these variables.

  • 본 연구에서는 철강산업의 광범위한 업무 프로세스를 하나의 모델로 통합시켜 코일센터전용의 맞춤형 ERP시스템의 구현으로 업무의 효율성과 기간산업으로서의 철강산업에 맞는 새로운 인터페이스 확장 모듈을 제안하였는데 그 결과 첫째, 검증된 S/W 개발 방법론 활용으로 CMM Level2기준에 의한 S/W 품질관리와 진행관리, 체계적인 방법론과 다양한 업무정의를 통하여 고객사의 업무 표준화를 제시하였다. 둘째, 충실한 기술이전으로 고객사의 참여실무자에 대한 다양한 교육과 기술이전을 통한 자체 운영 능력 강화와 개발 과정보다 완료 후의 운영에 최대한의 기술지원을 보장하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리 속도의 향상이다. 우리가 하고 있는바 정형화된 업무혁신을 통해 표준화하고 시스템화하여 정형화함으로써, 사원들에게는 쉽고, 편하게 일할 수 있게 하고 속도와 효율을 올리자는 목적을 상당 부분 성취했다고 본다. 결산 리드타임이 종전 15일 정도에서 5일 이내로 줄어들었다.

  • Today the domestic construction industries are changing. The bigger, higher and more professional are gradually the construction industries, the faster does the fusion into the other industries also undergone. It is gradually needed to estimate the process of the project in the construction industries through this tendency. Consumers or the owner gradually reify their needs and it is essential for an objective appraisal standard to estimate the accomplishment of the project because its level is raised. In this study the problem is understood through the analysis on the existing system of construction industries and it is indicated to new performance measurement system in construction project through the analysis on the influential factors including the qualitative analysis such as consumer satisfaction.

  • Due to the rapid development of ICT, corporate business models quickly changed and because of the radical growth of IT technology, sequential or gradual survival has become difficult. Internet-based new businesses such as IT service companies are seeking for new convergence business models that have not existed before to create business models that are more competitive, but the economic efficiency of business models that were successful in the past is wearing off. Yet, as reaching the critical point where the platform value becomes extremely high for platforms via the Internet is happening at a much higher speed than before, platform-ization has become a very important condition for rapid business expansion for all kinds of businesses. This study analyzes the necessity of establishing platform business models in IT service planning and identifies their characteristics through case analyses of platform business models. The results derived features First, there is a need to ensure sufficient buyers and sellers, and second, platform business model should provide customers with distinctive value of the only platforms are generating. third, the common interests between platform-driven company and a partner, participants Should be existing. Fourthly, by expanding base of participants and upgrades, expansion of adjacent areas we must have a continuous scalability and evolution must be sustainable. While it is expected that the identified characteristics will cause tremendous impacts to the establishment of platform business models and to the graphing of service planning, we also look forward to this study serving as the starting point for the establishment of theories of profit models for platform businesses, which were not mentioned in the study, so that planners responsible for platform-based IT service planning will spend less time and draw bigger schemes in building planning drafts.

  • 워크플로우 관리 시스템은 정부나 기업과 같은 조직의 작업을 처리하기 위한 비즈니스 프로세스를 컴퓨터를 기반으로 자동화함으로서 작업의 효율을 높이고 비용을 절감한다. 현재에 이르러 이런 워크플로우 시스템을 사용하는 조직들이 점차 거대화되어 가고 네트워크의 발달과 인터넷의 출현으로 인하여 워크플로우 시스템이 처리하여야 하는 작업의 수와 고객과 작업자 수 등이 빠른 속도로 증가하는 추세이다. 이런 추세에서 워크플로우 시스템은 거대 조직 환경에 적합한 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 필요하게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 거대 조직 환경을 관리할 수 있는 워크플로우 관리 시스템으로 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 설계 및 구현 하고자 한다. 그리고 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 분류, 분석하여 장단점을 가려내어 이를 기반으로 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐의 성능을 예측하여 워크케이스 기반 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐가 본 논문에서 제안하는 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 아키텍쳐라는 것을 예측하여 본다. 또한 초대형 워크플로우 시스템을 위하하부 구조로 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)를 사용하고 사용 이유를 기술한다. 본 논문에서는 이런 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 위하여 개념적인 단계와 설계 단계, 구현 단계로 나누어 설계 및 구현을 하며 개념적인 단계에서는 워크케이스 기반 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐에 대하여 상세히 기술하고 설계단계에서는 전체적인 기능 정의와 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 구조를 설계한다. 그리고 구현 단계에서는 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 실제 구현하기 위한 환경을 선택하고 구현 단계의 문제점들과 해결책을 기술한다. 다 솔레노이드방식 감압건조장치로 건조한 표고버섯으로 품위에 대한 유의성 검증결과, 표고버섯의 경우 온도별로는 색택과 복원률, 건조실 내부 압력별로는 수축률, 복원률에서 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 라. 본 연구에서 구명된 감압건조특성을 기초로 하여 배치식 감압건조기를 설계 제작에 활용하고자 한다.ational banks.   • We are making products and services that we didn't easily think or even imagine when young and living using them. Consumer needs become more diversified, markets and technologies are being constantly changed, and corporate global competitiveness is getting intensified. Now, companies that don't change nor create new values cannot survive. The cycle of new products is faster, and therefore corporations should improve previous products continuously or create new values according to such a trend. This era requires 'creativity' for companies to overcome uncertainty and survive. Corporate creativity is not easily activated as financial and physical compensation unlike the work ability or performance. When there is an environment that people with various abilities, experiences and backgrounds can express their opinions freely, it becomes possible. Despite the importance, the studies have focused on creativity education so far instead of the viewpoint of corporate business administration. In addition, most studies have dealt with job characteristics and employees' personality factors rather than the process that is connected to actual performance. In other words, the studies on environmental factors that can lead motivation as situational characteristics of the employee's company in a current non-monetary and non-physical way are very insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively examine the process of creating creative performance in the environment inside the company that the employee could approach most closely from the corporate deinstitutional perspective. As the major variables, job characteristics and supervisor's ethical leadership were selected, and the process that is connected to the creative performance was explained by means of motivation necessary to understand creativity of the organization and creative process engagement(CPE). The summary of the verification results is following. First, job characteristics and supervisor's attitude(ethical leadership) had positive effects on intrinsic motivation and creativity process engagement. Second, intrinsic motivation and creativity process engagement had positive effects on creative performance. Third, intrinsic motivation and creativity process engagement had mediated the relationship between job characteristics, supervisor's attitude and intrinsic motivation, creativity process engagement
