1983년 부터 3년여에 걸쳐 유한양행 중앙연구소에서 우수 균주 개량및 발효법에 의한 효소생산을 확립시켜 산업화 가능 수준까지 도달하였다. 그러나 당사에서 생산시 국제가격하락및 품질경쟁을 예상할때 실제 생산에서는 실험실 수준의 2배 이상의 역가향상과 회수율 향상이 필요하였고, 실험실에서 손쉽고, 경제적인 생산방법들이 규모가 큰 공장 설비에서는 경제적이지 못했으므로 별도의 산업화 작업이 필요하였다. 이러한 일련의 scale-up 실험은 연구소의 여러 기초 실험결과를 토대로, 기존설비들에 적합하게, 대량생산이 가능하게, 작업이 안전하게, 생산성의 변동이 적게, 공정속도가 빠르게, 경제성이 높게하는 것을 목표로 진행시켰다. 이미 항생제 Rifamycin 발효생산을 통하여 축적된 기술 경험을 최대한 되살려 발효및 회수 정제의 산업적 기술개발에 응용하였다.

This study analyzes the impacts of undergraduate-work-experiences for beauty-major's graduates. 168 samples were selected from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey data 2012 ~ 2017. As a result of a Multiple logistic regression analysis, a job experience, job period, and number of experienced job type mattered. In case of having non-major job experience while studying, the opportunities of finding a job of one who has no experience was higher than that of one had over a year work experience. While in case of having major job experience in the field of studying, one who has experience over 6 months and less than a year had higher chance in finding a job than that of one who had over a year work experience. I hope this promotes reviewing a systematic educational policy and helps to get a fundamental information on job-seeking behavior of beauty major graduate.

The 4th Industrial Revolution and Covid 19 are moving the fashion industry from offline to online. Fashion shows that took place offline are being replaced by online. Online is greatly increasing consumers' digital customer experience based on digital technologies. In this study, we studied the effect of digital experience factors on digital customer satisfaction based on the Schmitt(1999)'s experience marketing. The effect of digital customer satisfaction on purchase, continuous use intention, and recommendation intention were also studied. In addition, the moderating effect of experience frequency was studied. We randomly sampled 180 individuals among fashion mall users.. SPSS 24, AMOS 23 and Process Macro 3.5 were used for statistical analysis. In the study in which digital experience factors influence digital customer satisfaction, all except the digital act showed positive influence. The impact of influence was digital sense (β = .366) > digital think (β = .225)> digital feel (β = .191) > digital relate(β = .163). Digital customer satisfaction have been positive impact on purchasing, continuance use and recommendation intention. In the moderating effect of digital experience frequency, between digital feel, digital act and digital customer experience showed a statistically effective relationship. Based on the this study, We suggested theoretical and practical implications.

폐기물에서 가용자원인 폐열을 회수할 수 있는 소각로로서 반건류식 공기제어 소각로의 특성을 설명하고 50 kg/hr, 100 kg/hr, 400kg/hr 및 3 ton/hr 급의 규모로 확대해 가면서 제기된 문제점과 해결된 방안을 중심으로 본 소각로의 운전특성과 환경기준치로 만족시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

정부나 공단 또는 협회가 할 수 있는 일은 한계가 있을 수 있기 때문에 직접 사업을 진행하는 입장에서 경험을 바탕으로 한 근본적인 해결 방안들을 제시하여야 할 것입니다. 또 부각된 장점과 단점을 OPEN시켜 ESCO 사업을 발전시켜 나간다면, ESCO 시장은 절대 국내에 국한되는 것이 아니고 주변국가 특히, 중국은 전기특성과 생활습관이 유사하다는 입장에서 우리나라 ESCO의 큰 시장이 될 수 있으리라 생각합니다.

