  • 광파이버 패브리페로 간섭계에서 동작영역을 넓히기 위해 공진기의 길이를 1mm보다 짧은 초소형 간섭계를 구성하고자 하였을 경우, 광출력의 위상변화에 대한 감도가 낮아 전달함수로부터 변화된 위상을 복원하는 과정이 까다로워진다. 이러한 신호복원 과정에는 대부분 신호잡음비를 높여주는 신호처리 수단을 포함하게 되므로 간섭계가 겪은 위상변화를 보다 높은 신뢰성으로 검출하고자 할 때 어떠한 신호처리 방법이 적절한가하는 선택의 문제가 발생된다. 이는 각각의 신호처리방법이 장단점을 가지므로 응용목적에 따른 trade-off가 필요하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 참조 간섭계와 센서 간섭계 간의 correlation으로부터 위상을 검출하여 시스템의 잡음을 common mode 잡음으로 처리할 수 있었으며, 디지털 신호처리기법을 응용하여 짧은 공진기로 구성된 센서 간섭계의 위상변화분을 보다 안정적으로 검출하게 되었다.

  • 본고에서는 TDX-1의 유지보수 기능으로서 개발된 각 기능별 개요 및 특성에 대하여 기술함으로써 TDX-1의 기능을 이해하거나 타 교환기와의 특성을 비교하는데 도움을 줄수 있도록 하였다. TDX-1의 유지보수 기능은 그 수행대상에 따라 프로세서계와 텔리포니계 유지보수 기능으로 구분된다. 프로세서계의 유지보수 기능에는 시스팀 시동, 프로세서 상태처리, 프로세서 시험, 시스팀 클럭관리와 프로세서 장애처리 기능 등이 있으며 텔리포니계 유지보수 기능에는 시스팀 장애 처리, 네트워크 상태 처리, 네트워크 시험과 시스팀 경보처리 기능 등이 속한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 매립이나 지반보강재로 사용되던 소각재 용융슬래그를 고부가가치 수처리 여재로 활용하기 위하여 형광성 박테리아를 통한 Microtox 생물검정법으로 독성을 평가하였다. 소각재 용융슬래그의 독성평가 대조군으로는 기존의 수처리 여재인 입상활성탄(석탄계/야자계/목탄계), PP PE펠렛(Poly-Propylene Poly-Ethylene pallet), 표준여과사를 비교하였으며, 시료의 용출시험은 US EPA에서 제안한 TCLP 방법을 사용하였다. Microtox Acute Toxicity 평가 결과, 독성순위는 석탄계 입상 활성탄, 소각재 용융슬래그, 목탄계 입상활성탄, 야자계 입상활성탄, 표준여과사, PP PE 순으로 나타났으며, 실험에 사용된 모든 수처리 여재들은 급성독성을 고려하지 않는 무독성으로 나타났다. 따라서 소각재 용융슬래그가 수처리를 목적으로 수체에 편입시켜도 기존의 수처리 여재들과 비교할 때 수환경에 미치는 영향은 미미할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 아연계 합금도금강판은 내식성이 향상되는 반면 아연 이외의 원소 성분에 의해 고온다습에서 변색되기 쉽기 때문에 이를 억제하기 위한 후처리 기술이 필요하다. 또한, 아연계 합금도금 강판이 자동차 부품으로 적용되기 위해서는 변색 억제를 위해 처리한 후처리제가 쉽게 제거되어 인산염처리 공정에서 도금 표면에 인산염결정이 용이하게 형성되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 건식공정으로 제작된 아연계 합금도금 강판에 우레탄계 알칼리 후처리제를 도포하고, 고온다습 환경에서의 변색 억제 특성과 적정 부착량에서의 인산염처리 및 전착도장 특성에 대해 평가하였다. 두 형태의 후처리제는 건식 아연계 합금도금 강판에 도포 직후 표면에 간섭색을 나타내었으며, 첨가제를 통해 간섭색 제어가 가능하였다. 또한, 두 형태의 후처리제 모두가 고온다습 환경에서 무처리 강판에 비교하여 월등히 우수한 변색 억제 효과를 보였으며, 인산염처리 및 전착도장이 양호하게 얻어지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Changes of Quality Characteristics of Dongchimi by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide as Sterilization Method (초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 살균방법이 동치미의 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Here we studied the changes on quality characteristics of Dongchimi by supercritical carbon dioxide to manufacture Dongchimi of high quality. There were no distinctive changes of acidity, pH, color difference, free sugar and organic acid of the Dongchimi treated with supercritical $CO_2$, compared to the control. The content of vitamin C in Dongchimi, which was treated with supercritical $CO_2$ (at 25 MPa, $35^{\circ}C$) was 0.826 mg/mL, and was similar to that of 0.1 MPa. Unpleasant volatile compounds such as dimethyl disulfide, metyl trisulfide and methyl propyl disulfide in Dongchimi were decreased by supercritical $CO_2$; also, treatment of supercritical $CO_2$ was useful to improve flavor of Dongchimi. Polygalacturonase activity was decreased 40.3% after supercritical carbon dioxide treatment at 25 MPa and $55^{\circ}C$.

