건설업계는 비즈니스의 특성상 원 사업자와 수많은 전문건설업체의 긴밀한 상호협력으로 운영된다. 국제적 경쟁력을 갖춘 건설업체가 되기 위해서는 우수한 협력업체를 확보하는 것이 중요한데 본 연구는 협력업체에 대한 과학적인 평가시스템을 구축하기 위하여 AHP기법을 응용, 평가항목에 대한 가중치를 산정하였다. 또한 최근의 평가 데이타를 근거로 새롭게 도입한 평가시스템에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다.

Emotional interaction in virtual reality is necessary of social communication. However, social emotion has been tried to be less recognized quantitatively. This study was to determined social gaze of emotion in business domain. 417 emotion words were collected and 16 emotion words were selected to Goodness of Fit. Emotion word were mapped into 2 dimensional space through multidimensional scaling analysis. Then, X axis defined dimensions of cooperation, competition, and Y axis of low focus and high focus through the FGD. 52 subjects were presented to stimuli for emotion and gaze movement data were collected. Independent t-test results showed that the gaze factor increased in the face, eye, and nose areas at cooperation, and the gaze factor increased in the right face and nose areas at the low focus. It is expected that this will be used as a basic research to evaluate emotions needed in business environment in virtual space.

In an era of global competition, international cooperation in science and technology plays a key role in determining a nation's competitiveness. In fact, without international cooperation, it is almost impossible to keep in touch with the fast-changing technology. In regard to this, the Korean government put much efforts into building a strong base for global R&D networking. As a result, the environment for international cooperation has improved a lot. However, the outputs of international cooperation are still poor and fall short of expectations. With the importance of international cooperation in science and technology rising more and more, it is meaningful to examine the current situation of international cooperation in S&T and analyse the outputs of the cooperation activities to review our past and present international cooperation activities. Therefore, this paper focuses on analyzing the outputs of the MEST's international S&T cooperation programs in various ways and recommends ways to improve the outputs of the international cooperation in science and technology.

Recently, a size of the domestic construction industry Has been reduced rapidly, and its economic slump Has been continued with the government real estate stabilization and tax policies. Moreover, as the reconstruction of apartments that has been added high value to the construction companies has been on the stake of high risk with delays of reconstruction start and finance restriction policies, an uncertainty of the construction markets and the competitions between the construction companies has been increased. At this point, the establishment of a collaboration relationship between construction companies has been recognized as one of the methodologies to respond actively on these uncertainties and fierce competitions. A collaboration relationship between construction companies is based on the balanced cooperation relationship for surviving together, and should be maintained on the complement and specialized collaboration between big, middle and small contractors. This paper propose a model of practical collaboration relationship to cooperate together between prime and subcontractors in Korean construction companies based on the analysis of questionnaires to the collaboration status between general and subcontractors in the Gangwon area.

본 연구는 급속한 기술변화와 경쟁심화에 의해 생산체계의 분화가 촉진되고 있는 컴퓨터산업을 사례로 기업간 네트워크의 형성실상과 요인을 분석하였다. 네트워크는 거래원리와 기업간 관계의 측면에서 정의되었으며 하청과 협력네트워크로 구분하였다. 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 하청네트워크는 약 75%, 협력네트워크는 약 85%의 기업이 참여하고 있어 어떤 형태로든 상당수의 기업이 네트워크를 형성하고 있다. 협력네트워크는 물론 하청네트워크도 거래기업간 보완성과 전문성에 의해 지속적인 거래관계로 형성되고 있다. 이것은 기업간 네트워크가 다층화된 생산체계에서 외부기업의 자원을 이용하여 경쟁력을 강화하는 기업전략임을 의미한다. 따라서 기업간 네트워크는 세계화-지방화 시대의 경제공간구조의 변화를 살펴볼 수 있는 중요한 지표가 될 수 있다.

급변하는 환경 속에서 기업은 경영환경변화에 따라 새로운 경쟁력 강화 방법들을 모색하고 있으며 불안한 환경에서의 생존을 위하여 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning : 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. ERP 시스템의 도입은 회사 내부의 업무 프로세스에 대해 전반적인 변화를 가져올 만한 시도이며, 도입의 실패 시 막대한 물적 피해가 야기되므로, 성공적 구축을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 ERP 시스템 도입을 위해 요구되는 인력 및 자금이 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방법론으로서 산ㆍ학 협력모델을 제안한다. ERP 시스템 구축을 위해 기업과 학교가 산ㆍ학 협력체제를 구축함으로서 기업측과 학교측 모두에게 이득이 되는 전략을 마련하고자 한다.

