We analyze the relation empirically between regional labor market characteristics and job matching efficiency with the adaption of stochastic frontier production function. Our empirical results suggest that, as both the ratio of 50 years-old-job seekers and the level of spatial density increase, job matching efficiencies also rise. In contrast, an increase in the ratio of firms which offer permanent contracts lowers job matching efficiencies. And the job matching efficiency is relatively higher in metropolitan areas. Finally, We find a negative relation between total industrial production and job matching efficiency, which implies that job seekers tend to accept uncongenial jobs in the recessions.

This study empirically verified whether aggressive order intake affect occurrence of defects of Korean construction companies. In order to compensate for the shortage of construction costs due to aggressive low-cost orders of contractors, self-response measures such as design changes are followed, and construction defects may be induced in this process. It aims to verify relevance between aggressive order intake and defect in construction empirically using financial accounting data. As a result, it was confirmed that an abnormal increase in order volume and a deterioration in profitability such as operating margin due to aggressive order taking behavior leads to a decrease in construction quality and occurrence of defects. In addition, it was also confirmed that low construction ability and intentional changes in construction design or contract conditions after construction commences were a direct causes of defects. The results of this study can serve as an opportunity to come up with measures to prevent defects by confirming the relationship between defects in construction and deterioration of profitability due to aggressive low-cost order takings.

A frequent flyer program is a loyalty program offered by many airlines. Typically, airline customers enrolled in the program accumulate frequent flyer miles corresponding to the distance flown on that airline or its partners. There are other ways to accumulate miles. In recent years, more miles were awarded for using co-branded credit and debit cards than for air travel. Acquired miles can be redeemed for free air travel; for other goods or services, such as travel class upgrades, airport lounge access or priority bookings. The first modern frequent flyer program was created Texas International Airlines in 1979. This program was also adopted in Korean Air in 1984. Since then, the mileage programs have grown enormously. As of June 2009, the total member of two national airlines in Korea had been over thirty million. However, accumulated miles could be burden of airlines, because the korean corporations should record the annual financial report the accumulate mileage on a liability account by 'the international financial report standards(IFRS)' next year. The korean airlines need to minimize the accumulated miles, so that for instance Korean Airlines SKYPASS-miles expire 5 years after being earned. It means that miles earned on or after July 2008 will expire after five years if unredeemed. Thus, this paper attempt to analyze the unfairness of the mileage rules of korean airlines by examining a specific portion of the conditions relating to consumer protection, because many mileage users has difficulties using mileage programs and complained the amendment of the mileage rules. In conclusion, the contemporary mileage rules in Korea are rather unsatisfactory, because airlines is not only recognizing a mileage into a kind of benefit but also denying inheritance of mileage and the legal nature of mileage as a property right. It is necessary to amend relevant mileage rules in view of consumer protection, because air mileage is not simple benefit but a right of mileage user.

장기간의 원자력발전소 운영과정에서 가동전 중검사는 설비의 건전성을 확인하는 매우 중요한 점검과정이다. 가동전 중검사 결과 많은 양의 검사데이터가 생산되며 이러한 검사데이터는 과거 검사결과와 비교하여 결함지시의 성장여부 등이 검토될 수 있어야 하며 후속 검사를 위한 기초 데이터로 활용될 수 있어야 한다. 또한 검사에 사용되는 검사장비, 검사자, 검사절차서, 관련 도면, Codes & Standards 등 검사자원의 체계적인 관리가 필요하며 이를 위한 정보시스템의 지원이 필수적이다. 또한 수작업으로 작성되는 가동전 중검사계획(LTP 등) 작성업무의 자동화가 필요하며, 검사계약이 경쟁체제로 전환됨에 따라 검사업체의 변경 여부에 관계없이 검사결과의 연속성이 유지되어야 하며 검사절차나 양식 등의 표준화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현안사항을 개선할 수 있는 데이터베이스 응용시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 그 개발 과정을 소개한다.

