  • 챗봇이란 인공지능 기반으로 인간과 대화하는 로봇을 일컬으며, 요청과 응답구조로 운영되는 인공지능 프로그램을 말한다. 챗봇은 사용자와 상호작용하기 위해 대화형 인터페이스를 사용하는 소프트웨어로 기존 사용자의 언어를 이해하고 학습하여 인간이 대화하듯이 대화를 하도록 설계되어있다. 챗봇을 사용하는 회사는 인건비를 줄이고 빅데이터를 기반으로 전문적이고 정확한 답변을 제공할 수 있어 활용 효율성이 높은 편이다. 그러나 회사가 챗봇을 적극적으로 도입하고 사용자에게 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 기대와 달리 사용자는 챗봇을 계속 사용하지 않고있다. 따라서 본 논문은 챗봇 서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 특히 인공지능 특성이 챗봇 서비스 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 연구한다.

Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavioral Intentions toward Purchasing Imported Casual Clothing (수입 캐주얼의류 구매에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범 의도에 관한 연구)

  • 국내 수입 캐주얼의류시장은 계속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있으나 이에 대한 소비자의 구매 의도에 대한 연구는 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자의 행동을 예측하는데 그들의 태도(Attitude)와 주관적 규범(Subjective Norm)을 고려하는 theory of reasoned action (Ajzen & Fishbein & Ajzen, 1975)에 의거하여 구매의도를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 위하여 서울시내에 거주하는 20대 이상의 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지 중 총 892부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 평균, 표준편차, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 소비자는 수입 캐주얼의류에 대한 구매 의도가 낮았으며, 이를 예측하는데 있어서 태도와 주관적 규범이 유의적인 결정 변수였다. 또한 주관적 규범이 태도보다 소비자의 구매의도를 예측하는데 있어서 더 중요한 결정 변수였다. 본 연구의 결과는 의류에 대한 소비자 행동의 문헌에 기여함과 동시에 국내 마케터(local marketer)와 국제 마케터(international marketer)의 마케팅전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제시하여 준다.

The Impact of Smartphone Application Quality Factors on Trust and the Users' Continuance Intention according to Gender (스마트폰 애플리케이션 품질이 신뢰 및 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Mobile applications are growing fast and the rising popularity of smartphones, which was supposed to take the market even further. The purposes of this study are as follows. First, we find out what really drives the trust and the intention to continuance use the mobile applications. Second, we explore gender differences in perceptions and relationships between the quality factors and trust. The 231 sets of data collected from 120 male and 111 female, who use the smartphones, were tested against the model using PLS 2.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness and connectivity had an effect on trust and continuance intension. Second, gender had moderate effect on the relationship between quality factors and trust.

  • Since the current mobile web market is already in its maturity, a research concerning the continued behavior of mobile Internet users should be carried out. The purpose of this research is to understand user's continued behaviors by theoretically constructing and empirically testing a continued model using real usage data. The model consists of four post-expectation factors (usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment, and perceived value) as well as user satisfaction, continuance intention, and the actual usage amount. To test the model, an on-line survey had been conducted, and we collected the actual usage data of survey respondents via the support of telecommunication companies. The study results indicate that post expectation variables were found to influence satisfaction, continuance intention, and actual usage amount of mobile web users. This paper ends with study limitations and implications on mobile web industry.

The Roles of Brand Loyalty and Switching Costs in the Purchase of a New Smartphone (스마트폰 신제품 구매에서 브랜드 충성도와 전환비용의 역할)

  • Purpose Although many users change their smartphone, most may be inclined to continue using incumbent smartphone series instead of switching to new brands. Brand loyalty and switching costs are major determinants of inclinations toward incumbent smartphones. This study addresses the research question, "what roles brand loyalty and switching costs play in the purchase of new smartphones?". Design/methodology/approach A research model consisting of six hypotheses for explaining purchase intentions toward new smartphone was proposed considering inclinations toward incumbent brands. The research model was empirically tested based on purchase intentions toward the LG smartphone brand G4, employing a sample of 177 university students in Korea. The data were analyzed using the PLS technique. The results provide support for all hypotheses. Findings First, perceived inclinations toward incumbent smartphone, brand loyalty and switching costs, explained the purchase of new smartphones as well as the perception of new smartphone. Second, brand loyalty was found to play the role of moderator between switching costs and relative advantage in the purchase of new smartphone. Third, perceived aesthetics and price value had considerable influence on the purchase of brand-new smartphone.

