사회활동이 활발하게 됨에 따라 사무실에서의 효율적인 업무수행을 위한 여러 가지 요구사항이 대두되고 있다. 그 일환으로 최근 기업내 회의소집 및 회의시간을 단축하고, 이동에 필요한 여행경비를 절감하기 위하여 원격 화상회의(Video Conference)나 음성회의(Voice Conference) 시스템이 주목을 받게 되었고, 이를 구축하여 활용하는 기업도 증가하고 있다. 원격회의 시스템에서는 다수인이 서로 다른 장소에서 동시에 참가하기 때문에 참가자 전원이 동일장소에 있는 것 같은 현장감을 느끼게 해주어야만 정확한 의사전달이 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 터미널 상호간에 입체영상정보와 입체 음향정보가 중요한 역할을 한다. 본고에서는 음향의 현장감 통신을 위하여 연구되고 있는 음상제어 방식, Stereo재생 방식, 3차원 음장재생 방식에 관한 특징을 기술하고, 그 장,단점을 비교 고찰한다. 또한 그 구성이 간단하고 다수인이 회의에 참석하기 위한 근거리 음장 재생 방식에 관한 예비실험에 관하여 보고한다.

뉴욕공공도서관(The New York Public Library)은 전문분야로 특화된 대학원 수준의 4개의 연구도서관과 85개의 지역분관을 가리키는 복합관의 총칭이다. 뉴욕시는 인구 800만의 5개의 행정구역으로 이루어지는데, 뉴욕공공도서관은 맨해튼, 브롱크스, 스태튼섬의 3개지구 330만명을 서비스 대상으로 하고, 나머지 2개 지구를 브루클린공공도서관, 퀸즈공공도서관이 관할한다. 연간 예산은 2억8천만달러에 달하며, 2003년의 통계에 따르면 방문이용자가 150만명, 홈페이지 이용자도 1,000만명에 이른다고 한다. 놀라운 것은 운영이나 규모면에서 세계 제일로 손꼽히면서도 공립(公立)이 아니라 비영리민간단체(NPO)가 운영하는 공공(公共) 도서관이라는 것이다. 뉴욕공공도서관은 설립부터 독지가들이 기부 등을 통해 도서관 활동에 깊이 관여하면서 행정과의 독특한 협력관계를 발전시켜왔다. 이러한 전통에 의거한 퍼블릭 프라이빗 파트너십(Public Private Partnership)은 뉴욕공공도서관의 핵심으로 보다 풍부한 서비스의 제공을 가능하게 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라와 달리 예산확보를 위한 경비가 일정부분 상정되고 있는 뉴욕공공도서관의 자금조달 비즈니스 모델에 대한분석에 중점을 두었다.

본 연구는 국내가구 디자인 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 사례의 하나로 디자인 작품을 시도하게 되었다. 지존의 디자인 모델링은 소프트 모델 또는 목업(mock up)개념에서 시행되어 디자이너가 직접 제작하기 전에는 3차원의 형상을 구현하기가 어려웠으며, 더욱이 문야의 적용은 실크스크린 또는 인쇄와 같은 처리기법으로 사용되었다. 이 방법은 시간, 경비, 공간, 자료의 보관 및 축적, 기타의 많은 문제점과 생산성 향상에 애로사항이 되어왔다. 요지와 같이 많은 문제점과 렌더링의 데이터베이스 뱅크는 활용 가능한 분야와 직종에 따라서 응용 가능하기 때문에 많은 실험적 시도가 요구된다. 디자인의 발상은 우리나라 전통문화의 가구디자인을 접목시킨 사례로서 시도하였으며, 형태와 문양을 현대적 개념에서 재해석하여 대입시켰다. 적용디자인 사례는 2개의 모델에 10가지의 패턴을 복합적으로 활용한 디자인 작품의 결과물이다. 이러한 결과는 다양한 디자인 연출과 시안을 추출할 수 있으며, 디자인 활동과 설계에 능률을 배가시키는 효과를 검증할 수 있겠다.

Protection activity is divided by the security measures of preventive action and immediately protective reaction in case of emergency situation. The purpose of this study is to emphasis the importance of prevention when providing security for protectees. What I suggested in this thesis is summarized below. Chapter I which sets out purpose, concept, general remarks are followed 3 steps for conducting security action by Chapter II. Chapter III concerns the classification, security technic of preventive action. Classified involving security information, security action, security measures. It is followed site survey, security plan, detailed procedures, coordinative meeting, previous security action, protective action, review meeting by protective technic. Chapter IV consider effective counter plan method of preventive action. Chater V, conclusion.

