국가 재정사업을 평가하는 재정사업 자율평가제도는 2005년에 도입되어 2010년까지 두 번의 평가주기가 완료되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 시점에서 2차 평가주기(2008년~2010년) 동안 평가된 재정사업을 대상으로 평가결과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 1차 평가주기(2005년~2007년)의 평가결과를 분석한 기존 연구의 확장연구로서, 이전 연구결과를 재확인하고 일반화 가능성을 보다 제고할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이전 연구결과와의 비교를 통해서 평가제도의 변화가 평가결과의 변화를 가져왔는지를 검토할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 2차 평가주기가 완료된 시점에서, 향후 제도 개선을 위한 정책적 시사점을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1차 평가주기에 비해서 2차 평가주기의 평가결과가 향상되었다는 점에서 사업의 성과향상 또는 제도에 대한 실무자들의 이해가 보다 증진된 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 성과계획항목이 평가결과에 지나치게 강한 영향력을 준다는 측면에서, 이에 대한 제도적 보완이 요구된다. 성과지표의 설정 및 목표치의 결정은 집행 이전에 적절히 이루어져야 할 부문이기에 이를 계획수립 시 사전적으로 지도할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 집행항목과 성과항목 간 부(-)의 관계를 가지므로 이에 대한 적절한 제도적 보완이 필요하다. 넷째, 제도의 타당성을 저해할 수 있는 비평가요인이 총점에 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 감안할 때, 이에 대한 제도적 보완이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects on all factors from the research design by pastors. Research model is based on the theory of planned behavior. To this end, data were collected from 214 pastors and they were analyzed. In order to derived the results of a study, we used the statistical processing technique SPSS, to perform verification of factor analysis and reliability of each variable, AMOS analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. The results are as follows. First, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between subjective norms and intention, perceived behavior control and intention of retirement preparing. Second, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between intention and behavior, perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. Third, intention had a partial mediation effect between perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for improving of retirement preparing by pastor.

This study is to reveal structural causal relationship of individual factors influencing association member's substantive payment in the economic view which is a critical factor of project implementation and identify its influence through simulation and actual proof analysis. As the results of analysis, the first, association member's substantive payment is decided to allow for the difference between special price for association members and general price and the profit arising between the time of approval of disposal plan and moving in. The second, on analysis of sensitivity of individual factors influencing association member's substantive payment, floor area ratio applied to project has the biggest influence. Association member's payment is also greatly influenced by the subject of cost allocation for establishing infrastructure in project area. The third, this study set up a structure model based on causal relationship among the factors deciding association member's payment and empirically examined influence and path of influence which the individual factors exercise. The result indicates that control elements and regional characteristic elements influence association member's payment through the medium of plan elements.

This study is related to determination of the intention to watch a movie, which is affected by various emotional, environmental, and behavioral factors. In case of personal factors, personal taste formed on the basis of previously experienced movie related information affects selection of movies, while environmental factors are affected mostly by residental community experience, cognitive attitude, subjective norms, as well as the view of values. In this study, the determinants on decision to watch movie have been analyzed applying the theory of planned behavior. Taking into consideration that the determination, based on either personal factors or environmental factors, of consuming movie products stars from reasonable information collecting and that movie poster has been the primary source of information on movie products since the inception of the movie industry, this study analyzed tastes of movie watchers and many variables of movie poster format on determination of intention to watch movie. The results from this empirical study indicate that movie poster is effective means of low cost marketing inducing movie watching in terms of consuming minimum time and space with high speed of delivery while satisfying primary interest on the movie product. It is suggested movie posters should be prepared to make appeal to each generation of target consumers and be put on the market as a product of artistic work.