The Effects of Game Properties and Gratifications on Continuance Intention of Location-Based Augmented Reality Game (게임 속성과 충족 변수가 위치 기반 증강현실 게임의 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Since the launch of Pokémon GO in 2016, the game has been loved for many users. Although the number of Pokémon GO users has declined, lots of users still enjoy the location-based augmented reality game. From the perspective of game properties and Use & Gratifications theory, this paper investigated the antecedents of continuance intention of Pokémon GO. A total of 258 responses from Pokémon Go users was collected by an online survey. The result of regression analysis showed that attitude toward game characters, attitude toward random game elements, social interaction, competition, and physical activity increased continuance intention. Perceived cost, however, decreased continuance intention. Implications for researchers and practitioners were discussed.

  • The main Objectives of this paper are as follows. First, we investigated effects of Smart Phone quality on the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone. Then, we investigated effects of the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone on the intention of use. Our research model is based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively and efficiently, a survey was conducted based on the usage of Smart Phone. Then we conducted regression analyses on the collected data and found following results. First, Smart Phone quality have a significant effect on the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone. Second, the usefulness and ease of use of Smart Phone have significant effects on the intention of use. Third, Smart Phone users are more satisfied with the system quality than cellular phone users. And the continuous use intention of Smart-Phone users is higher than that of cellular phone users.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between tourist 's intention to use smartphone and the preceding factors through the questionnaire. For achieving this research purpose, this study surveyed the tourists who use smartphone to investigate the influence of interactivity such as two-way communication and synchronicity as hypotheses on the influence of flow, and the effect of attitude factors on continuous intention to use was analyzed by research model. In this study, a partial least squares based structural equation (PLS-SEM) method was applied to verify the hypothesis of the proposed research model. Finally, the validity of the proposed research model was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing. Therefore, the results of this study show that interactivity and flow are influential for the reuse of users in utilizing information by using smartphone, and it affects the attitude of users in developing smart tourism system in the future. The results of this study can be utilized as basic data related to the acquisition of information by smartphone of tourists in the future development of smart tourism system.

Influential Factors of College Students' Intention to Use Wearable Device -An Application of the UTAUT2 Model (대학생의 웨어러블 디바이스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 -UTAUT2 모델의 응용)

  • Using data from an online survey in Korea, this study examines factors affecting college students' intention to use wearable device based on an extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) (UTAUT2 Model). The results of the regression analysis suggest that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions from original UTAUT are statistically significant variables to explain college students' intention to use wearable device. Also, the results of the data analysis reveal that added factors from UTAUT2 like hedonic motivation and price value are influential factors to explain intention to use wearable device. In addition, this study suggests that future studies need to test the UTAUT2 model in the context of new information and communication technologies.

  • This study investigates the influential factors on online word-of-mouth (eWOM) intentions towards educational tourist destinations, primarily focusing on Korean universities and Chinese tourists. It reveals a positive correlation between eWOM intentions and the desire to enroll in these institutions. The significance of eWOM for attracting Chinese students elucidates the importance of establishing a strong brand image and ensuring high levels of tourist satisfaction. Moreover, social media users who travel for education purposes were found to emphasize self-image consistency and conspicuous self-expression. This research underscores the utility of leveraging social media to enhance the perception of educational tourist attractions, promoting these destinations, and stimulating eWOM, thereby enriching the understanding of the strategic use of social media in international student recruitment.
