With the development of methodologies, there are also the researches for the concrete item selection for selecting the future emerging researches and technologies. In this paper, we use scientometrics for that purpose in the sectors of construction and transportation. In our scientometric analysis, we use Scopus database, top 1% cited papers, bibliographic coupling, cosine coefficient, and hierarchical clustering and then carry additional experts verification on our results. We try to show the detailed process of scientometric analysis and its possibility as objective methodologies to select the future emerging researches and technologies.

본 논문에서는 Q방법론을 중심으로 대학생들의 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식을 진단하고, 기능적인 측면에서 세부적인 효과요인들을 짚어보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위에서 제기된 사항들의 해답을 얻기 위하여 주관성연구 분석방법을 활용하였다. 앞으로 계량적인 실증적 연구와 관련 이해당사자들간의 종합적 비교와 대안책이 추가된다면, 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식에 대한 개선과 활성화를 위한 정책방향에 보다 심도 있는 연구결과가 제시될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

연구개발에 종사하는 연구자나 연구기획자들은 미래에 어떤 기술 또는 연구 분야가 각광을 받을지 파악하기 위해 정보를 수집하거나 분석한다. 그러나 방대한 정보 중에서도 정말 필요한 정보를 단시간내에 효과적으로 수집하기는 쉽지 않다. 기술기획이나 연구기획의 경우 현재의 연구동향이나 현황을 빠른 시간안에 정확히 파악하는 것이 주된 관심사이며, 이것을 지원해 줄 수 있는 연구방법론 중 하나가 계량서지학이다. 본 연구는 계량서지적 분석결과를 효과적으로 이해할 수 있도록 시각화 기법을 이용한 정보분석 방법론을 다룬다. 발표동향 분석, 공동연구네트워크분석, 수준지수분석, 특허인용네트워크를 통한 인용트리분석 등을 이용하여 전자종이(e-Paper)기술분야에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 정보분석에 있어 비전문가라도 신속하게 정보분석 결과를 획득할 수 있도록 KISTI에서 개발한 정보분석시스템인 KnowledgeMatrix S/W와 이를 응용한 S/W를 활용한 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 사용한 방법론들은 실제로 연구사업에 활용하고 있거나 활용가능성이 매우 높은 방법론을 이용하였기 때문에 향후에도 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

In this paper, it is tried to combine the decomposition method and econometric analysis for the extension of the decomposition method. Since two approaches approach the energy efficiency problem in the different perspectives, it is believed that it is hard to reconcile the results of two approaches. In the results of energy intensity effect analysis with the econometric method, it is found that the increase in the energy price results in the improvement of energy intensity effect. In enconometric analysis of energy efficiency, the coefficient of a time trend measured as a proxy of energy efficiency is significant and has a negative effect on the energy consumption. This finding implies the energy efficiency improves very slowly over time. In addition, the directions of energy efficiency improvement in the decomposition method are consistent with those in the econometric analysis in four industries. This finding indicates that two methods may be in complementary cooperation for the analysis of energy efficiency. Therefore, it is needed the efforts to seek the complementarity between two methods for the enhancement of academic and policy implications.

This study is designed to predict the total ad expenditure of Korea, and six media ad expenditures in 5 years based on the past 20 years ad expenditure date. We use annual data published by Cheil Worldwide advertising data analysis. Time series, SUR method, exponential smoothing method and regression analysis were used for exploring the data. The results showed that the total advertising expenditure in 2018 is predicted to 10,873 billion wons. On the basis of the findings, implications are discussed for academicians as well as practitioners.

대부분의 CEO들은 대규모 투자가 선행되는 정보시스템의 화폐적 가치에 확신을 가지고 싶어 한다. 지금까지 MIS 연구자들은 정보시스템의 조직적 성과에 관한 여러 가지 간접적인 증거를 보여주었으나 경영자들이 요구하는 정보시스템에 대한 화폐적 확신을 주는데 실패하였다. 본 연구는 최근 각 기업들이 도입하고 있는 BSC의 성과지표 중 정보시스템 관련 지표를 활용하여 기업의 계량적 및 비계량적 성과측정을 활용함으로써 조직의 정보시스템 성과를 화폐가치로 환산할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이때 사례기반추론 시스템을 활용하면 사례베이스로부터 유사사례를 도출하고 이를 통하여 정보시스템 도입에 필요한 주요 정보를 추론할 수 있게 되어 조직에서 도입할 정보시스템의 잠재적 화폐가치를 어느 정도 가늠할 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보시스템의 화폐적 가치분석을 위하여 실물옵션 가격결정모형을 활용하였고 객관적 화폐가치 추론을 위한 웹 사이트 구축을 목표로 한다.

