오늘날 우리들이 직면하고 있는 물에 대한 주요 이슈는 인간과 환경의 요구를 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는 효율적 관리방안의 모색으로 볼 수 있고, 물관리의 위기를 극복하는 가장 효율적인 방법은 물관리 기술을 발전시켜 좀더 효율적으로 물을 이용하는 것이다. 통합수자원관리는 이러한 요구조건을 충족시켜줄 수 있는 대안으로 자국 혹은 유역 현실에 적합한 통합수자원관리 계획수립을 바탕으로 통합수자원관리시스템을 구성함으로써 구현되어질 수 있다. 통합수자원관리는 정책수행과정의 포괄적 의미와 시스템 구성요소에 입각한 협의적 의미로 정의되어질 수 있다. 그러나 통합수자원관리는 다차원적 요소(인문, 사회, 환경, 경제, 제도 등)를 포함함으로 인해 그 절차가 복잡하며, 국가별 유역별 상황에 맞추어 다양한 형태로 계획$\cdot$이행되어질 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 통합수자원관리 계획수립 시 상존하는 구성요소의 다양성과 상충적 이해요소를 반영할 수 있는 전략으로 한국형 통합수자원관리 계획 기법수립을 위한 연구회 설립방안을 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the integrated heritage conservation actually affected the urban economy of historical cities. To this end, this study examined the trends and meanings of an integrated heritage conservation, and a relationship between sustainable urban development and integrated heritage conservation to find out connectivity with urban economy. Before an empirical analysis of domestic policy of integrated conservation of heritage, this study overlooked the system of the preservation and promotion of ancient cities, which can be called integrated heritage conservation system in Korea, and examined how the historic landscape improving project, which is being implemented as part of the policy of the preservation and promotion of ancient cities, actually affected the urban economy. This study empirically identified the impact of the project through a land price analysis of the region. This study focused on analyzing an impact of the project on a price of land in the proximity of subsidized land lot and analyzed the impact through Difference-In-Difference method. In particular, the project effect was analyzed only for the settlement zones among the preservation and promotion zones where the project was carried out, and as a result, it was confirmed that the average price of lands in the proximity of subsidized land increased more over the same period than in the areas where the project was not intensively implemented.

This study tired to provide the fundamental data for the alternative of social integration of people with spinal cord injury in the field of social welfare practice as researching on the factors of integrating. With the assist of 13 local association under Korea Association of people with spinal cord injury, we used 304 answers counted by 335 responses subtracted by 21 untruthful responses among total 390 questionnaire. Based on significance test and path effect analysis of final structural equation model about the integrating factors of people with spinal cord injury, data shows after comparing how these factors physical and psychological factors, economic factors, and social support are affecting social integration of people with spinal cord injury. the satisfaction of life has partly parametric relation. Also it is perfectly parametric related with economic factors and social integration.

국가 간의 자유무역협정을 통한 세계 경제는 통합화를 추구하고, 이러한 결과로 국가 또는 기업 간의 경쟁이 점점 가속화되고 있다. 시대적 Paradigm은 세계 경제의 통합과 경쟁 방식의 변화이며, 이러한 가운데 소비자들은 건강과 Wellbeing에 대한 관심이 혁신적으로 증대되고 있다. 특히 U-Health의 필요성 증대, 지속적인 U-Health 시장 수요의 증가의 전망되고 있으며 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 건강관리 비용이 GDP의 7% 상회할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 국가는 국가 경쟁력을 위해, 지역은 지역 경쟁력을 위해 U-Health 산업의 육성을 간과할 수 없다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충북 지역의 독자적 생존노력 강화 차원에서 차별적인 U-Health 서비스의 우수 브랜드 개발을 통하여 지역 경제활성화 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 충북 지역은 U-Health 분야의 Power Brand 제정을 통한 충북 지역의 U-Health분야의 독자적 경쟁력을 구축할 수 있다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 U-Health 제품에 대한 효율적 마케팅전략 전개 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 SWOT 분석을 통한 경쟁력 확보 전략, STP 분석을 통한 지역 산업화 전략, Marketing Mix 전략을 통한 산업의 활성화 전략을 연구하였다.