건설 프로젝트 관리의 주요한 목표는 계획된 시간 내에, 정해진 예산으로 규정된 목표(명세 또는 품질)를 확보하는 것이다. 국내 건설 산업은 타 산업 분야에 비하여 생산성이 매우 낮은 편이다. 이는 60년대 이후 급속한 개발 정책에 따른 부작용의 하나로, 하드웨어의 급속한 성장에 비하여 이를 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어의 개발이 부족했기 때문으로 풀이할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 프로젝트의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 노력의 일환으로 계획 단계에서의 실행과 완성 단계에서의 실행을 비교하여 이를 작업일보, 감독일지 등의 진도관리 자료를 활용하여 분석하여 건설 프로젝트의 실제적인 생산성 저하 요인을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 현행 국내의 건설 프로젝트에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 실제적인 생산성 저하 요인을 분석한 것인 만큼 향후 건설 관리 기술의 향상에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The objective of this study is to find relations between success factors of project management and user satisfaction and usage for analysis report. According to emprical study, the main factors that affect user satisfaction are requirement and proper planning. And the main factors that affect usage are expert of analysis, proper planning and user satisfaction.

SISP(strategic information system planning) is an important part of IS management. Through it, organizations establish effective long-term use of IS and ensure their support of organizational objectives. This entails establishing priorities for implementation of new applications, developing policies and procedures for managing the IS function and IS services, and construction of information architecture. Many studies have tried to improve SISP practice by discussing planning problems, identifying factors critical to the success of planning efforts, and providing methodologies for carrying out the process. Others tested the appropriateness of formal SISP under varying contextual circumstances and examined a number of contextual variables for their effects on SISP practice and its effectiveness. In this paper, the two criteria(the improvement of planning capabilities and the fulfillment of planning objectives) of successful SISP will be given and the relationship between organizational variable(IS-present role, IS-future role, formalization, time horizon) and improvement of planning capabilities will be analyzed. And then the relationship between improvement of planning capabilities and fulfillment of planning objectives will be examined. Specific description about the purpose of this study is as follow: (1) What are the determinants of successful SISP? (2) Which contextual factors are important and how strong are their influences to the improvement of planning capabilities? (3) How important is the improvement of planning capabilities to the fulfillment of planning objectives?

This study aimed to explore the parents'intentions of choosing a residential institution as the future alternative for their children with disabilities after the death of a parent, regarding the recent disability service and policy focusing on the deinstitutionalization of services for people with disabilities. For this purpose, the effects of factors relating to the children with disabilities, families and society on the parents' future plans of residential place and guardians are examined. First, parents of children with disabilities are less likely to choose a residential institution as the future living place for their children when their children have a better communication competence, their families are more positive, and their caring burden is lower, compared to others. Second, parents are less likely to choose a residential institution as the future guarding body for their children when their children could communicate well and their families are positive. This result indicated the communication competence of children with disabilities and the positiveness of families are important factors associating with the future plan decision and the additional support for the prevention of institution arrangement after the death of a parent. Findings are discussed in relation to the importance of future plans of residence and guardians for the life of children with disabilities after the death of parents and the implication for social welfare.

As many stakeholders are taking part in the Housing Redevelopment Project, their opinion mediation is considering very important issues. Thus disputes on projects are inevitable due to complexity of interest. To effectively progress the project, this paper analyze the risk factors by phase in implementation phase that the association participates in person. We identify 50 of risk factors in implementation phase by reviewing and analyzing related studies and actual cases of disputes, then we present 26 of risk factors through experts interview. Also, we calculate weights of risk factors by using AHP for quantitatively analyzing them and present final weights and priorities of risk factors by summing weights of risk factors by phase. In results, it is found that 'the inappropriateness of the Management Disposal Plan' in management disposal plan phase and 'the inappropriateness of the Project Implementation Plan' are the most significant risk factors. To maximize the utilization of risk factors analyzed, we present the checklists that can be aware of these risks in advance and prevent these risks. Based on these findings, if risk factors in implementation phase are managed actively, the housing redevelopment project will be performed more effectively.

NATO 프리깃함(NFR-90) 계획의 붕괴를 1990년대 프로그램의 손상이라고 언급하는 것은 과장된 말이 아니다. 많은 시간, 열정 및 예산이 사용되었으며, NFR-90이 개혁의 개념을 가지기 시작했다는 관점에서 참가국의 희망이 고조되어 왔다. 따라서 1989년 이 계획의 중단은 상당한 대이변이었다. NFR-90의 주된 실패 요인은 전함 설계의 실상을 무시한 것이었다. NFR-90 사업의 참가국은 미국, 캐나다, 영국, 프랑스, 이탈리아, 서독, 네덜란드 및 스페인 등 8개국이었다
