대학교수 종합평가의 평가내용요소별 가중치

  • 교수종합평가는 교육.연구.봉사 영역 모두를 대상으로 해야 한다. 어느 한 영역의 평가결과가 우수하면, 다른 영역의 결과는 그렇지 못할 수도 있다. 모든 영역에서 평가결과가 우수한 경우는 드물다. 그리고 교수종합평가의 평가영역 및 평가요소별 가중치는 개인의 가치에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있다. 교수의 종합평가나 중점평가에 적용될 가중치는 특정 개인의 주장만을 반영하기보다 많은 사람이 합의한 결정에 근거하여 설정되어야 한다. 여기에서는 보다 많은 대학과 다양한 학문계열의 교수들을 표집하여 객관적인 입장에서 평가영역 및 평가항목의 가중치를 규명하였다. 그 결과로 도출된 가중치는 대학교수들의 평가에 적용되어 평가결과의 타당성을 제고할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 지난 2월 27일, 본 회에서는 사육, 부화, 계열 및 유통분과 회원들이 한 자리에 모인 가운데 회원간 단합과 오리산업의 발전을 도모하기 위해 이틀간 합동 워크샵을 개최하였다. 이번 워크샵에서는 각 분과별 회비 납부 기준, 2005년 새끼오리 판매부문 미거출 회비문제 처리방안, 회비 장기체납회원 처리문제 및 이사정수조정 건 등, 협회 내 근본적 문제를 허심탄회하게 논의하는 데 중점을 두고 논의된 사항을 이사회와 정기총회를 거쳐 의결하는 순으로 진행되었다. 워크샵 진행 내용은 다음과 같다.

LINE PROFILES DEPENDENT ON THE OPACITY PARAMETER IN AZ CAS (AZ Cas의 불투명도 계수에 따른 선윤곽)

  • AZ Cas는 B형의 주계열 별과 확장 대기를 가진 만기형으로 이루어진 쌍성계이다. 근성점 근처에서 Roche lobe를 채운 초거성으로부터 일어나는 질량 흐름이 미치는 효과를 구하기 위해 궤도위상 0.05와 0.09에서 불투명도 계수에 따른 AZ Cas의 선윤곽을 계산하였다. 원천 함수는 Hempe(1982)의 방법을 따라 Sobolev 근사방법을 이용하였으며 불투명도 계수가 클수록 넓은 흡수 부분을 가진 강한 선윤곽을 보였다. 궤도 위상 0.05의 부분식이세 나타난 bump는 흡수선위에 포피의 산란에 의해 생긴 방출선이 중첩되어 나타난 재방출 효과인 것으로 설명된다.

격자 이론을 이용한 공개키 암호의 분석 사례 고찰

  • Lenstra 등에 의하여 LLL 알고리즘이 처음 개발된 이래 최근까지 격자 이론은 공개키 암호의 분석 및 안전성 증명에 광범위하게 이용되어지고 있다. 초창기 Knapsack 계열 암호의 분석에 부분적으로 활용되었던 격자 이론은 1990년대에 인수분해, Diffie-Hellman, 격자 기반 공개키 암호로 그 분석 적용 분야가 확대되었고, RSA-OAEP를 비롯한 여러 암호 시스템들의 안전성 증명 등에도 중요한 도구로 활용되었다. 본 논문에서는 암호학의 도구로 활용되는 격자 이론의 개요를 살펴보고, 공개키 암호 분야의 분석에 있어 격자 이론이 활용된 사례들을 각 분야별로 결과 위주로 소개한다.

  • 연안도시인 부산에서 상업지역을 제외하면, 모든 지역에서 북풍계열의 바람이 우세하였으며, 풍속의 빈도분포는 l~3 $^{m}/_{s}$에서 상업지역, 공업지역, 해안지역 그리고 농업지역순으로 높은 빈도를 보였으나, 또한 지역별 평균풍속과 최대풍속은 해안지역, 상업지역, 농업지역 그리고 공업지역 순으로 관측되어 공업지역의 경우 국지적인 영향이 높을 것으로 생각된다. 지각농축계수는 토양기원인 Ca, K, Si는 1.0 이하의 분포를 보였으나, Cd, Cu, Pb 그리고 Zn은 10 이상의 높은 값을 나타냈으며, Pb는 공업지역, 해안지역, 상업지역 그리고 농업지역 순으로 조사되었다.