본 논문은 종래에 코인투입구에 동전, 지폐 등의 현금을 사용하여 상거래 활동에 사용되고 있는 기기장치의 코인/지폐 인식부를 리더/라이터 RF ID단말장치로 대체하므로 기기장치의 생산단가를 낮출 수 있다. 매장운영에 있어 기존 사용되는 코인기가 장착된 기기장치의 가장 불편하게 여겨졌던 동전의 계산, 노동력, 시간 경비 등을 낮출 수 있으므로 매장운영 관리하는데 있어서 보다 효율적으로 운영하는 효과가 발생하게 되었다. 매장에 방문하는 고객을 회원으로 유치할 수 있는 Mobile Barcode System을 연동하여 종전 고객을 기다리는 것이 아니라 매장에서 고객을 유치할 수 있는 고객 마케팅, 매장운영 시스템을 제안한다.

본 프로젝트에서는 다양한 지형에 구애받지 않고 전천후로 활동할 수 있는 로봇을 구현하기 위해 바퀴형 로봇 보다는 4족 보행 로봇을 채택하여 지형 극복에 더 유리하고 안정적인 자세 제어와 보행을 할 수 있는 동시에 LiDAR 센서와 카메라 모듈을 이용한 SLAM(동시적 위치 추정 및 지도작성)과 원격으로 사물과 사람들을 파악할 수 있는 원격조종 탐사로봇을 개발하고자 한다.

In this study, Horgan(2005)'s argument highlights the centrality to any successful counter-terrorism strategy of understanding the social context in which terrorist ideologies take root. Counter-terrorism refers to the practices, tactics, techniques, and strategies that governments, militaries, police departments and corporations adopt in response to terrorist threats and/or acts, both real and imputed. Pickering et al.(2008) historically explained four counter-terrorism strategies as traditional counter-terrorism model, community intelligence model, belonging model, social cohesion model. It is thus proposed that counter-terrorism strategies are based in established networks within the community and proactively seeks to continually renew these relationships between the community and police. This approach must embrace an explicit recognition of multiculturalism and its political imperative and drive in a policing organization explicitly committed to social cohesion and human rights in both discourse and practice. We, therefore, suggests community tree counter-terrorism approaches, or community intelligence model, belonging model and social cohesion model to apply to counter-terrorism agencies in Korea. These models are on the basis of Pickering et al.'s counter-terrorism models, which by using community policing to boot socially cohesion police are better able to position themselves as mediators to negotiate settlements between the competing demands of different social groups.

This study's purpose is to present the improvement of effectiveness of security activity for international conference which can be held hereafter. On the basis of security activity problems originating in APEC that had been held in Pusan in 2005. I made up questions three times to on the members of the police, military, fire figher and Busan city civil servants who had participated in Busan APEC and recognition of possible problem and possibility of improvement on each item of questions was analyzed by Delphi Method. Also interviews with 4 security experts selected from each security agency were conducted to present improvement in each part of problem. The study result is as follows; First, the satisfactory cooperation between security agencies and self-governing body is needed for the basis of security activity in preparatory stage. Second, examining thoroughly security activity by function in activity stage. Third, giving full play to their genius by close cooperation between security agencies and self-governing body in enfourcement stage. Fourth, provision for events after this on the basis of effective estimation system in evaluation stage.

The primary aim of this study is to provide effective operational directions of multi-purpose maneuver patrol via practical analysis on the fear of crime and its impact factors in the Hot Spots Policing target region. Comparative Analysis on fear of crime and its impact factors such as informal social control, disorder, and the perception of police activities is conducted in regions of maneuver patrol against its neighborhood. In Conclusion, no evident differences in fear of crime between the regions of maneuver patrol and its neighborhood were found. However, regions of maneuver patrol displayed significant distinctions in informal social control and perception of crime frequency in comparison to its neighborhood of no such patrol. In addition, it was noticed that in both regions disorder and perception of crime frequency served as the impact factors of fear of crime, which in part exhibits positive relationship with perception of hot spots policing. This study concludes that criterion in deciding on the regions of maneuver patrol should include subjective impact factors such as fear of crime. Furthermore, it suggests that along with the current unsatisfactory maneuver patrol system there needs specific guideline to enhance the perception of police activities including strengthened interactions with residents, improvement in social disorder.

The society shows rapid change throughout various fields in the 21 century. These changes are in progress in Korea as well and the private security field is not in exception. The private security system has socially effective function by providing services, which the police cannot provide to citizen. However, it cannot be treated rightly the possibility of violation of human right during the actual action. The qualified person at least should take private investigation service considering privatization of criminal justice and considering that the Private Investigation Act submitted to the Congress could not affect its investigation authority to the citizen currently. The purpose of this study is examination of the private investigation system in Korea and other country and is presentation of its improvement. The chapter 1 composed of introduction on chapter 1, concept and service in chapter 2, private security system in other countryin chapter 3, private security system in chapter 4, problems and its improvements in chapter5, and conclusion in chapter 6. It requires not only consideration of government but also consideration of citizen and effort of both sidesto successful settlement of private security system in Korea.
