비행훈련용 시뮬레이터는 고난이도의 전투기 조종훈련에서 치명적일수 있는 위험도를 현격히 낮출수 있다는 점 하나만으로도 국방에서 매우 큰 가치를 지니고 있으며, 효율적이고 경제적인 조종사의 양성을 통한 훈련 및 교육 경비의 절감에 매우 효과적이다. 특히 최근 들어 비행훈련용 시뮬레이터를 비롯한 각종 시뮬레이터들은 국방예산 삭감의 세계적인 추세속에서 군의 정예화와 전술훈련을 통한 전쟁수행능력 확보를 위해 훌륭한 역할을 담당하고 있다

경수(천연염)가 가열되면 어느 곳이든지 스케일이 생성됨을 볼 수 있다. 가정에서의 난방시설이나 산업현장에서의 스케일 축적문제는 그 피해정도를 고려해 볼때 매우 중요하다. 각종 열기기나 공장기계 등 스케일이 쌓이면 기계 작동상의 효율 저하는 물론 수리비용의 증가와 필요 이상의 에너지 소모 등 과다한 경비가 부담된다. 이와 관련 전기분해 원리를 이용하여 스케일을 방지할 수 있는 SESI를 소개한다.

항만은 국가 주요보안시설로 철저한 경비와 보안이 요구되며, 철저한 안전관리가 필요함. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로 드론의 범용성이 넓어짐에 따라, 드론을 활용한 항만 내 안전보안 체계 강화가 가능함. 본 발표를 통해 여수·광양항의 드론 활용 사례 및 향후 계획을 논의하고자 함.

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction in applying platform business model to the site to facilitate the growth of a private security guard service according to the development phase of economy, The directions of platform business application to be suggested through the study method are as follows. First, ensuring publicness. It should be able to integrate the government's and private sector's ability to collect and impart information. Second, securing self-regulation. Self-regulation should be guaranteed in the limit not to abuse or misuse others' information in re-producing and using information on private safe management and public order. Third, ensuring access. Past safety management has been controlled by public order power such as nation, military and police power, but access should be made to be convenient between suppliers and demanders. Fourth, securing profitability. In conclusion, those supplying and consuming private security guard service should be able to get their wanted value and share economic profits.

효과적인 비상 대응 능력을 높이고 방사능 방재 관련 기관과의 유기적인 협조 체제를 강화할 뿐 아니라 방사선 비상 계획을 보완$\cdot$발전시키기 위해 96 울진 원자력 방사능 방재 합동훈련이 지난 9월 11일 울진 원전 비상대책실과 울진 군청 상황실을 중심으로 실시되었다. 실제 훈련과 도상 훈련으로 나눠 시행된 이번 훈련은, 과학기술처$\cdot$내무부$\cdot$국방부$\cdot$경상북도$\cdot$한국원자력안전기술원 관계자와 미국$\cdot$프랑스 등 국제원자력기구 회원국 방재 전문가, 지역주민, 유관 기관 관계자 등 총 400여명이 참가하였으며, 헬기 및 해양 경비정을 동원하는 등 육$\cdot$해$\cdot$공의 입체적인 훈련으로 진행되었다.

건설산업은 한정된 공간에 많은 인력과 장비가 동시에 투입될 뿐만 아니라 대부분의 작업이 고층 또는 지하 등 취약한 장소에서 이루어지고 있어 사망 등 증대재해가 빈발하여 막대한 인명피해와 경제적 손실이 발생하고 있다. 지난해 건설재해로 인한 사망자수는 11월말까지 총 산재사망자 2천3백18명중 6백22명으로 나타나 건설업은 제조업과 함께 산재다발산업으로 인식되고 있으며, 특히 전문건설은 건설현장의 최일선에서 재해위험에 전면노출되어 있는 점을 감안할 때 보다 많은 시간과 경비를 투자하여 반복교육을 실시함으로써 근로자 스스로가 안전수칙을 준수하고 게을리 하지 않도록 유도해 나가야 하겠다.

다른 분야도 그렇지만 항공기 분야는 더욱 첨단 기술화하는 과정에서 그 개발비는 이제 아무리 부자나라라고 하더라도 한 나라에서 다 부담하기는 힘겨울 정도이다. 또 첨단기술을 구사한 무기에 이르러서는 더욱 그렇다. 이런 사정으로 부품등의 공급에 의한 상호보완도 하고 운용의 효율화와 경비도 분담하기 위해 공동개발이 유행처럼 되고 있다. 그 속사정을 드려다 보면 국제간 공동개발이란 그렇게 쉽게 단순한 것만도 아니다. 그런 의미에서 군사용을 비롯한 각종 항공 우주분야의 국제공동 개발의 내용을 살펴 보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the security guard of the destination and type of terrorism, surveillance, and identification / carried out in order to identify the recognition site the ability to respond to terrorism prevention measures, safety measures on terror. Analysis was conducted by the survey research through the literature for recognition of terrorism in order to derive the measured variables for the general recognition of the guards, pay security guard 300 patients.

The current estimation system of construction equipment cost was first introduced in 1960's when general contractors had ownership of equipment. However, most of construction equipment in construction sites has been rented from equipment leasing company these days. Therefore, the improvement of current cost estimation system is therefore inevitable in order to advance domestic construction industry. This study is aimed to suggest the improved system by analyzing nationwide market rental rates of major construction equipment. A user friendly prototype of actual database grounded on actual market rental rates collected from over 200 leasing companies in the nation was proposed. The database includes various rates and statistics analyzed by different form of contract as well as different region. Using the collected data, "The Cost Estimate System in Construction Equipment Database" was developed by using VBA(Visual Basic for Applications). The system makes users convenient to utilize the rental rates by choosing equipment and region, and various types of contract.

This study is concerned Meaning of the certificate of qualification and Prospect of the certificate of qualification in private security in korea. Now, private security area is need the certificate of qualification, and the first examination in 2006' in Korea has meaning that open the period of the certificate of qualification. The 40 university(include colleges) applied the first examination. This exam is enforced 11. 25. 2006. in six part area in Korea. The 822 students are applied and 763 students(the ratio of successful applicants 92.8%) passed this exam. This apply exam is meaning the start of new development and specialization in private security area. I hope that this exam is a opportunity of cooperation between industry and the academic world. Also, this exam is a opportunity of student in private security are more hard training before take a job. As my understanding this exam is the confirmation by an authority, this exam is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients.
