  • In this study, a unit of regional tourism as a cluster of innovative strategies that can be an assumption that the activation of tourism clusters building on local festivals and participated to review the empirical aims.   • As the business competition between firms is getting intense, one of the sources of competitive advantage is effectively and efficiently to create, share, and apply information/knowledge among employees. Most of the firms which conduct knowledge management are operating a Community of Practice(CoP) in order to create, share and utilize this kind of information/knowledge resource. Recently, the CoP is getting out of its informal and spontaneous manner and is beginning to be led by the top management, receiving official support, in order to achieve the organization's strategic goals. However, the corporation's strategic operation of the CoP is not only against its original characteristics but also hampers the spontaneity of its participants. Every participant has different motivation to participate and different preference for reward type. This study, with the survey of 114 respondents, found that intrinsic motivation as well as extrinsic motivation significantly affect the motivation-reward fitness. Also, the motivation-reward fit was found to influence CoP commitment which ultimately leads to knowledge sharing activity in the CoP context. This research will help knowledge management companies to figure out how the two things of participants' motivation and their reward types can fit together, and how such fitness ultimately affects the participants' commitment and their knowledge sharing activities.

  • 물류 고도화를 통한 기업 생산성 확보 및 생존 경쟁력 강화를 위해 기존의 공급망 관리(SCM) 기술에 RFID 기술을 융합함으로써 물품자동 인식, 물류정보 교환 및 추적 등의 지능화 서비스를 온라인상에서 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 기술이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발 측면에서는 물류정보의 단순 가시화 시스템 개발 수준에 머물고 있는 것이 현실이고, 본격적인 확산을 위해 수집된 데이터 오류 검출 및 보정이라는 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발로 물류 시스템 운용 비용을 절감할 수 있다면 그 파급 효과가 매우 클 것이다. 지금까지는 RFID 인프라 기술 개발에 집중해 왔기에 물류정보 동기화 기술은 아직 초기 연구 단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 논문은 RFID 기반 공급망 상에서 발생할 수 있는 물류정보 동기 오류를 검출하고 보정할 수 있는 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘을 설계하고, 향후 공급망의 변화 및 확장 등의 이유로 알고리즘을 효율적으로 수정 보완할 수 있는 비즈니스 룰엔진 기반의 아키텍처를 구현하여 글로벌 물류 기업에 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘과 구현 아키텍처의 효율성을 증명하였다.

  • This study examines antecedents of the intention of compliance with information security policies based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. The study conducted the following: Verification of casual relations between role of management and protection motivation and the antecedents of planned behavior as parameters to determine the effect on the intention of compliance with information security policy, and comparative analysis between the research model and a competition model. The result of the study disclosed that, in the research model, attitude and subjective norm took an intermediary role on management beliefs, response efficacy, response cost, self-efficacy, and compliance intention, and perceived behavior control on management beliefs, self-efficacy and compliance intention.

  • 기업 시스템의 통합은 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있고, 기업 시스템에 웹 시스템을 접목시킴으로 기업의 활동 영역을 넓힐 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 FLX(Framework fer Legacy Extension)을 제안했다. 주어진 절차에 따라 레거시 시스템은 전송을 요청하고,FLX시스템은 이를 주기적으로 검색해서 웹 환경의 시스템으로 전송하고 그 결과를 확인하고 정상 전송 여부를 남기게 된다. 본 시스템의 특징은 통합에 표준적인 XML 통합 방법을 제안했고 동기 통신과 비동기 통신의 혼합형으로 레거시 측면은 비동기 통신, 내부적으로는 동기 통신을 이용했다. 이는 레거시 시스템의 지연을 방지해 주고, 전체적인 신뢰도를 높이는 특징이 있다. 또한 네트워크 에러인 경우 자동으로 재전송하고, 전송하고자 하는 데이터의 에러인 경우 로그 정보를 남겨, 관리할 수 있도록 했다.

