In this study, I have suggested a basic theories in introducing and applying EC indispensible for a positive development of international logistics' competitiveness by the Chonbuk firms, and I assure that the Chonbuk firms can get a full effect in strengthening international competitiveness in worldwide trade war by effectively utilizing the application method suggested in this study as well as by erecting its basic direction. Our market faced an accelerating pressure against a full-scale market opening with the WTO system, and our Chonbuk firms will face a danger that all the markets, domestic and international will be occupied by the foreign enterprises, for we can not win the competition with the foreign enterprises, provided that we do not prepare for the rationalization and effectiveness of management. It will be very significant for our Chonbuk firms to introduce and utilize EC as a method for innovation and rationalization of management as well as a method for strengthening international competitiveness. This study will serve the study of this field, for the purpose of this study is on analyzing its propriety in introducing and utilizing EC. It will guarantee the importance that this study helps the Chonbuk firms to upgrade understanding on introduction and utilization of EC for strengthening their logistics competitiveness, and this study serves to improve international competitiveness in an era of information and globalization.

반도체, 항공.우주, 신소재 등 첨단 산업기술 부문의 연구개발 고도화의 필요성에 효과적으로 부응하고 국내 기초과학 육성을 위하여 CRAY-2S가 설치되었다. 선진 각국의 무역장벽이 높아지고 지적소유권 보호가 강화됨에 따라 첨단기술의 도입이 점차 어려워지는 이때 학계와 연구소의 기초연구에 활용, 국내 연구 수준을 선진국 대열로 높이고, 국내 산업계의 신제품 개발 및 산업 생산성 증대에 활용하여 국산품의 국제 경쟁력을 제고하는 것이 바람직하다.

This study aims at searching the global strategy which can raise the competitive power of IEC(International Express Companies) in Korea analyzing and coping with the international express companies and global factor of promotion. According to the result of study, the global strategy influence for the nature of international express company's and increasing competitiveness is depend on specialization strategy and using scale of economy for globalization strategy.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the advancement of the competitive power of Korean electronics and automobile industries from a product-architectural point of view. There are two types for the characteristics of parts. They are the modular type and the integral type. The former is very independent between one subsystem and another, whereas the other is very dependent. The distinction of product architecture makes them different for the ability to organize developing products suited for the product manufacturing. The organizing ability is generally divided into the abilities of 'modulation integration' and 'selection assembly'. For the integral products such as cars, the integration ability is important between an enterprise and another, as well as between a part and another. However, the modular products such as a PC need the ability to select and effectively organize optimal parts or enterprises. The strategy raising product competitiveness is pursued by synthesizing 'design manufactu-turing strategy' for the product architecture and 'customer value strategy' for the customer values.

가상교육 원격교육이 미래 교육의 확고한 대안으로 제안되고 있는 이 때 , 이런 학습 코스웨어들을 보급하기만 하면 교사와 학생들이 많이 사용할 것이고 이를 통해서 수업의 효과성과 학습의 질이 향상되어, 궁극적으로는 지식정보사회가 요구하는 경쟁력을 갖춘 인력이 배출될 것이다라는 가정이 현재의 교육 이데올로기이다. 그러나 이들에 대한 다양한 비팝과 역 기능들을 수렴하여 효과적인 가상교육이 이루어 져야한다. 가상교육이 단순히 정보를 제공하는 기술적 도구가 아닌 '교육'이 되기 위해서 교수-학습 내용의 질을 우선적으로 확보할 것이 요청된다. 이러한 요청에 대한 가상교육 학습의 구조와 요소를 고려한 학습요소구성을 위한 통합과 효과성을 제고 할 수 있는 전략을 제안하고자 한다.

Climate change and related policies and regulations influence the performance of the firms in various ways. Climate change influences corporate competitiveness through physical impacts, GHG regulations, changes in asset values, demand shift, etc. Therefore, corporate competitiveness could be maintained by reducing vulnerability to climate change and adapting to new circumstances. Without effective responses to the challenges, the firms would have difficulties in maintaining their competitiveness in the market and the cost of national economy will significantly increase as well. Even though it seems fairly easy to understand the meaning of competitiveness, deriving the driving forces of and measuring changes in competitiveness are complicated and disputable processes. A common way to overcome it is to develop a 'competitiveness index'. The objective of this study is to derive the main factors influencing corporate competitiveness related to climate change and develop 'competitiveness index' reflecting those factors. The index will make contribution to enhance the response capacity of the firms to climate change and increase the effectiveness of climate change policies for the industry by providing a quantitative tool to measure the changes in corporate competitiveness related to climate change.

300억원 이상의 국가 및 공공기관 발주공사에 대해 최저가낙찰제를 대신하여 종합심사낙찰제 전면 실시 등의 내용을 담은 국가계약법 시행령이 개정되어 2016년 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 종합심사낙찰제는 가격 뿐만 아니라 공사수행능력, 사회적책임을 종합 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 제도로 기존의 최저가낙찰제에서 발생한 덤핑낙찰 및 이로 인한 잦은 계약변경, 부실시공, 저가하도급, 임금체불, 산업재해 증가 등의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 도입된 제도이다. 종합심사낙찰제 도입에 따라 공사 품질이 제고됨으로써 생애주기(lifecycle, 유지보수비용 등을 포함) 측면에서의 재정효율성 제고를 비롯하여 불공정 하도급 관행 개선 등 건설산업의 생태계 개선과 함께 시공결과에 책임짐으로써 기술경쟁 촉진 등 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화 효과도 기대된다. 또한 국가계약예규도 개정되어 주계약자관리방식에 의한 공동계약(주계약자 공동도급)이 최저가낙찰제에서 종합심사낙찰제로 전환됐다.
