사회경제의 성장에 따른 수요 증가 및 서비스 다양화추세에 따라 음성통신, 데이터통신 및 간단한 영상통신 등을 서비스하기 위한 통신망이 구축, 발전되어 왔다. 다양한 종류의 멀티미디어 서비스가 하나의 통신매체를 통하여 송 수신될 것으로 예측되며, 이를 실현하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 가입자 댁내에 설치되는 구내통신선로설비의 고도화가 필수적이다. 특히 보다 빠른 속도의 다양한 정보통신서비스를 이용하고자 하는 가입자의 욕구증대와 이를 가능하게 하는 혁신적인 기술발전이 결합하여 가입자 댁내 어디서나 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 구내배선시스템이 초고속 정보통신망시대의 고부가가치를 창출하는 주력사업으로 부상함에 따라 이에 대한 연구개발이 선진국간에 경쟁력으로 진행 중에 있다. 선진국의 기술개발과 표준화 동향에 대하여 간략히 고찰 한 후, 21세기 정보사회에 대비하기 위하여 현재 정부가 추진중인 구내통신선로설비 기술개발 및 표준화 계획을 간략히 소개하고 향후 기술개발일정과 국제표준과 연계한 표준화 계획을 제시하고자 한다.

프로덕트 관리를 통하여 발주자에게 제공해야 하는 산출물에 대한 구체적인 특성 및 제원이 규명되면, 프로젝트 관리를 통하여 발주자에게 제공해야 하는 산출물에 대한 구체적인 작업 및 자원이 규명된다. 또한 프로젝트 관리는 설정된 공기, 공사비, 품질 등의 프로젝트 목표를 만족시킴으로써 그 역할을 수행하게 된다. 최근 국내외 프로젝트의 입찰 과정을 볼 때 발주자의 요구사항이 점점 까다로워지고 제약 조건은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 몇몇 사람의 특화된 감각이나 과거 수행된 계획의 답습만으로는 이러한 추세에서 제대로 대응하여 프로젝트 목표를 달성하는 것은 매우 힘든 실정이다. 본 기술보고에서는 프로세스를 통하여 프로젝트 계획을 개발함으로써 과학적이며 체계적인 프로젝트 관리가 이루어질 수 있음을 보여주고자 한다.

Software project planning includes several processes for estimating the effort required to complete software project tasks, allocating human resources to tasks, and creating a project plan. Because software planning is becoming more complicated as the size of software projects grow, it is difficult for project managers to decide on a reasonable project plan. To help them, many automatic software project planning approaches have been proposed. The approaches all focus on minimizing project duration. But if the plan is simply to minimize the duration, without considering software quality, the plan can harm the eventual software quality. In our research to create a reasonable project plan, we consider software quality as well as duration of the project, by defining a software quality score. The project manager can plan the project to maximize software quality for a specific project duration.

Due to the various characteristics of urban river, rehabilitation project for natural river requires distinct alternative approach and selection method for each different types of river. In this study, naturalness of a river was used to establish such alternative for the business and rehabilitation plan for natural river. To assess the naturalness of a river, through AHP, designed to fit the environmental conditions in Korea, was employed. Furthermore, a method that conveniently compares and selects an alternative for rehabilitation plan for natural river by referencing Urban River Basin Enhancement Methods (URBEM) was proposed. After selecting the evaluation items for assessing the naturalness of the river based on the characteristics of the river, multiple alternatives were constructed and the naturalness of river for each of those alternatives were estimated. Comparing the estimated values has made the measurement of the natural recovery effect and the product of river rehabilitation plan for each alternative efficient. In conclusion, selecting the items for evaluating the naturalness of a river with respect to its characteristics was found to be effective for establishing the rehabilitation plan for natural river.

The statistical analyzing of environmental-friendly planning elements is getting important because it is getting concerned with the change of residential types and environmental friendly housing. However, in terms of the high-rise residential complex, paper about green building rating system and research about residential satisfaction to residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing of impotentness and satisfaction about housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance. In addition, residential satisfaction(satisfaction, loyalty, preference) and impact relationship of environmental-friendly planning elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, improving of green building rating system in housing subdivision is impacted on loyalty if satisfaction was fulfilled. Second, increasing of environmental-friendly planning elements in inside of building is impacted on loyalty if both satisfaction and preference were fulfilled. Third, providing of green building rating system in facility and maintenance is analyzed as preference, but satisfaction hypotheses is not valued.

