The period after the PhD has a huge impact on the careers of researcher from a researcher lifecycle perspective. This is a turning point which student receives guidance from professor and become an independent researcher. Furthermore, they learn to develop ideas for independent research, apply for grants and manage a project; they also form expert networks in related filed and publish papers to share their findings. This study focuses on the period between earning doctoral degree and being employed as a stable position in university. This study starts from a research questions that asks which factors of postdoctoral experience affect research output. In this study, the paper performance, especially co-authorship of paper, of postdoctoral researchers was investigated. The cumulative advantage theory and Matthew effect were employed to shed a light on this research question. The empirical work is based on the Survey & Analysis of National R&D program in Korea conducted by Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP). The correlations between the research output and characteristics of postdoctoral experience were verified. These results are expected to contribute as new empirical evidences on investigating knowledge transfer activities of new PhDs.

Objective: By doing a more comprehensive review of recent domestic studies related to the emotions experienced by the early childhood teachers, the current study aims to suggests the direction of various emotional research experiences; and provide the basic data necessary for the development and application of a program that helps early childhood teachers experience more positive emotions in the child care setting and effectively addresses the negative emotional experience. Methods: 87 previous studies which were published in the journals related to various emotional experiences experienced by the early childhood teacher since 2008 were analyzed. Results: It was found that the emotion - related articles of early childhood teachers showed that, compared with before 2012, it increased after 2013. Also, the tendency of the data collection method was mostly composed of the papers using the questionnaire method using the test and the scale. As the most studied topic related to the emotional experience of early childhood teachers, the negative emotional experiences were the exhaustion experienced by the teachers. And the most studied topics on positive emotional experiences were the happiness experienced by early childhood teachers; The research that explores the variables related to the happiness experienced by the early childhood teachers was the majority. Conclusion/Implications: The analysis of this study suggests a systematic understanding of emotions experienced by early childhood teachers and suggests future directions for supporting healthy emotional experiences.

The aim of this study was to exploring the experiences of life amomg alcoholics who suicide attempts. The main question of this study is "what the meaning and essence of experiences of life amomg alcoholics with suicide attempts?" The qualitative research method was taken for widely understanding and lively writing experiences of life amomg alcoholics who suicide attempts in the connection of eheir lives. As results, 12 categories appeared from 5 themes as data analysis. The major themes could be analyzed as "Continuing a dark confines of the psychology, emotion", "encounter with worthless oneself of the loath to admit", "The trigger inciting to suicide", "The roots of the drinking and suicide -living with fate", "Holding up a string of life". Based on these results, the practical implications for the alcoholics with suicide attempts had been discussed.

최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.

This study tries to explain customer experience in retail stores from a holistic perspective including hedonic, economic, symbolic, and relational dimensions. We also attempt to empirically investigate the effect of each dimension of customer experience on the store attitude and store attachment and the differential influence of the store attitude and attachment on the commitment toward store. The major findings from empirical analysis are as follows. First, all four dimensions of customer experience positively impact on the store attitude. Second, symbolic and relational dimensions of customer experience have a positive effect on the store attachment while hedonic and economic dimensions don't. Third, the store attachment more positively influence the commitment toward store than the store attitude do. This paper extends the scope of the study on consumer experience in retail setting by broadening the dimensions of it and testing the differential effect of each dimensions empirically. The results of this research can provide useful implications for practitioners to build successful strategies on customer experience management in retail stores.

기술의 발달로 인하여 제품의 특징과 편익이 제품을 선택하는데 있어서의 중요성이 약화되었다. 이로 인하여 제품의 기능성을 바탕으로 하여, 사용성 더 나아가 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움을 제공하는 것이 기업의 성공에 큰 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 이러한 제품의 기능성, 사용성, 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움 같은 요소들이 통합되어 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 사용자의 경험을 이루게 된다. 이러한 경험을 실제 디자인과 연관 짓는데 있어서 경험이라는 것 자체가 정성적이고 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있고, 추상적이어서 진정한 의미의 경험디자인의 단계에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무수한 요소와 여러 환경 적인 영향을 받는 복잡한 사용자 경험에 대하여, 여러 방면에서 연구되고 있는 사용자 경험의 요소들을 종합하여 그 구조 규명하였다. 또한 사용자 경험의 요소와 그 경험을 가능하게 해주는 제품의 디자인 팩터들을 정의하여, 이러한 요소들이 어떤 관계성을 갖고 어떠한 요소에 의해 영향을 받는지에 대하여 모델링 하였다.

사용자가 제품, 시스템, 서비스 등을 사용하면서 느끼게 되는 총체적 경험을 사용자 경험(User Experience) 이라고 한다. 사용자들은 모바일 폰을 사용하면서 느끼게 되는 다양한 경험에 기반하여 모바일 폰에 대한 이성적, 감성적 판단을 내리게 된다. 최근 많은 기업들이 자사 제품의 차별화를 위해 고유의 사용자 경험을 창출하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 애플 노키아 등 사용자 경험에 기반한 제품 개발의 성공 사례를 검토하고 이를 통해 사용자 경험을 구성하는 핵심 요소를 추출 한 후 모바일 폰에서 성공적인 사용자 경험을 설계하기 위해 필요한 핵심 가이드라인을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 보다 효과적인 사용자 경험 설계를 위한 방법론 개발에 기초가 되는 가이드 라인을 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

목적: 본 연구는 방사선치료를 받는 유방암 환자의 증상경험, 정서적 상태와 사회적지지 및 관련 변수간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 방법: 연구대상자는 T시에 위치한 2개 대학병원에서 방사선 치료를 받는 유방암 환자 126명으로, 연구도구는 일반적 특성과 증상경험, 정서적 상태 및 사회적지지를 측정하기 위한 도구로 구성된 질문지이다. 결과: 연구 대상자의 증상경험은 21.96(SD = 14.14), 정서적 상태는 110.95(SD = 100.92), 사회적지지는 3.70(SD = 0.98)로 나타났다. 증상경험과 정서상태는 유의한 정 상관관계(r = .396, p = .001)를 나타내었고, 증상 경험과 사회적지지는 유의한 부적 상관관계(r = -.304, p = .003)를 나타내었다. 증상경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서적 상태로 설명력이 16.5%이었다. 제언: 이상의 연구결과 방사선치료를 유방암 환자의 증상경험과 환자의 정서적 상태가 관련이 됨을 알 수 있으나, 그 설명력은 약하므로 앞으로 더 연구하여야 할 영역이라 생각한다.

본고에서는 인지증강을 위한 서비스, 경험정보 인식 기술과 경험정보 모델링 기술에 관한 동향을 살펴본다. 경험정보 기반 인지증강 서비스를 위해 기존의 센서 데이터 중심의 인식 기술과 더불어 개인 경험상황의 특징을 고려한 인식기술에 관한 연구와 다수의 이질적인 경험 데이터를 기반으로 한 사용자 특정 패턴분석을 위한 경험정보 모델링 및 분석 기법에 관한 지속적이고 폭넓은 연구가 필요하다.

인간의 경험에 대한 지각은 다양하다. 일차원적인 직접 경험에 대한 것은 확신의 문제이다. 또한 보편적인 다른 경험은 알게 되면서 인식하는 또 다른 경험의 결과이다. 미디어에서 또한 리얼리티의 담화 작용을 통해 수용자에게 경험에 대한 인식과 가치를 제공하고, 새로운 간접 경험에 대한 경험을 재현을 통해서 그 의미를 전달하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 리얼리티의 담화작용과 의미전달에 있어서 수용자의 믿음적 상징체계의 특성과 사회문화적 현상을 고찰하고자 한다.
