This study analyzes business performance factors for young startup, one of the solutions to the youth unemployment problem, and explored the effects of individual characteristics, capability, and environmental factors of young entrepreneurs on business performance. The study targets young traders operating in traditional markets and shopping streets nationwide. The 159 sample data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 for frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis. The Entrepreneur's individual characteristics such as challenge spirit, start-up capability, and market characteristics affect absorptive capacity and interorganizational network. And absorptive capacity and interorganizational network affect financial and non-financial business performance. As a result, it was found that young traders need to reinforce their individual characteristics, start-up capability, and interorganizational networks in order to improve business performance. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수에 대한 결정요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 120개의 소자본 자영업 창업업체를 대상으로 연구 자료를 수집하여 실증적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수의 결정요인으로서 창업유형(전문창업 또는 모방 창업), 창업자의 개인특성(연령, 전문성), 사업특성(상권위치, 창업규모, 가족경영)을 선정하여 그 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문창업이 창업성공과 투자회수에 대하여 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업자의 개인특성에 있어서 창업자의 연령은 투자회수에 긍정적 영향이 있었으며, 창업자의 전문성은 창업성공에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사업상의 특성에 있어서 가족경영은 창업성공에 있어서 긍정적 영향이 있는 반면에 투자회수에 있어서는 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업규모는 투자회수에 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구결과의 이론적 논리적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

현재 우리나라 농업은 인구의 고령화, 농촌인구의 도시 유출, 기후온난화 등의 영향으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 각종 지원정책을 통해 농업관련산업을 지원하고 있으나 뚜렷한 효과를 보지 못하고 있으며 농업으로의 창업에서도 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 정부에서는 농업관련 기관을 통해 농업관련산업 내 창업에 대한 지원사업을 확대하고 있으며 다양한 컨텐츠를 접목시켜 양을 늘리고 질적인 성장을 꾀하고 있다. 농업관련산업 창업에 대한 검토와 함께 차별화된 정책이 필요하며, ICT와 소프트 웨어 중심의 창업지원 정책에서 새로운 성장 컨텐츠를 더하는 변화가 요구된다고 하였다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 다양한 기술들이 농업관련산업에 접목되고 있으며 예비창업자들의 대부분이 큰 기대와 함께 창업을 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 농업관련산업의 관심이 있는 예비창업자를 대상으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 여러 가지 영향중에 내적개인특성, 창업지원, 외부환경특성 등의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 농업관련산업 내 예비창업자들에게 도움이 되고 관련 기관이 지원정책을 수립합에 있어 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the support system of the government and the local governments for enhancing the success rate of the startup firms affected the performance of the enterprises according to the behavior characteristics of the founders. It is divided entrepreneurial support system into entrepreneurial policy support such as entrepreneurial education, mentoring and consulting, and funding of startup support such as policy fund and R & D fund, distinguished the behavior of founder into behaviors for discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and behaviors for exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. In order to analyze whether it affects the corporate management performance, a research model was created based on the previous research and hypotheses were set up, and the hypotheses were verified based on this questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the support for entrepreneurial policy has a positive effect on the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur. Second, it is found that the startup support such as policy fund affects the behavioral characteristics for finding the opportunity of the founder, but it does not affect the behavioral characteristics for the opportunity exploit. Third, it was found that the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur founding opportunity and exploition of entrepreneurial opportunity influenced the performance of the company. According to the this study, the following conclusion were obtained, First, it is necessary to apply different policies according to the stage of growth of startup companies. Second, startup companies grow through the stages of development of new technologies and ideas, commercialization, and marketing, at each stage, entrepreneur must overcome the so-called Death Valley, which requires funding.

공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시 되고 있다 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 $50\%$ 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다 그러나 최근 대두되고 있는 제 4자 물류환경에서는 물류센터가 물류컨설팅기능까지 수행함으로써 더 효율적인 물류를 수행하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이러한 환경에서 공급사슬 내의 물류센터는 단순히 제품의 배송 및 보관, 조달 업무를 수행하는 단계로써의 역할이 아닌 독립적으로 이윤을 추구하는 기업의 형태로 존재하게 된다. 따라서 제 4자 물류환경에서의 물류센터는 제품의 다양한 특성 및 수요의 패턴에 따라 효율적인 재고정책 선택과정이 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 연구에서 제시하고 있는 재고정책을 현실에 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제 4자 물류 환경에서의 물류센터 시스템 구조와 다양한 제품특성 및 물류환경을 고려한 재고정책 선택모델을 제시한다. 수치예제를 통해 제안한 모델의 타당성 및 제 4자 물류시스템의 기대효과를 제시한다.