Web을 위한 에이전트를 구축하거나 구입할 때, 우리는 그 에이전트가 가능한 한 잘 수행하기를 바란다. 이는 점점 에이전트가 Web의 정보 자원들 뿐만 아니라 거기에서 운영되는 다른 에이전트들을 이용할 수 있어야 함을 의미한다. 그리고 멀지 않아 대단히 많은 에이전트들이 존재할 것이다. 정보적으로 혼란한 Web으로부터 진화할 것으로 보이는 계산구조는 사용자, 서비스, 그리고 데이터 자원들을 대표하는 무수한 에이전트들로 구성된다. 이러한 구조에서의 전형적인 사용 패턴으로, 자원 에이전트는 서비스들에 광고하고, 사용자 에이전트는 이러한 서비스를 이용하여 자원 에이전트를 찾아 필요한 정보에 대해 질의하는 것이다. 서로 다른 사용자들을 대표하는 에이전트들이 정보를 찾고 융합하는데 협력할 수도 있으나, 상품과 자원을 위해 경쟁할 수도 있다. 유사하게 서비스 에이전트들은 사용자, 자원, 그리고 다른 서비스 에이전트들과 협력하거나 경쟁할 수 있다. 그들이 협력자이건 경쟁자이건 간에, 에이전트들은 목적을 갖고 상호작용해야만 한다. 대부분의 의도적인 상호작용은 - 정보를 알려주거나, 질의하거나, 또는 속이기 위하여 - 에이전트들이 서로 대화하는 것을 필요로 한다. 그리고 이해 가능한 대화를 위해서는 서로가 이해할 수 있는 언어가 필요하다.

현재 급변하는 정보기술, 다양성을 추구하는 시장의 니즈, 미리 예측하지 못한 다양한 형태의 경쟁자 등의 출현으로 인해 경영환경이 급변하고 있는 것은 더 이상 새로운 현상이라고 보기는 어렵다. 이와 같이 급변하는 경영 환경은 기업 간 경쟁 심화를 불러일으키고 있으며, 경쟁 심화는 생존 및 발전을 위해 기업 특성에 맞지 않는 무분별한 전략을 활용하면서 오히려 역효과를 내고 있다는 문제를 야기하고 있다. 특히 변화하고 있는 환경 내 벤처기업 및 창업기업들의 경우 창업 후 생존율이 점차 낮아지면서 일반 기업들에 비해 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업을 찾아보기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 벤처기업들은 도태되지 않고 생존하기 위해경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 다양한 전략을 구사하고 있다. 벤처기업은 하나의 비즈니스 생태계 내 유기적 생명체로서 진화하기 위해 제품이나 산업의 수명주기와 마찬가지로 창업기, 초기 성장기, 고도 성장기, 성숙기, 쇠퇴기 등의 정형화된 단계를 거친다. 따라서 벤처기업은 무차별적인 전략을 통해 기업의 생존 및 성장을 도모 하는 것이 아니라 해당 기업이 놓인 수명주기 단계별로 전략, 조직 구조, 의사결정방식, 통제유형 등을 상이하게 판단하고 이에 적절한 전략을 수행해야 한다. 예를 들어, 동일 생산요소를 투입하더라도 이를 적용할 수 있는 지식이 있는 경우 더 높은 가치 창출이 가능(Aghion & Howitt, 1992) 하지만 창업 초창기의 기업은 고도 성장기의 기업보다 보유한 지식 수준 및 경험이 상대적으로 낮기 때문에 다양한 협력을 필요로 한다. 그러나 현재의 여러 선행연구들은 기업이 처한 상황을 고려하지 않은 단편적인 대처 방안이거나 혹은 부분적인 방법론을 제공하는 수준에 그치고 있다는 한계가 있다(이병헌 외, 2014). 따라서 본 연구에서는 '2016년 벤처기업정밀실태조사' 데이터를 기반으로 기업의 외부 협력 정도 및 벤처기업 지원제도 활용 정도가 경쟁력과 성과에 미치는 영향이 기업의 수명주기별로 상이하다고 보고 관련 전략 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of the logistics industry of three countries - Korea, China and Japan - by looking into their logistics industry structure and the related regulations. For this aim, the paper examined the modal distribution of transportation, transport infrastructure, freight cost structure and regulation in transport sector in these countries. Furthermore, this study suggests some proposals for the further cooperation to bring sustainable progress in the logistics sector across Northeast Asia. The main suggestions of this paper are as follows: First, Korean government needs to strategize its options in the logistics industry, the most competitive in the country’s service sector, in upcoming FTA negotiations with China and Japan. Second, Korea needs to foster Busan into a strategic point for the Rail Ferry System and Road Feeder System. Third, Korea should participate in establishing shuttle flight service in Northeast Asia amid exploding flight demand from active economic interchange and tourism industry development.

The International Civil Aviation Convention (Chicago Convention) has been a backbone of international air transport system whereby air transport between States should be based on bilateral agreements, and in particular, international airfares, which are set up through IATA(International Air Transport Association) rate-fixing machinery could be approved by the governments concerned. International airfares are fares for transporting passenger and freight and their conditions between two or more countries. However, since U.S. pursued th deregulation policy in 1978 whereby routes, capacity and fares could be freely determined by airlines, many States have been following so called open-skies agreements. In many cases, aeronautical and competent authorities have been reviewing whether airlines' commercial activities including air fares could possibly conflict with free competition rules envisaged in relevant laws and regulations. As competition among airlines gets intense, airlines often resort to cooperation with other airlines in the forms such as equity exchange, M&A, code-sharing, fares consultation and resource pooling, mainly with a view to effectively use resources available and to avoid monopoly situation resulting from excessive and destructive competition among players. Whereas bearing in mind that application of competition laws is important to secure consumers' interests by preventing airlines's malpractices such as bargaining exorbitant fares, it is also important to comprehensively consider as many factors as possible, from that unilateral measure by governments may bring about retaliatory measures by the governments affected, to that airlines' cooperative practices may rather increase consumers' benefits by lowering air fares.