해외건설공사를 성공적으로 수행하기위해서는, 낙찰통보전 낙찰가능시점부터, 현장소장을 비롯한 현장준비팀을 조직 운영하여, 계약서류상의 각종 요구사항, 승인사항, 인 허가사항, 현지법,공법,계약조건, 공정계획, 인원소요계획, 장비소요계획 등을 검토 한다. 또 현장답사 등을 통하여 견적시에 계획되고 작성된 모든 내용을 검토 보완, 수정 및 Update함과 동시에,선발대를 현장에 투입해 발주자로부터 현장을 인수하고 가설공사를 시작하며 조기착공에 서두른다. 단, 현장투입 전 발주자로부터 접수한 Letter of Intent(낙찰/계약의향서)상의 착공관련 조건을 확인하거나 Notice to Proceed(착공지시서)의 접수를 확인해야 한다. 시공자의 입장에서 건설공사의 궁극적인 목표를 이익의 극대화로 볼 때, 공사초기에서의 신속한 동원이야말로 목표달성에 이르는 지름길이며, 발주자 및 감리자로부터 신뢰를 받아 공사 전반에 걸쳐 순조로운 현장운영을 가능케 하는 것이다.

저개발국(低開發國) 개발계획(開發計劃)에 있어서 기술적(技術的) 선택(選擇)이라는 절차(節次)가 갖는 의의(意義)의 중대성(重大性)을 설명(說明)하고 부문적(部門的) 내지(乃至) 국가적(國家的) 수준(水準)의 계획편성(計劃編成)에 참여(參與)하는 기술자(技術者)(Engineer)의 최대기여(最大寄與)는 그가 스스로 담당(擔當)하고있는 기술(技術)과 생산요소간(生産要素間)에 있어서의 선택(選擇)을 사회적(社會的) 책임(責任)이라는 자각(自覺) 밑에서 항상(恒常) 칭량비교(秤量比較)한다는 습관적(習慣的) 기술(技術) technology를 이러한 계획(計劃) 속의 내생적변수(內生的變數)로서 포착(捕捉)하려는 노력(努力)에서 찾을 수 있는 것으로서 소위(所謂), "비교산업기술학(比較産業技術學)"적(的) 연구노력(硏究努力)의 필요(必要)를 제창(提唱)하고 주(主)로 기술자(技術者)(Engineer)가 경제이론(經濟理論)에 접근(接近)하는 형태(形態)로 부연(敷衍)한다.

경제적인 풍요가 어느정도 이루어지면서 깨끗한 도시환경속에서 삶을 누리고자 하는 욕구도 증가되었다. 이를 반영하듯이 최근들어 환경에 대한 시민들의 관심이 어느때 보다 더욱 커져만 가고 있다. 이와 더불어 도시계획적 흐름도 물적계획에서 비물적계획인 인간중심 위주의 가치관으로 전환되고 있으며, 공원녹지체계의 정립, 도시경관관리방안, 자전거도로의 도입, 보행자도로의 계획과 설계, 대중교통의 활성화 등 많은 환경친화적 프로젝트들이 수행되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서도 기존의 주요 보행자공간으로 다루어져 온 보도공간에 대하여 조사연구하였으며, 도심의 외곽에 위치하고는 있지만 대구시의 남북을 관통하는 주요간선도로변에 접해 있고 보행량에 비해 보도가 지나치게 넓어 비효율적인 토지이용을 보이는 보도공간을 대상으로 하였다. 특히 도심의 외곽지 보도에 관한 연구는 통행량이 많은 도심지의 상업지나 주택지의 보도에 밀려 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어져 왔다. 이 가운데 대표성과 보편성을 가지는 곳으로 선정하여 연구를 수행한 결과 기존의 단순목적 보도공간을 4개의 공간 즉 보행자공간, 자전거도로공간, 차단 및 가로시설공간, 녹지 및 편익공간으로 재구성하였다. 이는 적은 비용과 노력으로 보행의 순기능인 쾌적성과 안전성을 보다 강화시켜나갈 수 있었다. 매연과 소음이 없고 도시민의 건강성를 확보한다는 이유로 여러 선진국에서는 수 년전부터 각광을 받고 있는 것이 보행교통과 자전거교통의 개념인 녹색교통이다. 이러한 녹색교통은 공해감소의 편익도 있지만 무엇보다 매력적인 도시환경의 창출과 인간중심적이라는 가치관에 그 의의가 있겠다.
