This paper, so far to analyze the research trends in the issue that has been discussed for the introduction of private investigation institutions, by projecting its suggestion, want the investigation purpose of presenting the desirable introduction direction. The analyzed issue was extracted for existing research material on the introduction of private investigation institutions. Investigators pointed out issue is the name, business scope, corporate, qualification system (eligibility criteria and test), education, association establishment, regulatory agencies, has been included in the eight categories such as legislation form. For the name, I think there is a need to unify under the name "detective". For the scope of work, the amendment is difficult law, place an overview of the general business rules, more specific and detailed investigation business content, to discipline through the ordinance it is possible to be rational. Private investigation institutions, I think the need for limited operations of the corporation. For education, the new education and re-education on a regular basis I do for the private investigation workers. You must be one of the National Police Agency to the management authority. Legislative form, not to be defined by its own law, the revision of the security law, but that is to complement the provisions for private sector research system is effective.

This study aims to analyze the types of occupations that are presented through the illustrations in the elementary school textbooks specifically designated by the government, from a perspective of a digital world.. Types of occupations were analyzed from a perspective of digital world by analyzing the illustrations presented in Korean language, social studies and ethics textbooks of elementary school year 3~6. Occupations that would disappear in future were compared and analyzed from a point of view of a report, "The Future of Employment: How susceptible are jobs to computerisation?". As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the occupations presented in the textbook were not reflecting the change of society and occupations, and there was absolutely no reflection of the times at all that highlights SW. This study has a significance for proposing directivity regarding writing of new textbooks at a current situation of new textbook work being processed, based on the 2015 amended curriculum.
The society shows rapid change throughout various fields in the 21 century. These changes are in progress in Korea as well and the private security field is not in exception. The private security system has socially effective function by providing services, which the police cannot provide to citizen. However, it cannot be treated rightly the possibility of violation of human right during the actual action. The qualified person at least should take private investigation service considering privatization of criminal justice and considering that the Private Investigation Act submitted to the Congress could not affect its investigation authority to the citizen currently. The purpose of this study is examination of the private investigation system in Korea and other country and is presentation of its improvement. The chapter 1 composed of introduction on chapter 1, concept and service in chapter 2, private security system in other countryin chapter 3, private security system in chapter 4, problems and its improvements in chapter5, and conclusion in chapter 6. It requires not only consideration of government but also consideration of citizen and effort of both sidesto successful settlement of private security system in Korea.
Recently, with the rapid development of eXtended Reality(XR) technology, the development and use of education and training systems using XR technology is increasing significantly. In particular, in areas that involve great risks and high costs such as military training and counter-terrorism training, the use of XR based simulators is preferred because they can improve training performance, reduce training costs, and minimize the risk of safety issues that may occur in actual training, by creating a training environment similar to actual training. In this paper, we propose a plan to build and evaluate an XR based hyper-realistic counter-terrorism education, training, and evaluation system to improve the ROK police's ability to respond to terrorist situations using the 5G and AR based Integrated Command and Control Platform previously developed by the Korea Military Academy. The proposed system is designed to improve counter-terrorism capabilities with virtual training for individual and team units based on hyper-realistic content and training scenarios. Futhermore, it can also be used as a on-site command and control post in connection with a simulation training site and an actual operation site.
The purpose of this study is to find the development of the special security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of special security service. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in special security services more than 10 years. The guard who perform special security service proposed a development plan of special security services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 60 hours in subjects related to special security duties by reorganization. Second, the special security service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 9-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the special security guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, the retirement age for special security guard stipulated in the Security Services Industry Act that needs to be readjusted upward by considering the social environment. Sixth, there needs to be organized the Special Security Association for development associated with the special security service and to protect the rights of special security guards.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in personal protection services more than 15 years. The guard who perform personal protection service proposed a development plan of personal protection services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 40 hours in subjects related to personal protection duties by reorganization Second, the personal protection service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 8-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the personal protection guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, it should be revised Regulating that on the site of collective civil petition including in Events related to events across the board in the security services law. Fifth, there needs to be a change of recognition between police and private security firms, and to be set up the organization for supervision of management by police and private security firms jointly. Sixth, there needs to be organized a subcommittee which is consisting of experts in each task on Korea Security Association, and founded Korea Personal Protection Association for development associated with the personal protection service and to protect the rights of personal protection guards.
