전력 산업이 경쟁 체제로 변화되면서 고객들의 전기 가격체계가 현물 가격으로 변환되고 있다. 이러한 가격 쳬게에서 전기 가격은 수요와 반응하게 되고 이러한 상호작용을 수요 반응이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 가격의 변화에 따른 수요의 다양한 변화를 가격 민감도, 신뢰도 민감도를 정의하여 설명한다. 이것은 고객의 입장에서는 더 경쟁적인 체계이고 운영자의 입장에서는 더 효율적이고 효과적인 체계이다.

한국화재보험협회에는 지난 2월 25일 협회 1층 강당에서 위험성 평가 기법에 대한 위험관리 세미나를 개최했다. 대형 특수건물 소유주 및 화화공장의 관계자, 내무부 및 유관가관, 방재시험연구소의 방재기술 정보회원, 손해 보험회사 임직원 등 3백여 명이 참석한 이번 세미나의 개최 목적은 보험시장 개방과 보험의 국제화에 따라 과학적인 위험관리 기법을 도입해 위험방지와 함께 인수위험을 효율적으로 관리, 보험 회사의 경쟁체제 확립에 기여하기 위한 것이다.

전압 주파수 부하 모형 추정에 사용되어 이전의 정임피던스, 정전류, 정전력 부하모형에 비해 향상된 결과를 얻었던 다항식형 부하 모형을 전력가격 부하 모형에도 적용하여 새로운 다항식 부하 모형을 제안하고, 우리나라의 전력 가격과 사용량 자료를 이용하여 부하 모형의 계수를 결정하였다. 부하의 종류별, 시간대별로 추정된 부하 모형에 부하의 구성 비율을 가중하면 결국 전체 부하 모형이 구해진다. 구해진 부하 모형은 전력 시장이 도입된 경쟁체제에서 전력의 가격 결정에 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

현재, LTE 망 구축 및 서비스제공이 이루어 지고 있는 이동통신 시장은 전송속도의 향상 및 데이터서비스 제공을 위한 방향으로 끊임없이 진화해 왔다. 이를 위해 새로운 이동통신 규격을 적용한 가입자 단말기 및 이동통신 시스템이 개발.제공 되어져 왔으며, 이는 필연적으로 무선망 및 무선망 구성요소들에 대한 동작 및 성능검증을 위한 계측장비의 보급을 요구해 왔다. 본고에서는 이와 같은 추세에 따른 계측장비의 진화 방향을 고찰해 보고, 소수의 국외공급사 위주로 독과점체제를 형성하고 있는 계측장비 시장에서 상대적으로 경쟁열위에 있는 국산계측장비의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 진행되고 있는 연구개발 활동현황을 고찰하고자 한다.

통신사업의 경쟁체제가 활성화됨에 따라 통신정책상 상호접속정책 및 제도가 차지하는 중요성은 점점 증가하고 있다. 특히 접속료산정방식은 사업자간 이해관계가 첨예하게 대립하는 분야로서, 보다 공정하고 합리적인 방식의 도입에 대한 검토가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 최근에는 경제적 효율성을 보다 감안한 접속료산정방식인 장기증분비용방식을 도입한다는 취지하에 장기증분비용모형에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 일본우정성은 2000년 장기증분비용방식의 도입을 목표로 금년 9월 일본의 장기중분비용모형의 최종안을 발표하였다. 본고에서는 일본의 장기증분비용모형의 구성과 내용에 대해 분석하고 있다.

As the electric power industry is evolving into competitive market scheme, a new paradigm is required for the operation of market. Traditional dispatch algorithm was built based on the optimization model with an objective function and multiple constraints. Commercial market simulator followed the concept of the microeconomic model used in the dispatch algorithm, which is called as analytic method. On analytic method it is prerequisite to procure the exact data for the simulation. It is not easy anymore for each market participant to access to other participants' financial information while it used to be easy for monopoly decision maker to know all the information needed for the optimal operation. Considering the changing situation, it is required to introduce a new method for estimating the market price. This paper proposes an empirical method based on stochastic processes expected to build a capacity planning and long term contracts.