Effects of Expanding Feed Processing Technologies on Egg Characteristic and Nutrient Digestibility in Laying Hens (Expanding 사료 가공 기술이 산란계의 계란 품질 및 영양소 소화율에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of expanding feed processing technologies on the egg characteristics and nutrient digestibility in laying hens. A total of two hundred seventy laying hens were randomly allocated into three treatments with fifteen replications for six weeks. Dietary treatments include 1) MS(mash), 2) EC(expanded crumble) and 3) EP(expanded pellet). In the egg production, the EC and EP treatments were significantly higher than MS treatment(p<0.05). However, no significant difference was founded in egg weight(p>0.05). Egg shell breaking was increased in EC and EP treatments compared with MS treatment(p<0.05), however, egg shall thickness showed no significant difference(p>0.05). Egg production and egg shell breaking were significantly higher in EC and EP treatments than MS treatment(p<0.05), but egg weight and egg shell thickness were no significantly difference among treatment(p<0.05). Yolk color was increased in EC treatment compared with other treatments(p<0.05). Also, yolk index was significantly improved in EC and EP treatments compared with MS treatment(p<0.05). Haugh unit was increased in EC treatment compared with MS treatment(p<0.05). EC treatment had improved DM, Ca and P digestibility. In conclusion, Expanded crumble and pellet processing could improve the egg characteristic and nutrient digestibility in laying hens.

3D Image Scan Data-based Sweeping Shape Reconstruction Algorithm (3D 이미지 스캔 데이터 기반 SWEEPING 형상 역설계 알고리즘)

  • 본 연구는 3D 이미지 스캔 데이터 기반으로, SWEEPING 형상을 효과적으로 역설계하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 사용자가 미리 정의한 형상 단면 모델 데이터베이스를 이용해, 3차원 SWEEPING 형상을 자동으로 역설계하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 3D 이미지 스캔 데이터인 포인트 클라우드에서 자동으로 추출한 단면 포인트들을 처리해, 파라메터 정보를 추출하고, 미리 정의된 형상 단면들과 상호간 유사도를 비교한 후, 가장 유사한 형상 단면을 획득한다. 이러한 기술은 SWEEPING 형상 모델의 역설계 과정을 자동화하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

Color and Texture Changes of Dried Apple Slab After Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Pretreatment (초임계 이산화탄소 전처리에 따른 건조 사과절편의 색 및 물성변화)

  • This study was conducted to investigate quality changes of apple slab after pretreating with supercritical $CO_2$. L, a, b and color difference values were little changed at increasing temperature and pressure. Polyphenol oxidase was inhibited according to increment of supercritical $CO_2$ temperature and pressure. Springiness and hardness were increased at increasing pressure and temperature condition of pretreatment but hardness showed lower value than untreatment. The texture like sponge of dried apple slab was probably due to channels which were made during penetration and release of carbon dioxide.

Studies on Decision of Suitable Housing Density in Caged Laying Hens (케이지 산란계의 적정 사육밀도 구명에 관한 연구)

  • This experiment was conducted to determine the economic housing density levels on caged laying hens The experiment was carried out with 600 ISA Babcock strain of white coder and 450 ISA Brown strain of brown color for production period(21-72 weeks) from May 11. 1987 to June 27. 1988. The levels of housing density was employed 5 or 6 by hen's color from 272 to 920$\textrm{cm}^2$/per hen. The results obtained were summarzed as follows : 1. Although there were not statistically significant among the housing density levels, The body weight gain for pullet period(14-20 weeks) were in case of white pullet the lowest at the group of high crowding density (272$\textrm{cm}^2$/per pullet) and in case of Brown pullet was the lowest at the group of high crowding density(306$\textrm{cm}^2$/per pullet). 2. Viabillity of pullet from 14 to 20 weeks were more 97% and there urere not statistically significant among the housing density. 3. Viabillity of laying hens was increased as increasing housing density through the etire product period(21-72 weeks) but 453$\textrm{cm}^2$/per hen group(in case of brown hen) showed a significant difference (P<.05). 4. Rate of egg production through the etire production period(21-72 weeks) were significantly increased by increasing housing density (P<.05 or .01). 5. Average egg weight through the entire production period(21-72 weeks) was not significantly different among housing density levels at all laying kent 6. In case of white strain, egg mass per hen among treatment during the age of 63-72 weeks were decreased by increasing housing density, meanwhile, in case of brown strain were increased by decreasing housing density during the whole period and there were significant different among the all treatment 7. There were no significant different in feed intake among the all treatment through the entire production period(21-72 weeks) at the white strain laying hens but in case of brown strains, Feed intake were increased by increasing housing density and feeding spece/per hen, and there were significant different among the all treatment 8. Feed requirements per egg at white strain was the highest when the 272$\textrm{cm}^2$/per hen levels and at the brown strains was the highest when the 306$\textrm{cm}^2$/per hen levels, however, among the other treatment were no significant.

Effect of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Treatment on Quality of Citrus juice (초임계 이산화탄소 처리가 감귤쥬스 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Citrus juice was treated with supercritical carbon dioxide $(SC-CO_{2})$ and the effect of temperature and pressure on quality of citrus juice was determined. Pectinesterase (PE) was inactivated by $(SC-CO_{2})$ below temperatures necessary for thermal inactivation. There was no significant change in the pH, Brix and total acidity of citrus juice before and after $(SC-CO_{2})$ treatment, but brightness was improved. More ascorbic acid was retained during $(SC-CO_{2})$ treatment of citrus juice than thermal treatment $(93^{\circ}C/0.66\;min)$.During storage of supercritically treated citrus juice at $4^{\circ}C$, activity of PE was reversible. Sensory evaluation showed that color, flavor, taste and overall acceptance of $(SC-CO_{2})$ treated juice were not significantly different from untreated juice. This method offers potentially beneficial processing avenues for citrus juice and other juices, especially in the area of minimally processed products.
