우리나라 최대의 항만인 부산항의 정박지로 북항에는 집단정박지 1개와 포인트 정박지 5개가 다대포항 입구에는 포인트 정박지 1개가 그리고 남외항에는 5개의 대기정박지가 지정되어 있다. 남외항 정박지는 정박선의 크기별로 5개의 정박지로 나뉘어 있는데 특히 N-5 정박지는 2009년에 국내 최초로 항계 밖에 지정되어 운영되고 있다. 최근 남외항 정박지는 기상 악화 시 주묘(走錨) 등으로 인한 접촉 충돌 등의 해양사고 위험 요인이 상존하고, 해운산업의 경기침체와 경영악화에 따라 장기계선 또는 감수보존 등의 선박들이 조종 불능상태로 방치되는 등 선박안전에 취약한 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 남외항 정박지의 이용현황을 분석하여 정박지 운영의 문제점을 식별하고 개선방안을 제안하고 한다.

회사의 안전을 위해서 필요한 것에는 무엇이 있을까? 최고경영자의 안전에 대한 의지, 안전관리자의 능력, 그리고 체계적인 안전시스템 등 여러가지가 있을 것이다. 하지만 그 무엇보다 중요한 것이 바로 생산현장 근로자들의 안전의식이 아닐까 싶다. 현장 근로자들은 '제품생산'이라는 핵심적인 업무를 수행하기 위해 위험요인이 가장 많은 작업현장에서 하루의 대부분을 보낸다. 따라서 이들이 안전을 얼마나 생각하고 실천하느냐에 따라 그 사업장의 안전수준이 결정된다고 할 수 있다. LG Display는 바로 이러한 점을 놓치지 않았다. 산업현장에서 끊임없이 발생하는 산업재해의 가장 큰 원인이 현장 직원들의 안전의식이라고 보고, 이들의 안전의식을 높이는데 많은 투자를 기울여왔다. 'LG Display 안전학교'는 바로 회사의 이러한 취지 아래 설립된 것이다. 자신들의 교육이 산업현장 안전의 초석이 된다는 믿음을 가지고 끊임없이 노력해나가고 있는 'LG Display 안전학교'를 찾아가봤다.

전남 광양시에 위치한 대주기업은 항만하역업 분야에서 손꼽히는 우수 안전사업장이다. 위험요인이 많은 업종 특성에도 불구하고 2007년부터 2012년까지 무재해를 이어가고 있다. 대주기업이 처음부터 안전 명가로 이름을 떨친 것은 아니다. 지난 1995년 창립 후 2000년까지의 평균 재해율은 무려 2.22%에 이르렀고, 이로 인한 손실액은 1억7000만원에 달했다. 안전을 소홀히 해서는 결코 지속적인 성장을 이어갈 수 없음을 깨닫게 된 대주기업은 안전관리 강화에 박차를 가했고, 그 결과 2007년 목표했던 무재해를 달성할 수 있었다. 이런 놀라운 변화의 중심에는 노진수 대표이사가 있다. 실천형 안전전문가로 알려진 노 대표 이사는 안전경영의 솔선수범을 통해 대주기업을 안전명가의 반열에 올려놓았다. 이린 공로를 인정받아 지난 7월 열린 '제47회 산업안전보건강조주간' 기념식에서는 영예의 '동탑산업훈장'을 수상했다. 노 대표이사를 만나 그만의 안전철학에 대해 이야기를 나누어봤다.

Identifying risk factors in software risk management is imperative for project managers. The purpose of this paper is to provide software project risk factors validated by statistical analysis, and thus to help project managers alleviating the possibility of software project failure. Factor analysis with data collected from 264 Korean project managers and consultants identified 12 categories and 46 risk factors. T-test results showed that project managers and participants had statistically different perception on 3 risk factors among those 46 risk factors. We concluded by discussing implications of our findings and future research directions.