해외건설사업을 수행할 경우 해외건설촉진법에 의한 제반 보고제도를 준수해야 한다. 동법상 보고제도로는 $\Delta$수주활동상황보고 $\Delta$계약체결결과보고 $\Delta$시공상황보고 $\Delta$공사내용변경보고 $\Delta$준공보고 등이 있다. 또한 해외건설업체가 가장 중요시해야 하는 것은 수주활동상황보고 이다. 이 보고는 도급형 공사의 경우 입찰 예정일 10일전까지, 개발형공사의 경우 공사시행 개시일 20일전까지 제출해야 한다. 국내외 건설공사로 부터 하도급 형태의 수주활동도 마찬가지다. 현행법상 이 기일을 준수하지 않을 경우 해외건설촉진법에 의거 국토해양부는 과태료(200만원)을 부과하게 된다. 최근 신규등록업체 가운데 이 절차를 생략해 과태료 부과문제가 종종 발생하고 있다. 한편 보고를 생략하는 경우 추후 동 공사에 대한 실적을 인정받을 수 없게 된다. 현재 해외공사 상황보고 업무처리는 국토해양부의 위탁을 받아 해외건설협회가 수행하고 있다.

소프트웨어 개발 기술은 컴포넌트의 재사용에 기반한 소프트웨어 개발 방법으로 발전하고 있다. 컴포넌트는 재사용 및 가변성을 족친시키며, 시스템의 전반적인 복잡도를 감소시켜 준다. 그러나 컴포넌트 조립정보는 디자인시점(design-time)에서 결정되고 특정 컴포넌트 모델과 컴포넌트 실행환경(Component Execution Environment)에 따라 소스코드에 반영되기 때문에, 시스템의 변경 관리 및 동적인 구성등의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 장점을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 컴포넌트 컴포지션의 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 컴포넌트 컴포지션시 필수적 정보들인 컴포넌트간의 상호작용, 컨텍스트 상의 종속성, 메시지 전달 및 호출상의 제약 조건 등의 기본 컴포지션 정도들을 표현하는 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트를 정의한다. 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트는 모든 정보를 컴포닌트 모델 및 환경에 의존적이지 않도록 XML 문서로 정의되므로, 각종 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트를 이용하여 컴포넌트 기술의 가장 큰 장점인 플러그-앤드-플레이(Plug-and-Play)방식의 지원 및 동적 바인딩, 동적 컴포넌트 컴포지션을 지원하는프레임워크를 제시한다.

국제선급연합회(International Association of Classification Societies: IACS)에서는 2022년 선박 및 기자재시스템 사이버 복원력 달성을 위한 공통규칙 UR E26, E27을 발행하였으며, 이 규정은 2024년 1월 이후 건조 계약되는 선박에 의무적으로 적용될 예정이다. 현존선의 경우, OT 시스템 네트워크 변경 및 사이버보안 기능을 신규 구현하기가 어렵기 때문에 사이버 위험관리에 한계가 있으나, 본 규정을 통해 신조선 건조 단계에서 설계 보안 (secure by design)을 고려한 선박 사이버 복원력 네트워크 및 기능 구현이 가능하다. 사이버복원력 생태계가 잘 형성되기 위해서는 선주, 조선소, 제조사, 선급 등 주요 이해관계자의 역할이 중요하며 향후 다양한 프로젝트를 통한 사이버복원력 체계 내재화, 재직자 사이버보안 역량 강화, 선박 사이버안전 기술 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

In this paper, the possibility of extension of falsification conception was investigated to discuss the validity of this precedent. Consequently this extension was indispensible according to the article 237-2 of criminal code which regards the reproduced document as the document in the document crime. However, this is against the security of human right. On the contrary, there is not this kind of article in the German criminal code and the German precedents and majority theory are negative to regard it as the criminal document. And also, there is the pont of view that the reproduced document is not the criminal document because it's not the expression itself of document nominee's intention, so the article 237-2 should be demolished in Korea. According to this opinion, the serious reconsideration should be required in the legislation of this article 237-2. Nevertheless, if this extended conception is needed and it's possible, the meaning of the computer monitor's image is not able to be ignored in the conception of falsification. Therefore this should be regarded as the element of the falsification conception. In other words, this can't be evaluated as the object of falsification but the target of falsification, according to the conception extension, though the precedents do not regard it as the document in document crime.