This study analyzes the contents of 1,279 articles related to administrative, management, marketing, and service for private clients among the scholarly research results in the field of security and security, and categorizes the main topic security, private security, The results of this study are as follows. Despite the actual site of administrative execution by law, social problems are generated because various violence and behaviors of infringement of human rights between executer and obligator are rampant and thus causing human damages since forced execution by physical force is carried out and cases of police indictments and petition to human rights committee are gradually increasing. Majority of people mobilized in this actual site of violence are supplied by private security companies which provide service contract and mobilization of people without qualification of guards or security service and irrational execution by proxy and violent actions by so-called service hooligans connected to violence organizations are now becoming social issues. In these actual sites of violence, structurally very complicated problems such as economic rights, right of residence, struggle for living, and intervention by outsiders are contained. This thesis has analyzed causes of outbreaks of violence and discussed about improvement countermeasure by paying attention to mobilization of people by private security companies. As the result, through revision and improvement of laws and systems, execution institution and policemen must be present at actual sites of execution by proxy to control physical execution of private security companies to be carried out legally and when violent collisions are occurring, it shall be stipulated that police should immediately intervene. Practices of execution by proxy of execution administration institutions shall be avoided and causes of occurrences of violence shall be eliminated by discrete decisions of execution by proxy, elimination of service contract conditions focused on accomplishments, and stipulation of responsibility of execution institutions when problems occur. Practices of solving petitions through collective actions of obligators shall be eliminated and strict enforcement of laws such as disturbance of official execution or compensation claims for expenses of execution by proxy must be carried out and intervention by the third parties must be intercepted. Mobilization of manpower by security companies shall be limited to people with prior registration who have acquired and finished qualification and education by security business law and before putting them on actual sites, it shall be obliged that execution plan with clear written records of working location, mission, and work rules must be submitted in advance to police station in charge and also they must be controlled to follow laws and statutes such as uniform and equipments. In addition, personal criminal responsibility for violent actions must be clearly stipulated and advanced securing soundness of security companies such as limits of service contracts with records of accidents is required. Order placement behaviors of special organizations under the pretext of rehabilitation business must be eradicated and companies with capability and strong intention of observation of laws must be able to receive orders by intercepting chains of contracts and sub-contracts. Issues of improvement countermeasure of social problem, living, and compensation including rights of residence and environment are excluded from the discussion.
The effects of amylopectin and hydrocolloid (locust bean gum and guar gum) content on wheat flour dough and noodle properties were investigated. As the amount of amylopectin increased, the water absorption rate (farinograph), the tension (tension test), the gel stability (freeze-thawing treatment), and the springiness and the cohesiveness (TPA) increased, but the pasting temperature (RVA), the lightness and yellowness (color measurement), and the hardness (TPA) tended to decrease. In sensory evaluations, the scores for cohesiveness, springiness, and acceptability of cooked noodle increased as the proportion of amylopectin increased. The proper combination of amylose/amylopectin ratio and hydrocolloids improved the freeze-thaw stability and the sensory acceptability of wheat flour dough and noodle.
Inflammation is a complex process resulting from a variety of mechanisms. Combined inhibition of the activities of enzymes involved in the process may therefore be considered more important in anti-inflammatory property of plant extracts than any single contribution. In this study, the inhibitory effects of the ethanol extracts of thirty plant foods on the activities of secretory phospholipase $A_{2}$ ($sPLA_{2}$), cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX) were examined. Several legumes, mungbean sprout and some leaf vegetables inhibited the activity of $sPLA_2$, upstream enzyme of inflammation pathway. Only soybean sprout and mungbean sprout significantly inhibited 12-LOX activity. Although most of extracts inhibited the activities of both COX-1 and COX-2, water dropwort and amaranth showed selectivity for the inhibition of COX-2 over COX-1. Especially, mungbean showed anti-inflammatory property at both upstream and downstream of inflammation pathway with relatively low $IC_{50}$ values for $sPLA_{2}$ and COX-2 enzymes. Mungbean sprout exhibited inhibitory effects on all enzymes related to early and late inflammation and soybean sprout suppressed 12-LOX and COX-2 simultaneously, although the activities of these plants were showed at relatively high concentration. Therefore, mungbean, mungbean sprout, and soybean sprout appear to exhibit anti-inflammatory effects by combined inhibition of inflammatory enzymes.
