Because most of feminist researches on the media have been primarily concerned with women's roles and representations in main scream mass media, women's media as alternative media remain remarkably understudied. Thus this study explores women's media in relation to women's movement during the period of US military Government in Korea. There were five women's newspapers which were means of women's movement in this period. However, failing to attract enough appropriate revenues and resort to fund-raising, women's newspapers could nor be published a long time. And women's newspapers as means of women's movement had the defects in women's representations because women's movement lacked a certain degree of autonomy from the male-dominated political activities. In other words, women's newspapers maintained women's participation in political areas, but on the other hand they emphasized the women's role as mother and housewife.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to find out the stress of vascular conditions and leisure activities for the elderly and the effect of stress problems on the vascular conditions of the elderly. Methods : The study surveyed 172 elderly people, conducted a validity and reliability analysis to organize items of leisure activities, analyzed vascular conditions and stress for leisure activities, and conducted a regression analysis to analyze stress factors affecting the blood vessel conditions of the elderly. Results : First, there was a significant difference in comparing the average value of vascular conditions for leisure activities in the elderly (p=.012) and sports activity was the most stable in vascular conditions. Second, there was a significant difference in comparing the average value of stress for leisure activities of the elderly (p=.035) and rest and other activities were higher than other activities. Third, the effect of stress problems in older people on vascular conditions has been shown to be influenced by financial difficulties and health problems. Conclusion : Leisure activities in older people can act as a factor in changing the quality of life. Older adults can expect improvement of vascular conditions and reduction of stress through leisure activities, especially sports activities have a high relationship of vascular conditions, and rest and other activities have a high relationship with stress. As a result, this study confirmed the importance of selecting and continuing participation in leisure activities for the elderly.

Disaster Management should be re-established and developed based on voluntary participations of individuals and groups, not only as a concern of the government. This paper proposes about improvement methods of managing volunteers for disaster management as follows: First, a necessity for publicity and recruitment focused on selfish motive to emphasize individual's development, selfrealization, worth and economic interesting relationship in a process of recruitment and selection, Second, a construction of process to commonly develop education program to volunteers for disaster management, Third, an activity area of volunteers for disaster management is enlarged to the intrinsic task of disaster management, Forth, an evaluation of quality for volunteer activity and compensation.

Examining the experiences of different generations, this study assesses the subjective well-being(SWB) from eudaemonic perspective. Data was drawn from a survey of 1,214 adults in Korea. This research conducted descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analysis. Results show that even assessed from eudaemonic approach, material factors are still essential in explaining the variation of SWB. People in industrialization generation are less happy than other generations. Satisfaction with family and different types of social participation activities are related to SWB. This study suggests needs for focused attention on the factors affecting SWB in each generation.

본 논문은 왜 인도해군이 인도양을 벗어나 태평양 해역으로 진출하려는지에 대한 이유를 설명한다. 인도는 거대한 섬 국가이자, 해양국가이다. 이에 인도해군(Indian Navy: IN)은 인도양에서의 해양안보(maritime security) 활동을 주도하고 있으며, 이는 이 해양에서 발생되고 있는 다양한 비군사적 위협에 대한 기여로 나타나고 있다. 예를 들면 아덴만 해적퇴치작전 등이다. 인도는 지리적으로 중국 등의 대륙국가와 국경을 접하고 있으나, 태평양 연안국가들과 긴밀한 양자간 관계를 유지하고 있으며, 아울러 다양한 다자간 협력체에 적극적으로 참가하고 있다. 후자의 경우 EAS, ARF, ASEAN 등의 협력체이다. 또한 인도는 경제, 사회문화적으로 태평양 연안국가들과 동질성을 갖고 있다. 그 동안 인도해군은 태평양에 대한 많은 기여와 관심을 갖고 있었으며, 이는 서태평양해군심포지움(WPNS) 업저버 국가 등의 다양한 활동 확대에서 발견되고 있다. 인도는 동방정책(India's Look East Policy)를 외교정책으로 채택하고 있으며, 이는 태평양에서의 해양안보에 대한 기여와 참여를 의미한다. 이는 최근까지 왜 인도해군이 중국, 아세안, 한국, 일본 및 호주 등과 긴밀한 해양협력 관계를 유지하고 있는지에 대한 주된 이유를 설명한다. 이러한 인도해군의 기여는 태평양 해양에서의 해양 평화와 번영에 기여할 것으로 전망된다.