Influence of the Major Satisfaction and Career Maturity on Job-seeking Stress of Nursing and Public Health University Students (간호보건계열 대학생의 전공만족도, 진로성숙도가 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to examine influence of major satisfaction and career maturity on the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. This study surveyed 410 nursing and public health university students from 3 schools of G-city from September 26 to October 31, 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The study results showed a significant difference in major satisfaction (F=9.856, p<.001) and career maturity (F=6.005, p=.001) according to major choice motives. The student GPAs were also found to be significantly different from career maturity (F=2.755, p=.042) and job-seeking stress (F=3.503, p=.016). In addition, the TOEIC score was significantly different from major satisfaction (F=4.514, p=.004). Job-seeking stress was positively correlated with major satisfaction (r=-.314, p<.001) and career maturity (r=-.514, p<.001). The factors affecting job-seeking stress were in the order of major satisfaction (${\beta}=-.125$, p=.007) and career maturity (${\beta}=-.459$, p<.001). Based on the results, two proposals are recommended in order to reduce the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. It is necessary to prepare major guidance programs suitable to the characteristics of each department from the lower grades and to provide the students with career guidance accordingly.

Perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools (NCS 기반 직업교육과정 도입에 따른 공업계열 특성화고·마이스터고 교사의 직무수행능력 중요도 및 교육적 요구에 대한 인식)

  • The study tried to investigate perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 269 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, job performance competency were divided into 5 categories(curriculum guidance, school life guidance, class management, extraordinary activities and administrative duties) and 34 sub-categories. Second, higher importance values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and school life guidance. Higher educational needs values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and administrative duties in categories. Third, higher importance values were construction and reconstruction of NCS learning modules, organization and manage of NCS based vocational education curriculum, guide of the new laws and employment, student records manage, research activities of NCS, hands-on-background training, NCS projects in sub-categories. Fourth, the results show that the NCS experienced teachers more highly evaluated the importance and educational needs of the job performance competency than the NCS inexperienced teachers did.

A Case Study on Professor's Teaching Professionalism in College of Science-Engineering Based on Pedagogical Content Knowledge (이공계열 대학교수의 수업 전문성에 대한 PCK 측면에서의 사례 연구)

  • As a case study, we analyzed the professor's teaching professionalism in college of science-engineering based on pedagogical content knowledge. Two professors from the college of science-engineering located in Chungcheongbuk-do participated in this study. After collecting their syllabi, we observed their classes and conducted semi-structured interview before and after the classes. Analysis were conducted on their syllabi, taped videos, field notes and transcripts of the interview. As a result, both professors' orientation to teaching was not only related to learning subject matter knowledge, but also developing job competencies or communication skills. Their orientations were transformed according to the educational situation. After establishing the final learning goals, the professors organized weekly plan by listing the topics. However, they were unaware that the goals of each topic should be presented in detail in the class. Also, one of them presented a lack of understanding of the students' prior knowledge and showed low understanding of what aspects of the topics make students difficult to learn. In addition, the two professors applied various teaching strategies such as giving examples, questioning, and problem solving, but the degree of students' participation was not enough in the process of teaching. In the aspect of assessment, the professors had low understanding in students' achievement or feedback. Based on the results of the analysis, this study proposed methods and strategies for improving the teaching professionalism of science-engineering professors.

Assessment of Water Quality in the Miho Stream Using Multivariate Statistics (다변량 통계기법을 이용한 미호천 본류 수질특성 평가)

  • In The study, is to investigate the spatial characteristics of the Miho stream, which is the main tributary of the Geum River system, and to identify the main factors influencing the water quality using water quality analysis and multivariate analysis. The survey subjects were selected as 7 main sites in the Miho stream water system, From 2012 to 2017, 16 items including weather temperature and weather data were used for multivariate analysis. As a result of the water quality analysis, the average concentration of BOD and COD for 6 years was 3grade (normal) compared with the water quality environmental standard (river) of conditions. The concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus were highest at th upstream site, then decreased and then increased again by the hydrogeological and geomorphological effect. Cluster analysis of spatial and water quality characteristics, it was evaluated as three clusters and the pollution sources is the greatest impact. As a result of principal component analysis and factor analysis on each cluster and mainstream, three to four major components were extracted. Main stream and the Cluster 1, Cluster 3 first principal factor included nitrogen and seasonal factors,first factor of Cluster 2 included nitrogen and water temperature. Nitrogen is the principal factor which affects water quality in Miho stream.
