Just as traditional markets nationwide, traditional markets in Jeju area also face a crisis due to expansion of new distribution channel and price competitiveness of large distribution companies. There are various support programs currently being carried out to prevent all risk factors of the traditional markets as government policies. But, these programs have failed to bring a positive change due to lack of specialized products of the traditional market, lack of systematic marketing and customer management, lack of market vendors' consciousness reformation. The purpose of this study is to prepare political measures to promote the revitalization of traditional markets in Jeju area and overcome these limits. To achieve this, this study analyzed the conditions of traditional markets in Jeju area and presented the specialization of items and service for each traditional market, establishment of growth strategies in connection with tourist industry and reinforcement of marketing competitiveness as measures to create a synergy effect.

This study is to explore what kinds of leisure we really need in our competitive speed society and what the true leisure should be like. The present researcher analyzed the concept of serious casual leisure and its implications on our social values. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, we might have made a mistake paying too much attention to serious leisure while ignoring the value of casual leisure, because serious leisure has been thought to produce positive effects on self-development and social integration. It is important to note that casual leisure could not only satisfy human's need for balance in life and also contribute to her/his physical and psychological wellbeing. Second, In order to correct an error of sticking to the dichotomy of serious casual leisure, the concept of fast slow leisure, which defines leisure based on the way of its presentation, was also discussed. Third, the way of life which we considered unproductive should be reconsidered as it has a meaning in itself.

Since the mid-1980s, the role of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) has become a hot issue in business world due to increasing comparative importance of firms in current society. The purposes of this research are to analyze empirically the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior, also to analyze the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) on the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior in the social enterprises. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 552 employees of social enterprises. The main findings of this study are as follow ; First, inner life and sense of community which are composed workplace spirituality have positive influence sportsmanship and courtesy. second, sense of community have differential influence on organizational citizenship behavior by LMX. In conclusion, inner life and sense of community are expected to improve sportsmanship and courtesy, important of LMX in the social enterprises.

This paper serves to analyze discourses on remarriage of the widows at the beginning of the modernization era or during the enlightenment period of Korea (1860-1910). The discourses of newspapers and Shinsoseol which are the text of this study have been analyzed with the qualitative research technique. The major conclusions that are derived from the study are as follows: First, intellectuals during the enlightenment period claimed the unfairness of the prohibition from remarriage of the widows with especially focusing on financial difficulty and life-long loneliness of the young widows. Second, permission of remarriage of the widows was explained not with the point of vies of individual life of widow, but with the point of vies of strengthening the international competitiveness. Third, the discourse claimed that the widow should hold the power of decision of remarriage. Forth, the discourse emphasized the etiquette of the wedding ceremony in remarriage of widows. Fifth, the point that the faithfulness was not easy for a usual widow to obey made the faithfulness noble ethical principle of Korea society.

최근 지방자치단체는 세계화 개방화 정보화 기술화라는 메가트렌드와 지방화 분권화 자치화라는 국내외 환경변화에 직면하고 있어 그 생존과 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다도 지역개발 및 지역경제발전이 시급하다는 위기의식을 가지고 있다. 과거 국가적인 차원에서 주도되어 왔던 지역경제개발정책이 이제는 지방자치단체에 의하여 지역적 차원에서 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 특히, 경제정책의 대외적인 측면인 통상정책분야는 최근의 시대적 흐름에 비추어 볼 때 그 개발의 주체가 지방자치단체이어야 하며 지방자치단체의 정책영역 중에서도 비중이 가장 높아지고 있다. 이러한 통상진흥정책의 중요성에도 불구하고 중앙정부차원에서 제공되어지는 통상자료는 수도권 중심의 자료가 대부분이어서 그 자료를 이용할 때는 해당 지방의 중소기업에 맞게 지방자치단체가 보완 수정해줄 필요가 있다. 특히, 세계화와 지방자치시대 이후 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 지방자치단체는 국내외적인 통상환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위하여 통상진흥전략을 신축적으로 운용하여야 한다.