해운이슈 - 해운시황 침체로 중소신조선 시황 어려움 지속 예상

  • 2011년도 3분기까지 전 세계 수주량은 전년동기 대비 감소하였으나 고부가 선박 시장의 활성화로 수주액을 증가하였다. 전세계 수주량은 전녕동기 대비 22.3% 감소한 2,356만CGT로 집계되었고 3분기 신조선가는 전분기 2point 하락하는 등 전반적인 약세를 나타냈다. 국내 중소 조선산업의 3분기까지 수주는 전년 동기대비 소폭 증가하였으나 중대형 조선소 위주의 수주에 그쳤다. 국내 중소 조선산업의 3분기말 수주잔량은 전분기 대비 10.5% 감소하였으며 건조톤수는 전년동기 대비 10.8% 감소하였다. 3분기 벌크선 운임, 용선료, 탱커 운임 및 용선료 등 관련 해운지표들이 대부분 하락 추세를 보이고 있다. 전반적인 해운시황 침체로 중소 신조선 시황도 어려움이 지속될 전망이며, 어려운 시기일수록 연비 고효율화 등 신기술이 경쟁력의 가장 중요한 요인이 될 수 있으므로 장기적인 안목에서 이에 대비하여야 할 것이다. 다음은 한국수출입은행 해외경제연구소 산업투자조사실에서 발표한 "중소조선산업 2011년도 3분기 동향"의 주요 내용을 정리 요약한 것이다.

  • 클럭 경쟁에서 코어 경쟁으로 전환된 요즘. 병렬 프로그래밍은 중요 하다. 동기화 개체를 사용하면 병목 현상이 발생하며, 1:1 Thread 모델은 자원의 낭비와 문맥전환 비용이 발생한다. Thread 풀 모델은 직렬화에 약점을 가지는게 되는데, 본 논문에서는 다중 개체 대응에 적합한 병렬 프로그래밍 모델을 제시한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to enhance the competitiveness of jewelry distribution company by analyzing the effect of workers' motivations on workers' job engagement and workers' job engagement on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.A survey was conducted from October 2023 to November 2023 for workers of jewelry distribution company in Korea. Factor analysis and Regression analysis were performed on the collected 242 questionnaires using the SPSSWIN ver. 18.0 program. As a result of the analysis of this study, first, the intrinsic (enjoyment, challenge, achievement) and extrinsic motives (recognition, rewards, promotion) of jewelry distribution company worker had a positive effect on job engagement (absorption, dedication, vitality). Second, the job engagement of worker had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the job engagement of worker had a positive effect on organizational commitment.

  • This study aims to verify the relationship between a motivational climate and self-management perceived by athletes. 195 male and 153 female athletes participated in this study. Firstly, reliability and validity are verified for questionnaires, and descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, and regression analysis are used. The result of the correlation analysis says that all the factors have meaningful relations among them. The analysis on the effects of the motivational climate on self-management indicates that the mastery climate perceived by the athletes has affected statically the sub-factors of self-management such as mental management, training, management, personal relationship management, life management, health management, and intrinsic behavior control. However, the competitive climate didn't help self-management. Based on the study, it was suggested that through the mastery climate, a leader should make athletes manage and control themselves in terms of conquest strategies, self-assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, self-control, goal setting, efforts to strengthen oneself, and plan.

Analysis on the Participation Motivation of Billiard Players (당구 선수들의 참여 동기에 관한 연구)

  • This study is devoted to investigating participation motivations of billiard players who join games through open-ended questionnaires, and identify the difference of participation motivations in the game according to age and experience. Thus, 696 original data on participation motivations was obtained from 267 billiard players in Gyeonggi-do based on open-ended questionnaires. Results from inductive analysis are as follows. First, their participation motivations included 10 general sectors such as interests, objective achievement motive, competition, interpersonal relationship, mental health, job, gambling, sport competence, suggestion by others, and university admission. Second, enjoyment showed the highest percents among participation motivations according to participants' age. Third, interest showed the highest percents among participation motivations in less than five years of their experiences. Objective achievement motive was the highest portion for more than five years. These outcomes will be used as a basic data to understand the relationship of billiard players who participate in the game and further create better billiard game culture.