올해는 건청궁 시등으로부터 114년, 한성정기회사 설립으로부터 103년이 되는 해이다. 모두 한 세기를 훌쩍 넘어선 이런 때에 통합체제였던 전력사업이 다시 분할 민등화되는 전력사적 대 전환점에 서게 되었다. 지난 한 세기 동안 전력사업은 정치, 경제, 사회의 변혁 그리고 전력기술의 발전과 더불어 소용돌이쳐 왔다. 사회 경제와 밀접한 연관관계를 갖는 공익사업이기 때문에 공익을 위해 겪어야만 했던 발자취이다. 한성전기 설립 이후 일정말기 태평양전쟁 수행을 위해 정치적, 전FIR적 개편을 강행한 것을 제외하면 순수한 공익목적 달성을 위해 사업의 발전적 해체 및 재정비가 이루어진 전력사적 대 전환점은 세 번 정도 있었다. (1) 초기의 창업과 사업의 난립, (2) 발송전설비의 계획적 배치와 배전권역의 대통합, (3) 통합 한전의 발족 등이 그것이다. 대전환의 도래는 약 35년에서 40년 주기를 보이고 있는데 경제변환주기처럼 순환론적 메커니즘에 의한 변환을 겪은 건 아니지만 ''전력사적 변환''의 필요성이 제기되어 몇 년씩 들끓다가 의식의 순화과정을 거쳐 새로운 구조로 탈바꿈한 발전단계를 거쳐왔다. 지금 우리 전력산업계가 대전환의 시점에 직면해서 여러 가지 진통을 겪고 있는 것도 새로운 체제가 태어나는 역사적 필연의 단계라고 할 수 있다.

This article deals with an economic evalutation of the 'Pasture Project of Kum River', which is the farming plan of mitten crabs in a stream of it. An augmented model of social capital is based on the past ecological-economic system dynamics model and elaborated further with suggestions of social capital literature. During the modeling process a chain diagram of causal relations and its relevant mathematical equations are presented for simulating the project performance, and the simulation results are provided to contrast the dynamic behaviors of the former ecological-economic model with ones of the new model incorporating social capital. The results indicate that an increase in the economic benefit of the project could happen in case of considering the process of social capital accumulation around the case area, which can be regarded as a remarkable trial to approve the common confidence in the role of social capital to enhance an economic achievement.

남북한 간 ICT산업 표준화를 통한 교류협력은 상호 공동의 경제적 이익을 추구할 수 있는 실질적인 분야이다. 특히 ICT산업표준은 경제협력의 촉매제가 될 수 있으며, 체제에 대한 부담이 덜하고 양측의 협력을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 파급효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 남북 경제통일의 기초가 될 수 있다. 아울러 정부 및 민간 차원의 실질적 교류를 여는데 용이하면서도 필수적인 사업이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 양측의 기술 및 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 표준화 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 남한의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준의 통합과 기술적 제도적인 중 장기적 협력체계를 통합방안을 제시하였다.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un decided to open 19 Economic Development Zones which are located in all over the country, as a new economic development strategy. The strategy is estimated for accepting change from socialistic planning economic system into socialistic market economic system gradually. South Korean government is busy preparing for reunification between South and North Korea. Recently, many forums and seminars for the issue, 'reunification' are held by public side as well as private sector. This study is focused on making practical strategy for developing 13 Economic Development Zones which were established in 2013 in concurrence with South and North Korea. The study assessed investment potential of the 13 zones in terms of locational, economic and legal competency from the investor's perspective of south koreans. 5 E.D.Zs, Songrim, Hyungdong, Heungnam, Chungjin, Waudo were chosen to be developed on the preferential basis. Development cooperation between South and North Korea on the 13 E.D.Zs will increase the income of north koreans in rural areas by creating jobs, contribute to boost North Korea's economic growth, and bring forward economic integration between South and North Korea.

It is essential to build a integrated database (DB) to grasp the present status and various analysis of the economic, social and cultural sectors of local governments and to provide various inquiries on the status data of the local governments according to the purpose of analysis. This study proposed a design method of the integrated DB which can support the inquiry and analysis of the data by the local government. The integrated DB should cover a wide range of heterogeneous data on the economic, social and cultural activities of local governments, and it is necessary to design a schema that can integrate the entire data considering differences between local governments and data elements. The data should be structured in accordance with the characteristics, and it should be possible to inquire related data comprehensively through the search through the keywords. In addition, data retrieval and downloading functions are indispensable for the researcher to easily retrieve data necessary for research purpose and to download and modify data for analysis.

Lignocellulosic biomass is a renewable resource for production of biofuels and biochemicals. Furfural (FF) is an important platform chemical catalytically derived from the hemicellulose fraction of biomass. Tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA) is a FF derivative and can be used as an eco-friendly solvent with thermal and chemical stability. Despite large numbers of experimental studies for catalytic conversion of FF to THFA, few research have conducted on the economic feasibility for large-scale THFA production from FF. At the stage of assessment of the potential for commercialization of conversion technology, a large-scale process study is required to identify technological bottleneck and to obtain information for solving scale-up problems. In this study, process simulation and technoeconomic evaluation for catalytic conversion of FF to THFA are performed, as the following three steps: integrated process design, heat integration, and economic evaluation. First, a large-scale process including conversion and separation processes is designed based on experimental results. When the FF processing rate is 255 tonnes per day, the FF-to-THFA yields are 63.2~67.9 mol%. After heat integration, the heating requirements are reduced by 14.4~16.4%. Finally, we analyze the cost drivers and calculate minimum selling price of THFA by economic evaluation. The minimum selling price of THFA for the developed process are $2,120~2,340 per tonne, which are close to the current THFA market price.