This study examines whether there is any significant relation between executive compensation and future firm performance for the Korean export manufacturing small and medium-sized firms. We sorted the whole sample firms into the sub-groups of 10 deciles by firm size and the KSIC standard. We found the following empirical results. First, Korean export manufacturing small and medium-sized firms typically showed lower or even negative profitability in terms of return on equity and operating profit ratio to sales. Foreign equity ownership is very low with an average of 3.77%. Second, for the firms with higher ratio of excess executive compensation to asset had lower future firm performance. It implies that the typical owner-manager in Korean export manufacturing SMEs earns excess pay, but do not contribute much to firm performance. Third, as for future cumulative abnormal returns for future one- and three-year periods, firms with higher owner-executive pay had lower returns compared with firms with lower pay. So the stock market investors set a lower value on them. Fourth, there is a positive relation between excess executive pay and executive overconfidence, and it implies that owner-CEOs with higher pay may become overconfident, thereby lowering future firm performance somehow.

전 세계적인 기후변화 협약과 정부의 저탄소 녹색성장 정책으로 물류기업은 탄소배출량 감축을 위한 노력을 해야 할 시대에 직면하고 있다. 특히 화주기업에 대한 서비스제공과 화주의 경영 가치 실현에 공헌해야 할 제3자 물류기업은 기업자체의 경쟁력뿐 아니라 화주기업의 탄소경영에 이바지하기 위해서라도 이산화탄소 배출량을 감축하는 노력을 해야 한다. 탄소 배출량을 감축하기 위해서는 제3자 물류기업의 특성에 맞는 탄소배출량을 산정해야 하고 이러한 산정방법이 공정하고 일관성 있는 체계로 실행되어야 한다. 이산화탄소 배출량을 산출하기 위해서는 탄소경계 설정과 연료별, 연비법, 톤-킬로미터법 등 다양한 계산방식을 적용해야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 제3자 물류기업의 현실에 맞는 이산화탄소 배출량 산정 모형에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 연구는 대구지역 벤처기업의 혁신활동을 파악하고, 벤처기업의 혁신체제 특성을 분석하여, 지역혁신체제적 관점에서 대구지역 벤처기업의 혁신환경 발전방향을 모색해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 대구지역 벤처기업에 대해 2001년 7월 30일부터 8월 18일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 16부의 유효설문지를 수집하고, 이외 벤처기업 경영자, 테크노파크 관계자 둥과 면담 및 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. (중략)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of business startup attributes on the overconfidence of business startup and entrepreneur's attitude in foodservice industry. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 300 entrepreneurs in the foodservice industry through October 1 to October 30, 2012. The results were as follows. First, entrepreneur's characteristics, funds for business startup, locations and products had a statistically significant positive effect on the overconfidence of business startup(p<.05). Second, funds for business startup, locations and products had a statistically significant positive effect on entrepreneurs' attitude(p<.01). Third, the overconfidence of business startup had a statistically significant positive effect on entrepreneurs' attitude(p<.001). The findings stated above mean that knowledge or experience related to specialized management mind as entrepreneur's characteristic factors are just as important, and customers' use and choice of restaurants are also connected to stable management when the floating population of them are located to a suitable place in combination with product characteristics in enough financing and preparation based on this, showing entrepreneur's positive attitude through stable management along with confidence.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 경영과학 입문자들이 선형계획 모형 개발 및 해석을 용이하게 할 수 있도록, 사용하기 편리하고 안정된 선형계획법 소프트웨어를 만들었다. 이 소프트웨어는 풀 수 있는 문제의 크기는 50 * 50으로 제한한 반면 한글로 모두 처리되도록 하였으며, 풀다운 메뉴방식으로 user friendly하며, 입문자들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 LINDO식 입력방식을 취하였으며, 패키지 내부에 완벽한 Editing 기능을 갖고 있어서 모형의 수정 보완이 매우 편리하게 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 소프트웨어의 특성과 구조를 살펴본다.
