Educational Program for the Elder's Daily Life as a Consumer (노인 소비자를 위한 소비생활 교육 프로그램)

  • The aim of this paper is developing the educational program for the elder's daily life as a consumer, according as recognize the important of their consumption function and role in modern society. This paper consider the studies for elder consumption needs and activities for educational program, then present six principles and contents in four areas. The principals are empirical, socialization, interrelation, spontaneity, individualization and respect for the aged principal. The program themes are preventive education for elder consumer, advisable transaction, advisable transaction through cases and consumer's right, responsibility, duty and process of decision for purchase.

Analysis of Collaborative Consumption Intentions and their Predictive Factors in High School Students (고등학생의 협력적 소비 의향 유형과 예측 요인)

  • The purpose of the present study is to categorize collaborative consumption intention in high school students based on providing and using collaborative consumption behaviors, to compare and analyze the factors that predict these. Data gathered from 418 high school students through an online survey were used to conduct a descriptive statistics analysis, cluster analysis, and multinomial logistic regression. Firstly, collaborative consumer intentions were classified into four groups, including a proactive group with high providing behaviors and using behaviors, an active providing group, an active using group, and a passive group with low providing and using behaviors. Secondly, mass media, social benefits, enjoyment, community effect, and reputation were revealed as factors that increased the potential for inclusion in the active groups, and home education, mass media, enjoyment, and reputation were factors that increased the potential for inclusion in the active providing group. Enjoyment was revealed as the factor that increased the potential for inclusion in the active using group. The results of the present study show that the active utilization of consumer education and a systematic approach are required to revitalize collaborative consumption and proper settlement. Furthermore, a systematic establishment of school consumer education is needed for the balanced development of collaborative consumption. Also, an environmental system in which actual expected benefits can be experienced and realized in a diverse manner should be created to encourage consumers collaborate more actively.

Study on the Impact of Various Economic Experience in Adolescence on Formation of Economic View in an age of convergence (융복합시대 청소년기의 다양한 경제 경험이 경제관 형성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study verified the effectiveness of various economic experience in adolescence on forming economic view. Survey was carried out for Asan-si residents and online homepage visitors in Sep. 2015, 116 cases were finally used for analysis. This study confirmed the moderating effect of interest in economy on the relationship between various economic experience in adolescence and formation of economic view, and analyzed differences depend on economic knowledge learning path. Various economic experience in adolescence positively affected economic comprehension, rational consumption attitude, start-up intention and the moderating effect of interest in the economy was verified. Demographic Characteristics and economic knowledge learning path also affected differences of economic view by the group. These study results suggest that experiential youth economic education program will be effective on forming economic view.

Which Factors Could Affect Financial Consumer Problems Experience? - Convergence Approach of both Technical Information and Subjective Competency (금융소비자의 문제경험 요인의 탐색을 위한 융복합적 접근 연구 - 기술적 정보특성과 주관적 역량을 중심으로)

  • In the modern society, as development innovative technology consumers could access various information. It make consumers empower in the market, and information asymmetry problem were solving more and more. In the technical information, however, there are still information asymmetry because technical information is very difficult to understand, and those are related with professional knowledge such as financial information. This study used the dataset which was collected to track Korean consumers consumption index by KCA(Korea Consumer Agency) which included consumer's problem experience at financial field. The results are followings. Firstly, consumers want to get exact and important information to decide purchase or not and comparative information in technical information area. Secondly, age is the influence variable to experience more problems in technical information section. Thirdly, consumer's subjective financial competency is major influence factor to reduce problem experience.

