  • We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

Current Status and Issues of Data Management Plan in Korea (데이터 관리 계획의 국내 현황 및 과제)

  • With the recent development of digital technology, the research paradigm is evolving towards data-driven. National management and utilization of research data is a key element not only to enhance research transparency and efficiency, but also to prepare for a data-driven society. Policies and infrastructure for sharing and utilization of research data from publicly-funded research are being actively promoted worldwide. In Korea, related regulations were recently revised to mandate to submit a data management plan (DMP) when proposing a national R&D project. In order to effectively implement the sustainable DMP system, researchers need various support. In addition, guidelines and implementation procedures are essential for management and utilization of research data at the national or institutional level. In this paper, we provide an overview of the data management plan, examine the current status and issues in Korea, and suggest a template and checklists of data management plan, and an implementation procedure at research institutes.

  • Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer's demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

  • To achieve project successfully in domestic construction site, pre-management of risk is important factor. Synthesis Construction Document made early construction is representative as means of pre-management of risk. But, Synthesis Construction Document is not working properly for pre-management of risk because the level is low as Synthesis Construction Document is made formally and the time is too late to pre manage the risk for various factor. A epoch-making method that differ with existing need to solve this deep-rooted problem of domestic construction site. So, this study is analyzing to achieve subject to heighten level Synthesis Construction Document and shorten creation period with "S"construction company(introducing 6sigma by tool of management innovation 6 sigma)'s data and offering an opportunity that heightens effectiveness and goes forward and aims possibility about construction site suitability of 6sigma by confirming Pilot Test.

  • 국가물관리기본법에 의거하여 통합물관리 정책에 부합하는 농어촌용수 계획 및 관리 요구에 따른 유역 및 용수구역 단위의 물관리 필요하며, 국가수자원계획의 물수급 정책 수립시 농업용수의 공급, 이용 및 관리 특성 고려되어야 한다. 현재 농업용수는 개수로 방식 용수공급체계 및 수문 직접조작에 의한 용수배분체계로 공급량 대비 사용량(벼의 생육에 사용된 수량)의 비율이 48%에 불과하고, 농경지 상류와 하류의 공급량 차이가 크게 발생하며, 경지면적 감소가 공급 필요량 감소로 연결되지 않는다. 현재 국가유역수자원모델 (K-WEAP, K-MODSIM)은 모델이 가진 분석 능력의 한계로 인하여 농업용수 물수급 해석에 왜곡이 발생하기 때문에, 농업용수 특성이 반영된 농업용수 수요·공급 표준화 모형이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 유역물수지모델 현황 및 농업용수 적용의 한계점을 파악하고, 농업용수의 공급 및 이용을 고려한 유역 물수지 모형 개발을 목표로 한다. 기존 농업용수 물수지 분석은 순물소모량 개념 적용에 따른 회귀수량 획일화와 이에 따른 공급량 왜곡, 유역내 복잡하고 다양한 농업용수 공급체계를 하나의 가상저수지로 단순화 함으로서 유역내 들녘별 농업용수 과부족 분석 불가능, 하천과 저수지 공급 우선순위 현장과 불일치, 노후된 기초자료 등의 한계가 존재하며, 이를 위한 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 농업용수 회귀수량의 경우 실측기반의 회귀수량 산정 방법을 제시하고자 하며, 단일 수원공 및 복합 수원공의농업용수 물수지 분석 방법을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업용수 물수급 특성이 국가수자원계획에 반영할 수 있도록 기본 수자원모델(K-MODSIM)과 연계가능한 농업용수 표준 모형개발로써, 향후 국가수자원계획(국가물관리기본계획, 전국하천유역수자원관리계획, 농어촌용수이용 합리화계획 등) 수립에 반영될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The high-rise building construction field in the urban area is short of working space because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. These problems can be resolved partly through the proper selection and layout of temporary facilities. A method proposed in this paper supports a decision-maker to evaluate and select the alternatives of temporary facilities plans by establishing and analyzing processes and influence factors of them. Knowledges considered in planning temporary facilities layout are structurized and a program is implemented for a field manager. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