간학문적 특성이 강한 의류학은 최근 급변하는 사회환경 즉, 학생들의 전문적 경험에 대한 요구, 패션업계와의 유기적 상호관계, 컴퓨터 등 과학기술의 발달, 사회의전문화, 세분화, 정보화, 세계화 등에 능동적으로 대처하여 의류학 졸업생들의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위하여 보다 질적으로 향상된 의류학의 방향을 모색하도록 요구받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 1) 의류학의 목표는 무엇이며 현재 강조되고 있는 분야와 교과목 및 취업기회는 어떠한지, 그리고 미래에 의류학이 당면할 수 있는 문제들은 무엇인지, 2) 프로그램이 어떻게 바뀌어졌으며 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 발전되어 갈 것인가에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전국 43개 4년제 대학의 의류학 관련 교수 110명을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였으녀 회수된 58부(53% 회수율)를 SAS로 통계처리하여 Likert's method of summated ratings로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 의류학의 목표가 가정중심의 복지 향상(M=2.5, SD=1.0)에서 의류학 분야의 전문인을 양성(M=4.8, SD=0.4)하는 것으로 변화하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 디자인 분야(M=4.8, SD=0.5)와 구성분야 (M+4.5, SD=0.7)가 풍부한 교과목과 함께 강조되고 있으며 디자인 분야의 취업성향이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 교과목이 많이 증설되었으며 (특히 디자인분야) 실험실습시간이 증가되고 인접학문 교과목과 현장실습경험이 증가추세에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 의류학의 발전을 위해 전문적 이미지 제고와 함께 졸업생의 취업기획의 증가, 의류산업체와의 인턴제도를 통한 산학협동, 그리고 컴퓨터 활용 증대 등이 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is multi-faceted. Firstly, it is to examine the perceived differences in novelty experience, psychic distance, and satisfaction among Japanese, Chinese, and American tourists visiting Korea. Secondly, it is to investigate the effects of novelty experience on their overall satisfaction in Korea. Lastly, this study attempts to examine the role of psychic distance on the level of perceived novelty experience in Korea. A survey was conducted to 307 international tourists departing Korea at the In-Cheon International Airport. The results show that there is a significant difference in the perceived psychic distance, novelty experience, and overall satisfaction in Korea among Japanese, Chinese, and American tourists. Also, there is a significant effect of novelty experience on tourist overall satisfaction. The results further reveal that the degree of psychic distance is a significant determinant of the perceived novelty experience, which supports the effectiveness of psychic distance concept in predicting the novelty experience. The results of this study make a significant contribution to advancing our understanding of tourist behavior through the re-constructed concept of novelty.

오늘날 막분리공정의 응용은 다른 분리공정에 비해 경제성과 편리성으로 비교우위에 있어 점차로 사용규모면에 있어서 증대되고 있다. 예를 들면, 바닷물을 음용수로 전환하거나 식품이나 의약공업에서 고분자화합물을 정제, 농축, 분리할 뿐만아니라 신장에서 불순물을 제거에 이르기까지 확대발전되어오고 있으며 화공약품의 분리회수, 초순수화나 환경산업의 폐수처리, 가스의 분리와 회수등의 응용에 이르기까지 쓰임새가 다양하며, 앞으로의 응용범위는 새로운 기능의 분리막개발과 함께 점점 확대되고 있다. 이와같은 막분리공정상 물질전달의 기본적특성인 추진력과 물리적인 성질의 중요성을 이해하는 것은 막분리공정을 설계제작하는데 필요하다. 막내에서 물질전달은 분리코져하는 물질의 확산, 전기장에의한 대류속도, 농도, 압력, 흡착 그리고 온도구배 등 물질이동현상을 조절하는 인자들 뿐만아니라 막의 물리적, 화학적 특성과 분리대상물질의 물리화학적 특성등에 의해 결정된다. 이러한 막내에서의 추진력들은 서로 상호 보완적이고 경우에 따라서는 새로운 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 추진력에 따른 막물질이동에 영향을 주는 요소들을 저자가 경험한 결과들을 토대로 총론형식으로 열거하였다.

In this paper, Experience Sensitive Cumulative Neural Network (ESCNN) is introduced, which can cumulate the same or similar experiences. As the same or similar training patterns are cumulated in the network, the system recognizes more important information in the training patterns. The functions of forgetting less important information and attending more important information resided in the training patterns are surveyed and implemented by simulations. The system behaves well under the noisy circumstances due to its forgetting and/or attending properties, even in 50 percents noisy environments. This paper also describes the creation of the generalized patterns for the input training patterns.

This study has surveyed 379 social workers to recognize how much they believe their behaviors are ethical related to dual relationship and how many they have experienced dual relationships with their clients. In addition, we also examined if there were significant differences in social workers' beliefs and experiences according to their socio-demographic characteristics and organizational properties. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted frequency analysis, single sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance focusing on sexual, bartering and private relationships. Respondents tend to have a little permissive attitude about dual relationships while they little experienced of them. Social workers's beliefs and experiences are different depending on gender, education level, work experience, position, training experience of ethics and service target. From these results, it suggested that code of ethics for social workers and the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised reflecting on present field situation and inspiring ethical sensitivity.
