The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the entrepreneurial satisfaction of entrepreneurs, based on the characteristics of entrepreneurial firms. For this purpose, we tried to derive the psychological factors besides the personal characteristics of the entrepreneurs as the factors affecting the entrepreneurial satisfaction, which is the result of much research. Psychological factors were empirically analyzed by satisfaction with job and work environment through entrepreneurship, satisfaction with economic employment stability and income factors, and individual development potential, autonomy, and social reputation. The results of this study are as follows: First, the sample consists of entrepreneurs who have been engaged in entrepreneurship activity in Busan for 3 years. Through technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, The hypotheses about entrepreneurship satisfaction were verified and meaningful results and implications could be derived. Based on this, it can be extended to include research on firm capacity variables such as financial indicators and technological power that were not reflected in this study in the future.

FMS는 개별적인 자동화 체계와 기술이 하나의 생산시스템 내에서 통합된 것이므로, 이는 다품종 소량생산 방식에 있어 높은 생산성과 융통성을 동시에 달성하고자 하는 제조시스템이다. FMS와 같은 신제조 기술에 바탕을 둔 공장자동화 시스템을 설치, 운영함에 있어 고유한 생산관리상의 제문제가 발생하며, 특히 막대한 투자비 소요로 인한 경제적 타당성 평가 문제가 FMS 도입상 선결과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 발표된 FMS투자 타당성 검토와 관련된 종합적인 문헌 조사를 행한 후, 이를 크게 "계량요인 위주기법"과 "비계량요인 포함 기법"으로 구분하고, 각 구분에 속한 제 평가 방법들의 특성 및 한계점을 파악하고자 한다. 아울러 FMS 투자타당성 검토 대안으로서 시간적 차원을 달리하는 3단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Firms and individuals who have invented new technologies have options to keep them secret, to apply for patents or to defensively publish them. Defensive publication is strategic use of patents by withdrawing patent applications to make the relevant information public. This paper empirically analyzes the determinants of patent withdrawals and finds that withdrawal of patents before examination of patent office squares with the implication from the defensive publication theory. The paper also shows the importance of applicant type which has been overlooked in previous studies of the patent withdrawal.

경제 불황으로 기업들의 구조조정이 가시화되면서 고용 축소와 청년실업이 늘어나면서 창업이나 경영을 통해 경제적 독립과 자아실현을 이루려는 창업가들이 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그에 따른 학계 연구의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 필요성에 따라 창업의도에 결정요인으로서 사회적 네트워크와 자아 효능감을 개인특성요인의 핵심변수로 설정하여 창업활동과 창업목표달성에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 창업가를 대상으로 208부를 분석에 이용하였다. 가설검증 결과, 사회적 네트워크의 강한 유대가 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업활동에는 약한 유대가 영향을 나타나는 것으로 분석되었으며, Podolny와 Baron(1997) 네트워크의 특성에 따라 네트워크 강도의 효과가 달라질 수 있다는 주장과 일치하는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한 자아효능감은 창업활동보다 창업의도에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 목표달성을 분석한 결과 창업의도보다 창업활동이 목표달성에 더 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the determinants of economic contributions of home-based family businesses. The results suggested that positive effect on direct contributions of home-based family businesses was associated with a male manager, more family members, more employees, non-family employees in the business, engaged in food and restaurant business, located in Seoul area, and higher perceived success of the business. Positive effect on indirect contributions of home-based family businesses was associated with a female manager, a child under age 6, only family members as employees, and greater initial investment in the business. Working hours were negatively related to the indirect contributions. Greater total economic contributions of the home-based family businesses was associated with a male manager, more family members, more employees, non-family employees in the business, engaged in restaurant business, located in Seoul, and higher perceived success on the business.

This study investigates the effects of economic factors on happiness in terms of life satisfaction, one of the most important goals in human life, and examines the moderating role of financial management in the effect of financial stress. Data were collected total 341 individuals in Daejeon, Korea(235 college students and 105 women). The factors influencing life satisfaction were analyzed multiple regression analysis. Effects of moderating variables were tested hierarchical regression analysis. Subjective financial stress was related to both individualistic happiness and collectivistic happiness, whereas objective financial stress had a negative effect only on collectivistic happiness. Financial management (specifically control of expenditure behaviors) had positive effects on both individualistic happiness and collectivistic happiness. Financial management moderated the relationship between financial stress and happiness. The results have important implications.

본 논문에서는 MLP(master limited partnership) 분리(分離)라는 기업구조(企業構造) 개편(改編)(restructing)이 기업의 시장가치에 미치는 영향을 사건연구(事件硏究)(event study) 방법론을 통하여 분석하였다. 실증분석의 결과 MLP 분리(分離)로 인한 모기업의 주가상승이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 세금혜택(稅金惠澤), 대리인(代理人) 문제(間題), 자금조달(資金調達) 그리고 자산증권화(資産證券化)(securitization) 둥의 측면에서 MLP 분리(分離)의 경제적 의미를 살펴보았다. 경영자에 의한 자유현금(自由現金)흐름(free cashflow)남용의 방지를 통한 대리인(代理人) 비용(費用)(agency cost)의 감소, 정보불균형(情報不均衡)에 관련된 자금조달상의 불이익의 극복가능성이 모기업의 주가상승을 가져올 수 있는 보다 중요한 요인들로 제시되었다. 이러한 요인들의 상대적 중요성에 대한 실증분석 특히 자유현금흐름 가설의 검증이 앞으로의 과제다.

본 연구는 근대이후 서울시 성북동의 문화재와 주변 경관 변화과정과 원인을 분석하고자 하였으며 시대별 폐쇄지적도를 이용한 필지 분석과 문헌자료를 참고하여 연구하였다. 경관은 대체로 제도적 요인과 사회경제적 요인에 의해 변화가 생기는 것을 알 수 있었다. 근대 이후 서울의 도시계획이 성북동에도 영향을 미쳤으리라 예상되며, 자본주의 경제체제 확립이 그 배경이 된 것이라 판단된다.

최근 기업들은 기술적, 경제적, 전략적 요인들을 고려하여 정보시스템 개발에 있어 아웃소싱을 하는 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 그러나 성공적인 아웃소싱을 위하여 아웃소싱은 적절하게 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 아웃소싱에서 서비스사와 고객사의 자원과 능력의 차이가 파트너십의 질에 영향을 미치게 되며, 최종적으로 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 끼치게 된다는 사실을 검증하였다. 가설 검증을 통하여 고객사의 재무능력이 서비스사의 재무능력보다 높을 때 그리고 서비스사의 IT 자원이 고객사의 IT 자원보다 우수할 때 파트너십의 질이 좋아 지는 것이 판명되었다. 또한 파트너십의 질은 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 주며 특히 신뢰도가 아웃소싱의 성공에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