최근 많은 중소기업이 자사의 경쟁력 확보, 업무혁신, 원가절감 등의 이유로 ERP의 필요성을 인지하고 ERP 도입을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 ERP 구축 방법론들은 대기업의 ERP 도입에 맞추어 개발되었기 때문에 중소기업이 이를 적용하기 위해서는 많은 문제점의 극복과 기술력을 필요로 한다. 중소기업이 성공적으로 ERP를 도입하기 위해서는 중소기업에 특성화된 ERP 구축 방법론이 필요하며, 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ISO 12207 소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스의 활동을 조정한 중소기업을 위한 ERP 구축 프로세스를 제시한다. 제시한 구축 프로세스는 ISO 12207을 기반으로 하며 ERP 패키지 도입에 따르는 고비용 부담, 전문인력 부족, 경영자 및 종업원의 ERP 도입에 대한 적극적 의식 결여, ERP 도입의 거부감 등 중소기업이 ERP를 도입할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 활동이 추가되었다.

본 연구는 성과관리가 조직의 지속적인 성장과 발전의 혁신도구로써 조직성과에 영향을 미친다는 측면에서 공공부문의 균형성과표(BSC) 운용의 성공요인과 고려사항을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정한 후 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 성과관리를 위한 BSC의 추진 관리 단계인 계획, 실행, 평가, 환류, 등 순환주기에 관련된 변수들을 독립변수로 하고, 조직성과에 관련된 변수들을 종속변수로 선정하여 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. BSC를 구축 운영하고 있는 공공기관의 BSC 성과관리시스템 담당자에게서 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, BSC 운영 단계별 하위변수들은 상호간에 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 정책적인 시사점은 성과관리를 조직 내에 촉진 유지하기 위한 조직적, 정책적, 전략적 환경을 조성하여야 한다는 점이다. 또한 공공부문에서 성과관리제도가 실패하는 가장 큰 이유는 객관적인 평가지표가 명확히 설정되지 않았거나 보상체계가 불충분하기 때문이다. 공공부문의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 구성원이 전략적 사고의식을 가져야 한다.

선사 CEO에게 안전이 기업 경쟁력의 핵심임을 인식시켜 안전을 최우선으로 하는 경영문화가 업계에 정착되도록 유도하고자 목포해양대학교에서는 해양수산부의 위탁을 받아 선사 CEO를 대상으로 해양안전리더 교육을 시행하고 있다. 안전경영에 대한 선사 경영진의 의식전환과 가치정립은 해양사고 저감을 위한 전제요건이나, 해양종사자에 대한 교육만 이루어지고 있을 뿐 회사 경영층을 대상으로 한 교육은 아직까지 미미한 수준이다. 따라서 선사의 경영층을 대상으로 안전에 대한 이론과 실무, 타 회사의 안전경영 사례 등을 공유할 수 있는 교육기회를 제공함으로써 해양안전리더로서 선도적으로 안전경영을 해나가도록 유도하고, 추가적으로 선사 CEO가 생각하는 안전 Key Words가 무엇인지 델파이기법을 활용하여 도출해 보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 한국의 고용률 70% 달성을 위한 필수 과제인 여성인력활용의 기초자료로서 중소기업 수요조사를 진행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 응답 기업에서 상당수 여성인력채용을 계획하고 있으며, 기업의 인력난 해소 방안으로 여성인력을 염두하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 남성인력과 대비해 여성인력이 어떤 부분에서 경쟁력을 갖는지 파악할 수 있었으며, 향후 여성인력에게 직무관련 능력향상과 직업의식 교육 등을 제공해야할 뿐만 아니라 기업담당자의 인식 변화를 위한 노력이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Today, the state of libraries in cur country is behind the times and the consdousness of people who use l i e s falls behind, too. Meanwhile, the workout and unlimited competitions have resulted in the crisis on the state of our libraries. The crisis on the state of cur libraries has led to that of our discipline. In this paper, I study the causes of crises in our discipline and libmies. I suggest some methods to cure the illnesses.