In todays environment in which scientific technologies are changing very fast than ever, companies have to monitor and search emerging technologies to gain competitiveness. Actually many nations try to do that. Most of them use Dephi approach based on experts review as a searching method. But experts review has been criticised for probability of inclination and its derivative problems in the sense that it is accomplished only by expert's subjectivity. To overcome such problems, we used Scientometric Method for identifying emerging technology that had been done by Delphi as a rule. We made three particular efforts in order to improve the Quality of the result. Firstly, we selected one alternative database between SCI and Scopus hoping to see evenly-distributing results in wide fields on the front burner. Secondly we used Fractional citation counting in counting citation number in the stage of linear regression analysis. Lastly, we verified Scientometric result with experts opinions to minimize probable errors in a Scientometric research. As a result, we derived 290 emerging technologies from Scientometric analysis with Scopus Database, and visualized them on 2-dimension map with data mining system named KnowledgeMatrix which was developed by KISTI.

본 연구는 시스템다이내믹스 연구방법론이 학문적으로 어떻게 활용, 발전되어 왔는지 알아보고, 특히 1984년부터 2004년에 이르리까지 시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 학술연구에 대한 내용분석을 통하여 시스템다이내믹스의 발전 가능성과 확산 가능성을 살펴본다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 시스템다이내믹스 연구방법론이 어떻게 각 학문 분야로 진입하여 수용되고 확산되고 있는지 98개 해외저널에 출판된 시스템 다이내믹스룰 활용한 207개의 논문에 대한 계량적 내용분석을 통하여 분야별, 시기별 진화행태를 살펴본다. 본 연구는 시스템다이내믹스 연구방법론의 활용범위 및 활용행태를 내용분석 함으로써 시스템다이내맥스 연구방법론이 활용될 수 있는 범위가 넓고 다양하며 공통된 특이성을 가지고 있음을 찾아낸다. 이러한 확산 가능성 및 연구방법론의 특징을 중심으로 새로운 패러다임 연구방법론으로서의 시스템다이내믹스의 가능성을 제시한다.

이 연구는 문헌정보학 학술지에 나타난 전문도서관의 연구동향과 특성을 계량적으로 분석하기 위하여, 관련된 연구논문 79편을 전수 조사하고 저자특성, 연구주제, 연구방법에 대해 정량분석하였다. 전문도서관 연구는 2000년 이후에 활발해지고 있으며, 주로 정보학, 도서관 운영, 참고정보서비스에 대한 연구가 많았다. 저자의 소속기관은 정부출연기관 직원과 대학 교수가 다수를 차지하며 공동연구가 늘어나고 있다. 또한 설문조사, 통계조사 등의 양적연구가 가장 많고 도서관 사례분석 및 사서 인터뷰를 통한 질적연구, 그리고 문헌연구의 순으로 나타난다.

우리나라 전력기술 수준의 평가는 전력기술 중장기 발전계획에 대한 기초자료로서 전력인프라의 투자, 연구개발정책의 수립, 예산배분의 기된 데이터로서 활용되고 있지만, 대부분의 기술수준 평가방법이 전문가 설문조사에 의한 정성적 평가에 그치고 있어 산업 현장의 데이터가 반영되는 데는 미흡한 점이 있었다. 된 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 전력기술전반의 수준 평가를 전력산업 각 부분의 계량지표를 관간으로 산출하는 방법에 의한 계량적인 기술평가를 시도하였다. 이 정량적 평가결과를 전문가의 정성적 평가결과 및 과학기술부 조사결과와 대비함으로써 그 차이를 논하고 향후 해석적인 기술평가를 위한 발전방향을 제시하였다.