A Comparative Study on the Acceptability and the Consumption Attitude for Soy Foods between Korean and Canadian University Students (한국과 캐나다 대학생들의 콩가공식품에 대한 수응도 및 소비실태 비교 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to compare and analyze the acceptability and consumption attitude for soy foods between Korean and Canadian university students as young consumers. This survey was carried out by questionnaire and the subjects were n=516 in Korea and n=502 in Canada. Opinions for soy foods in terms of general knowledge were that soy foods are healthy (86.5% in Korean and 53.4% in Canadian) or neutral (11.6% in Korean and 42.8% in Canadian), dairy foods can be substituted by soy foods (51.9% in Korean and 41.8% in Canadian), and soy foods are not only for vegetarians and milk allergy Patients but also for ordinary People (94.2% in Korean and 87.6% in Canadian). In main sources of information about soy foods, the rate by commercials on TV, radio or magazine was the highest (58.0%) for Korean students and the rate by family or friend was the highest(35.7%) for Canadian students. In consumption attitude, all of Korean students have purchased soy foods but only 55.4% of Canadian students have purchased soy foods, and soymilk was remarkably recognized and consumed then soy beverage and margarine in order. 76.4% of Korean students and 65.1% of Canadian students think soy foods are general and popular and can purchase easily, otherwise, in terms of price, soy foods were expensively recognized as 'more expensive than dairy foods' was 59.1% (Korean) and 54.7% (Canadian), and 'similar to dairy foods' was 36.8% (Korean) and 39.9% (Canadian). Major reasons for the rare consumption were 'I am not interested in soy foods' in Korean students (27.3%) and 'I prefer dairy foods to soy foods' in Canadian students (51.7%). However, consumption of soy foods in both countries are very positive and it will be increased.

A Survery of Consumer Preference of Special Nutrients Enriched Eggs (특수란에 대한 소비자 기호도 조사)

  • 점자 다양화되어 가는 시중 유통 특수란에 대한 소비자들의 인지도와 소비형태 등을 조사하여 특수란 소비에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시한 본 조사에서는 총 347명의 설문조사 결과를 분석하였으며 연령, 직업, 소득, 가족수 등의 일반적인 조사와 특수란에 대한 기초도 조사를 중심으로 한 결과 분석에서 계란은 상가나 수퍼에서 구입하였으며 주로 일반란의 구입이 많았으며 특수란 구입경험은 80.1%로 나타나 대부분의 주부가 특수란 구입 경험이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 특수란에 대하여는 비싸다는 의견이 다수를 차지했다. 품질 좋은 특수란의 재구매에 대한 의향은 69.7%가동의하여 특수란 구매의제일 우선은 품질이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 직업, 학력에 다른 특수란 구입과의 관계 분석에서는 접업 주부가 직장인에 비해 식품구매횟수와 주당 소비량이 더 높게 나타났으며 초대졸 이상의 집단에서는 특수란에 대해 구입 경향이 고졸 이하에서 보다 더 높게 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카 서비스의 사용자경험 디자인을 위한 평가 요인을 제안한다. 모바일 및 IoT기술의 발전과 더불어 자율주행 자동차에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 가운데 네트워크와의 연결을 통한 다양한 디지털서비스 제공 플랫폼 경쟁이 가속화되고 있다. 플랫폼 개발을 위한 기술적 연구는 빠르게 진행되고 있으나 실재 서비스 소비의 주체인 사용자 관점에서의 연구는 아직 미비하다. 경쟁이 가속화 될수록 커넥티드 카 구현 기술은 평중화될 것으로 예상되어 결국 커넥티드 카 서비스의 핵심 쟁점은 주행 중 서비스 사용자의 긍정적 경험이 될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카에서 제공되는 기능과 이에 따른 주요 서비스 요인들을 살펴보고 자동차 구매에 영향을 미치는 사용자경험 요인을 도출하여 둘의 상관관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 앞으로 등장할 차세대 커넥티드 카 서비스 및 플랫폼의 사용자 경험평가 요인을 도출하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this research is to study characteristics of Korean adults in the cultural consumption in the first decade of the early 21st century based on . The whole course of the cultural consumption of Korean adult from 2000 to 2010 has been steadily on the upswing. For Korean adults, the first decade of the early 21st century is the time when mass culture had been generalized in their cultural consumption, regardless of any generations. Besides, the twenties have been proved to be the core generation of the cultural consumption in Korean society.