  • 본 논문에서는 동작 모델과 작업 목표에 따라 지능 로봇 시스템의 작업 순서를 결정하는 작업 계획기의 설계와 데모시스템에 대해 설명한다. 블랙보드 중심의 분산 제어 구조에서 하나의 독립적인 지식원으로 동작하는 작업 계획기는 작업 관리기의 요청이 있을 때마다 지식베이스로부터 동작 모델과 월드 상태 정보를 제공받아 작업 목표 달성을 위한 작업 계획을 생성한다. 그리고 이렇게 생성된 작업 계획은 오류로 인해 재 계획이 필요할 때까지 작업 관리기를 통해 실행된다. 본 연구의 작업 계획기는 효율적인 작업 계획 생성을 위해 지역 상태공간 탐색법의 하나인 EHC+ 탐색법과 계획그래프-기반의 휴우리스틱 계산법을 적용한다. 본 논문에서는 작업 계획기의 효율성과 블랙보드와의 연계성을 시험하기 위한 데모 시스템에 대해 자세히 설명한다. 이를 통해 지식베이스, 작업 관리기, 컴포넌트 서비스기 등 로봇 제어 구조내의 다른 지식원들과의 인터페이스를 위한 메시지 설계도 소개한다.

  • 형상관리는 프로젝트를 추진함에 있어 현실적으로 필수적인 관리 항목으로 인식할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그 이유는 프로젝트를 성공적으로 완료하기 위해서는 전체 프로젝트 공정을 통해 사전에 계획된 절차에 준하여 단계별로 어떻게 추진되고 있는지 추진과정을 추적, 확인되어야 하며, 또한 추진 결과에 있어 단계별로 어떤 결과물이 양산되고 있는지를 검증 및 확인하여야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 형상관리를 위해서는 프로젝트 수행 초기에 형상관리 계획을 입안하기 위한 형상관리 조직형태를 제안하며 작성된 계획서에 수록된 형상관리 조직을 운영함에 있어 필요한 형상관리활동의 주요 내용들에 대해 국내외 표준 및 지침에 대해 조사하였으며, 현실적으로 공공 프로젝트를 추진함에 있어 형상관리를 위한 필수관리 항목과 문서화 기준 및 이들 문서들간의 연관성에 대해 연구, 제안한다.

  • As the scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, construction information from the large number of construction sites is happened and reported to the head office. To control much information generated in construction sites simultaneously, the necessity of supporting system which can extract necessary information is increased. However, compare with large companies, medium-sized companies's organization of head office and management system is weak, so it's difficult to manage multi-projects. Among these site managements, resource management is an important management area. But, resource planning is based on experience and judgement and have not associated with schedule information. So when schedule if changed, the plan must be amended manually. This study investigates material-planning model for multi-project management which is connected with daily report system and scheduling software.

Issues on a Large-scale Enlargement of Urban Area and their Implications for a Management Plan (도시관리계획에 의한 대규모 도시지역 확장의 실태와 시사점)

  • The purpose of the paper is to research issues and implications on a large-scale enlargement of urban area in city management plan. This study investigated laws and regulations in force and carried out case study for three cities such as Yangju-si, Gimpo-si, Whaseong-si. As a result of analysis, three points at issue were abstracted and improvement ideas for each of them were suggested as follows. First, to set up adequate size of urban area, it is necessary to consider resonable planning for population, spatial structure, zone of life and land use in city comprehensive plan and city management plan. Second, to decrease arguments about scope and bounds of urban area, it is important to make general and specific guidelines to set up them. Third, to manage new urban area and its surroundings efficiently, it is necessary to subdivide zoning of non-urban area strictly, to restraint individual location of factories or cattle sheds, to make a proper infrastructure plan in advance, to administer strongly the permission of development behavior and to control strictly consecutive and joining development in non-urban area.
