A Study on the selection and estimate of the Mobile Commerce's Success Factor (모바일 상거래의 성공요인 선정 및 평가에 대한 연구)

  • The Electronic Commerce with development was advanced information technique in transaction from at the election, and now it is sharply evolving into Mobile Commerce capable of Electronic commerce while the user moves. Mobile Commerce has some feature in Electronic Commerce, but has the different feature. analyzed the feature of Mobile Commerce were carried out, but those were processed according to its location and field only and special of view. This study sought the new characteristic which is different from the existing Electronic Commerce, and took account of the successful factor for Mobile Commerce which includes the position in a user, a developer and an operator. In addition, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used in order to evaluate the extract factor applied to each related to through more objective methods. The analysis results identified in this study such as the quality trust and the accessibility to understanding for an content duality might be the one of the chief elements of success in Mobile Commerce which applies at the present.

  • Two perspectives on developing better decision capabilities for a warranty system can be identified: one involving the inclusion of a 'learning' module and the other the inclusion of a 'prioritization' capability. This paper demonstrates how a warning process can be included in a warranty system by coupling with a neural network's learning capabilities. In addition to the neural network, a method is employed for assigning priorities to warning criteria by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Thus, it is possible to construct an integrated system with three components: the warranty system, the AHP module, and the neural network system. A case study is provided to enhance the accuracy of warning/detection judgment in a warranty system for automobile companies, having many factors related to the warranty system.

  • The lack of water resources is becoming a serious issue throughout the world. The water shortage in Korea is expected to increase. Groundwater can be a solution to this matter in some places. Especially, bank filtrations are known to be advantageous over conventional reserviors, even if they have some drawbacks such as their limited location for development and small sizes. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is an analytical tool, supported by simple mathematics, which enables one to explicitly rank tangible and intangible factors against each other for the purpose of resolving conflicts or setting priorities. In order to check the applicability of AHP to the evaluation of bank filtration sites, four candidate locations were chosen. They have suffered from problems like water-supply shortage and delayed dam construction. The analysis results are compared with those of the previous study using a conventional method. It is believed that the developed method can a basis for reasonable decision-making regarding bank filtration development.

  • The evolution of spectrum sharing technology enables the creation of many business scenarios and business models such as TV white space service. Business models considering spectrum sharing should guarantee economic feasibility for service providers and increasing benefit for service users. In addition, new business models should contribute to economic activation in the wireless telecommunication service industry. It is therefore necessary to design quantitative evaluation methods for selection of the best business models. The methods should reflect the various points of view of valuation. Our research addresses evaluation method for business models considering spectrum sharing. We define evaluation indicators to reflect the distinct characteristics of spectrum sharing. Also, we adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to derive the weights of each indicator to evaluate business models considering spectrum sharing.

  • There are rule-based learning method and statistic based learning method and so on which represent learning method for hierarchy relation between domain term. In this paper, we propose to leveling and similarity measure using the extended AHP of fuzzy term in Information system. In the proposed method, we extract fuzzy term in document and categorize ontology structure about it and level priority of fuzzy term using the extended AHP for specificity of fuzzy term. the extended AHP integrates multiple decision-maker for weighted value and relative importance of fuzzy term. and compute semantic similarity of fuzzy term using min operation of fuzzy set, dice's coefficient and Min+dice's coefficient method. and determine final alternative fuzzy term. after that compare with three similarity measure. we can see the fact that the proposed method is more definite than classification performance of the conventional methods and will apply in Natural language processing field.

The Importance Analysis of the Selection Factors for IPTV using AHP (계층적 분석방법을 활용한 IPTV 선택요인의 중요도 분석)

  • This paper is to analyze the relative weight and the priority order of the selection factors for IPTV. To obtain the goal this paper, firstly, the selecting factors for IPTV were identified and conceptualized on reviewing previous literatures. And this paper proposed the hierarchy model using the factor analysis on IPTV users. and utilized AHP in analysis method. Secondly, AHP model constructed 4 higher factors, and 15 lower factors. The higher factors were 'Quality Acceptance', 'Social Effect', 'Using Motive' and 'Individual Psychology'. Results of this study show that relative weights among factors IPTV selection were founded as 'Quality Acceptance(33.0%)', 'Utilization Motive(31.8%)', 'Individual Psychology(21.3%)' and 'Social Influence(13.9%)'. Economic efficiency takes the top rank in sub-criteria included 15 factors and than convenience, amount of information, discrimination, self-efficacy, innovation, relative advantage in order listed. For the generalization of the research results, further researchs are needed to investigate intended use of IPTV on other method of analysis.

A Study on Drawing Priority of Competitiveness Factors of Ship Management Company in Korea Using AHP (AHP를 이용한 우리나라 선박관리기업의 경쟁력 요인 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The competition between ship management companies is fierce as a result of global trend towards increased specialization. In order for ship management companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to understand the local and global factors and the changing circumstances that impact shipping markets and trade patterns. To better understand these factors, a study and analysis of drawing priority of the competitiveness-evaluation factors of ship management companies was conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a method dealing with dicision-making problem. As a consequence of this analysis, it was determined that human resources, both shipboard and land management, were a primary factor in ship management company's competitiveness. Thus, the acquisition and retention of capable staff was a key aspect of assuring a ship management company's competitiveness.

  • This paper has been studied traffic accident using intelligence prediction algorithm. and wish to prevent accident by guiding in 2 km ahead the accident that occur in fog section and a snow-covered road, sudden roadworks and sharp curve section, etc and removing fog and snow automatically using the ubiquitous and intelligence technique. If we can predict of traffic accident, we can prevent the many traffic accident. In this paper, we present neural network approach for prediction of traffic accident. Computer simulation results prove that reducing the average vehicle waiting time which proposed considering prevention of traffic algorithm for optimal traffic cycle is better than fixed signal method which dose not using prevention of traffic algorithm.

  • The Boolean logic analysis method using GIS as a spatial decision support system(SDSS) contains two problems. One is losing a lots of informations in analysis process, the other is unable to reflect of different weights between analysis items. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making model for site analysis, that provides a rational and systemic way using fuzzy sets theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) theory. According to this study of technopark in Pohang, Boolean logic method did not reflect the influence of the differently weighted items and selected only 8.0% to 16.1% of the area for suitable sites for residence, commercial/research, park/green uses. The fuzzy sets theory and AHP theory method were able to reflect the influence of differently weighted items and selected 32.9% to 37.4% of the area for the best sites, and also provided more other kinds of informations. The results of this study show that GIS system using fuzzy sets theory and AHP proess method provides a more flexible and objective solutions for site analysis.