새로운 코로나 바이러스 질병(COVID-19)은 많은 사람들의 일상생활에 영향을 끼쳤다. 그로 인해 학교 개학 연기와 재택근무 등으로 가정에서 생활하는 시간이 늘어났다. 정부의 사회적 거리 제한에도 식료품은 여전히 인간의 기본 필수품이다. 전염병이 유행하는 동안 식료품에 대한 소비자의 지출은 온라인 소매상에서 큰 폭의 증가를 보이며 온라인 쇼핑이 더욱 확대되고 있다. 판매 품목 중 신선도가 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 농식품은 다른 제품보다 더딘 온라인 쇼핑의 성장 행태를 보이고 있다. 시장 상황을 보아 제품의 특성으로 인하여 농식품의 온라인 구매에 영향을 미치는 요소는 타 제품군과 다른 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위해 농식품 쇼핑몰의 특성과 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 농산물 쇼핑몰의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 관계에서 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위한 농식품 쇼핑몰 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 중심으로 진행한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자의 혁신성이 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래에서 거래 위험에 대한 저항을 낮추어 구매의도를 증가시키는데 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 「중대재해처벌법」과 관련한 중대시민재해의 예방을 위해 BCMS(Business Continuity Management System) 운영체계를 활용하는 방안에 관한 연구이다. BCMS 운영 체계는 시민에게 잠재적인 위협 또는 해당 위협이 발생했을 경우 시민에게 중대재해를 미칠 수 있는 특정 원료, 제조물, 공중이용시설, 공중교통수단 등의 운영·관리에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 사전에 파악할 수 있다. 또한 이를 이용하는 시민과 종사자의 생명과 신체를 보호하고 유해8위험요인으로부터 안전을 확보하는 능력을 갖추어 중대재해를 예방하고 조직의 리질리언스을 확보하는 데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 안전 및 보건 확보의 의무가 있는 모든 조직; 사업주, 법인, 경영책임자, 공무원 등의 특성에 따라 접목할 수 있는 BCMS의 PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 운영체계 설계를 활용하여 중대시민재해 예방 대안을 모색하였다.

최근 문제가 제조 현장에서 안전 조치 의무 미준수로 인한 산업재해가 이슈가 되고 있다. 산업 재해는 대부분의 경우 관리 부실이 가장 큰 요인이다. 따라서 관리적 부분에서 머신 비전과 행동인식, 유사도 검색 알고리즘을 도입하여 제조현장에서 발생하는 불상사를 예방하고자 한다. 가이드라인 접근, 위험한 행동, 안전 장비 착용 수칙을 미 준수할 경우 사전에 입력된 가이드라인에 따라 관리자와 노동자에게 알림 및 경고하는 시스템을 제안하는 것을 요지로 한다.

This study has recognized easy payment service as one of the new types of application of information and communication technologies and proposed a modified acceptance intention model by adding perceived risk factor based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT) and then explored those variables that effect the acceptance intention of consumers. The results of this study can be summarized as the followings. First, expectation on the efforts, social impact have positive effect on the acceptance intention and perceived risk has negative effect on the acceptance intention but expectation on the efforts and promotion condition were found to have no effect on the acceptance intention. Second, among the factors suggested, social impact was found to have more effect of causing the acceptance intention of users than expectation on the efforts and perceived risk. Third, it was found that there is a significant association between the acceptance intention and use behavior of users of easy payment service. This means that, as was reviewed in the preceding researches, the acceptance intention affects actual acceptance behavior of users either directly or indirectly. Fourth, even though innovation resistance has regulation effect on the relationship between expectation on efforts or social impact and acceptance intention, it was found to have no regulation effect on the relationship between perceived risk and acceptance intention.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the moderating effect of technology development activities in the relationship between independent variables such as entrepreneurial orientation and technology innovation capabilities and dependent variables. As a result of analyzing the causal relationship between research variables, it was found that the higher the innovation and initiative among the sub-factors of entrepreneurial orientation, the more positive the technical commercialization performance and product completion. Among the sub-factors of entrepreneurial orientation, risk-taking was found to have a significant effect only on product completion. It was found that the higher the technology commercialization capability and technology convergence capability, the higher the technology commercialization performance, the technology commercialization performance. As a result of analyzing the moderating effect of technology development activities, it was found that technology development management ability, a sub-factor of technology development activities, controls the influence relationship between innovation and risk sensitivity and technology performance. In addition, it was found that the involvement in technology development planning controls the influence relationship between technology convergence capability and technology performance among sub-factors of technology innovation capability. Based on the above analysis results, this study made three suggestions as follows. First, the achievements of technology commercialization to achieve the superiority of corporate competition depend on progressive innovation and risk-taking based on entrepreneurial orientation. It is necessary to find a way to build entrepreneurial orientation from within the organization. Second, due to the nature of the ICT industry, which has a fast pace of technological development and changes in market acceptance, technology commercialization performance will be positive when the capabilities, technology, knowledge, and resources that can quickly lead to product production can be organically linked. Finally, corporate CEOs need to further promote innovation and risk-taking through phased and continuous research activities for technology development. In addition, it is necessary to establish a corporate culture that tolerates various strategies and failures so that understanding of technology convergence can lead to technological performance.

In South Korea, most felling operations involve the use of chainsaws due to steep and rough terrains. This felling technique is responsible for approximately 80% of all fatalities mainly due to unpredictable felling directions. Therefore, readjust monitorised felling is imperative to improve safety in different working conditions. This study examined the effect of wedging on felling direction error and productivity during felling operations. When wedging was applied, a felling direction error within 22° and a productivity of 0.63 m³/min were obtained. These results show a decrease in mean directional error and a dimish in productivity. Thus, although wedging reduces productivity, it is a necessary strategy to improve safety.