External linkages affect the performance of small and medium enterprises in diverse ways. This study delves into the impact of inter-organizational collaboration by looking at different facets of performance, such as innovation, sales growth, profit growth, and firm survival. In addition, it explores the influence of informal knowledge spillover from collaborative partners as well as from formal collaborations. The impact is carefully investigated by dividing firm samples into three different sectoral innovation categories: supplier-dominant, production-intensive, and science-based sector suggested by Pavitt (1984). The result highlights the different influence pattern of collaborative relations by partner types according to sectoral categories. The positive results of collaborating with universities and public institutions are identified, and the sales growth by customer linkage is witnessed. The impact is apparent in science-based sectors. The result implies that the risk associated with collaborating with competitors may be moderated by linking performance enhancing collaborative linkages with universities and government institutes.

Korea National Intelligence Service has been issued on K4 Firewall Certificates, and these K4 Firewalls has b een installing all Korean public organizer. I would evaluate the performance tests between the before setting and the after setting of Packet Filtering, NAT, Proxy, and Authentication services on functions of Solaris K4 Firewall System. Also I had been created by performance test between existing 32 bit and latest 64 bit K4 Firewall System on Solaris Operating System, So that the result of improved more two times passed rate on 64bit than 32bit on Solaris K4 Firewall System, At finally, I would conclude that the change direction will be useful for research and development on K4 Firewall System and Korean Firewall System which is a very competitive system in the world.

7월 정부가 KT.SK텔레콤 등 지배적사업자의 결합판매를 허용하면서 본격적인 결합상품 경쟁시대가 열렸다. 이에 따라, 기존 초고속 인터넷, 전화, 이동전화 등 개별시장 경쟁에서 유.무선으로 통합된 시장 경쟁체제로 전환될 것으로 예상돼 유.무선 사업자 간 맞짱 승부가 불가피할 전망이다. 특히, 이미 '케이블TV+초고속 인터넷+인터넷전화'를 묶은 트리플플레이서비스(TPS) 상품을 출시한 씨앤앰을 필두로 티브로드.CJ케이블넷 등 복수종합유선방송사업자(MSO)들이 7월부터 TPS 출시 계획을 밝히면서 유.무선 사업자 뿐만 아니라 방송.통신사업자간에도 치열한 가입자 쟁탈전이 예고되고 있다. 이밖에도 KT가 독식해왔던 유선전화 시장에서는 지난달 가정용 인터넷전화 시장에 뛰어든 LG데이콤과 후발사업자를 중심으로 '초고속 인터넷+인터넷전화'등 결합판매에 의한 본격적인 유선전화 시장 침투가 이뤄질 전망이다.

WTO체제의 등장과 더불어 전세계는 단일 시장화를 지향하면서 경쟁에 입각한 생존경쟁 이 치열해지고 있다. 이러한 세계적 조류는 국내적으로 영리조직뿐만 아니라 비영리조직까 지도 경쟁력 향상을 통한 생존과 발전을 추구하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 대학교육서비스 질의 개선을 통한 대학발전을 위해 마케팅모 형을 구축하는데 그 주요 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 대학발전을 위한 학자 및 평론 가 등의 국내외 문헌과 연구논문을 참고하여 오늘날 대학교육환경의 변화양상을 살펴보고 이러한 환경변화 속에서 교육서비스 마케팅의 필요성을 고찰하고 대학교육서비스 마케팅모 형 구축의 결정요인을 도출하였으며 이들 요인에 의한 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 부산과 경남지역의 국 공립대학 및 사립대학을 합쳐 10개 대학의 교수(216명)와 학생(356명)을 대상으로 설문조사하고 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 롱하여 본 연구는 대학교육서비스 마케팅모형의 발전적 시사점을 도출하여, 대학의 교수와 교직원이 고객지향성, 시장지향성을 견지하면서 교육서비스 질을 개 선하고 나아가서는 고객만족과 재구매 의도를 강화하여 대학의 생존과 발전을 위한 대학의 경쟁적 발전방향을 제시하였다.