Olive flounder is one of the most important aquaculture species in Korea. Interest in the aquaculture of olive flounder has increased recently because of its good growth characteristics and high market price, However, the productivity of olive flounder aquaculture depends on economic inputs such as fuels, facilities, and labor, In this study, EMERGY concepts was used to compare the environment and economy of two olive flounder production methods, fishing fisheries and aquaculture, and to evaluate the sustainability of olive flounder production, EMERGY spelled with an 'm' is a universal measure of real wealth of the work of nature and society made on a common basis. Calculations of EMERGY production and storage provide a basis for making choices about environment and economy following. the general public policy to maximize real wealth, production and use. EMERGY flows from environment were $94.13\%$ for olive flounder fishing fisheries, and $2.20\%$ for aquaculture. EMERGY yield ratio, environmental loading ratio and sustainability index were 17.05, 1.02 and 274 for fishing fisheries and 0.06, 44.41 and 0.023 for aquaculture, respectively. These ratios indicate that the fishing fisheries will yield more net EMERGY, while the aquaculture requires a lower investment of EMERGY.

본 논문은 3개 기초자치단체 지역주민들을 중심으로 이들 지방정부의 투자우선지출 순위에 관한 지역주민의 의식을 분석해 보았다. 이러한 분석은 근본적으로 지방정부의 공공지출을 통한 투자사업 활동이 지역주민의 선호순위와 일치하는지를 검증해보기 위한 선행연구로서의 의미를 가지고 있다. 지역에 따른 행정기능별 우선지출 순위분석에서 볼 때 일반행정부문의 경우 세지역 모두 기획조정분야에 가장 큰 우선지출을 요구하고 있고 산업경제 부문의 경우 지역특산물생산과 지역공단육성에 큰 관심을 보이고 있으며 사회복지부문의 경우 쓰레기처리 및 폐기물관리 등에 우선적인 관심을 보여 생활환경의 정비에 큰 관심이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 지역개발사업의 경우 도시계획 및 도시정비사업이 그리고 민방위부문의 경우 재난관리와 화재예방의 부문에 특히 우선지출의 관심을 보이고 있었다. 지방자치단체의 공공지출에 영향을 미치는 주요요인들은 주민참여도, 정부.기업관계, 정치적 연계, 기획과 예산구조, 공공투자 재원보조, 등으로 구성되어 있으나 각 요인별로 구성변인에 따른 지역주민간의 인식은 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 지역주민들의 공공지출형태의 다양성과 여러 기대조건들을 충족시키고 그럼으로써 행정서비스에 대한 지역주민의 만족도를 극대화하기 위해서는 각 지방정부는 그들 지역내 특수한 사회 경제적 여건하에서 새로운 고객관리전략을 수립하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with subjective age among community-dwelling older adults in South Korea. Cross-sectional analyses were performed on 8,040 older adults aged 65 years and over from the 2017 National Survey of Older Koreans. We used univariable analysis and multivariable analysis by the logistic regression test. The significant factors associated with subjective age in older adults were gender, education level, living arrangements, limitation of instrumental activities of daily living, number of chronic diseases, perceived health status, depression, and current economic activity. Based on the results of this study, nursing intervention will be needed to lower subjective age. This study may contribute to the older adults to have a healthy and successful old age.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of program's participation, self-esteem and depression on quality of life for the elderly participating social welfare using facilities. Therefore, this paper will help improve a life's quality of all the olds by fixing the problems we got in this society and suggesting the better program for the elderly participating social welfare using facilities. The results of the study were as follows. There was no specific difference in statistic that shows the quality of the old's life who have their economic life. In quality of life in neighbors, the male were more friendly to their neighbors and the lower level of education, the higher quality of life. Healthy old people had greater quality of life than unhealthy old people did. If the old were excellent in scholarship, if unmarried couple shared the same house, if both of husband and wife live together when they are married, and if their allowance are full in pocket, the quality of their life was enhanced. Self-esteem influenced the quality of life in economic, but depression influenced negatively. In quality of life in neighbors, feeling depression and joining in program of a work for prosperity in future didn't effect doing well with the neighbors. On the other hand, participating in the social community program effected positively. In quality of life in neighbors, feeling depression and program of rehabilitation effected on the quality of life negatively. Educating refinement program effected positively being a good match, but promoting health program effected negatively.
