  • There are increasingly interests among researchers to focus on the relations between core benefits and situational variation of hotel restaurants, and make coordination of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to be more profitable of hotels. This study has investigated how much core benefits were effected by situational variation on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty for hotel restaurants. The result is suggested as follows as explained to test this study. First, core benefits were effected on customer satisfaction and loyalty as significant relationship. Second, situational variation was significantly effected on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction was influenced customer loyalty to be positive relations with satisfaction and loyalty for restaurants.

Analysis of impact structure on Business satisfaction and Continuous business intention by the conflict Response and processing of Apartment Reconstruction projects (공동주택 재건축 사업의 갈등대응 및 처리가 사업만족도 및 지속적 사업의사에 미치는 영향구조 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in housing reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure by using total 252 samples, this study adopts the final hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. In result, six out of the nine hyphothesis are adopted. then, The 'Response to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.618. In addition, the 'Handling to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.150. The 'Handling to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business' has a path coefficient of 0.101. and the 'management to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.644. In addition, the 'Intention for continuous business(H8)' shows a path coefficient of 0.258. Finally, The satisfaction of 'business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H9)' has a path coefficient of 0.391.

Finally, The 'satisfaction of business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.727.

Drivers' Learning Mechanism and Route Choice Behavior for Different Traffic Conditions (교통상황에 따른 운전자의 경로선택과 학습행동에 관한 연구)

  • When a route choice is done under uncertainty, a driver has some expectation of traffic conditions that will occur according to the route chosen. This study tries to build a framework in which we can observe the learning behavior of the drivers' expectations of the travel time under nonstationary environment. In order to investigate how drivers have their subjective expectations on traffic conditions in response to public information, a numerical experiment is carried out. We found that rational expectations(RE) formation about the route travel time can be expressed by the adaptive expectation model when the travel time changes in accordance with the nonstationary process which consists of permanent shock and transient shock. Also, we found that the adaptive parameter of the model converges to the fixed value corresponding to the route conditions.

  • 무인잠수정이 원하는 경로를 추종할 수 있도록 안정적인 운항제어를 수행하기 위해서는 잠수정의 동역학적 특성을 정확히 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 수중에서 거동하는 무인잠수정의 동역학적 특성은 제어입력뿐만 아니라 유체력계수에 의해 주로 결정되므로, 이러한 계수값을 정확하게 아는 것이 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 일반적으로 유체력계수는 PMM 시험과 같은 실험적 방법을 통하여 얻게 되지만 실험방법의 어려움과 실험장비들의 부정확성으로 인한 오차에 의하여, 얻어진 값들의 신뢰성이 많이 저하된다. 계수값들을 구할 수 있는 다른 방법으로는, 확장칼만필터 등과 같은 모델기반 추정 알고리즘을 통하여 유체력계수를 추정하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 확장칼만필터를 이용하여 유체력계수를 추정하도록 하였으며, 설계된 추정 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 기존에 수행된 PMM 시험에 의해 얻어진 유체력계수의 실험값과 비교 분석하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 만타형 무인잠수정을 이용하여 원하는 경로를 추종할 수 있도록, 추정된 유체력계수를 사용하여 수심제어 및 방향제어를 위한 슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 설계하였으며, 충분한 정확도를 가지고 원하는 경로를 추종함을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다.

Empirical Propagation Path Loss Model for ATC Telecommunication in the Concourse Environment (콘코스 환경에서 항공 정보통신의 실험적인 전파 경로 모델에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we studied the path loss model of Air Traffic Control(ATC) telecommunication radio channel at the Incheon International Airport(IIA) concourse area. We measured wave propagation characteristics on the two frequencies among VHF/UHF channel bands. The transmitting site radiated the Continuous Wave(CW). The propagation measurement was taken using the moving vehicle equipped with receiver and antenna. The transmitting power, frequency, and antenna height are the same as the current operating condition. The path loss exponent and intercept parameters were extracted by the basic path loss model and hata model. The path loss exponents at Concourse area were 3.1/3.13 and 3.01/3.38 respectively in 128.2MHz and 269.1MHz. The deviation of prediction error is 2.77/3.17 and 4.01/3.66. The new path loss equation at the Concourse area was also developed using the derived path loss parameters. The new path loss model was compared with other models. This result will be helpful for the ATC site selection and service quality evaluation.

Factors Affecting the Self-Esteem of Single Households from Low-Income Families Aged 50-60 years: Structural Equation Model Analysis (50-60대 저소득층 1인 가구의 자존감에 미치는 영향요인 : 구조방정식모형 분석)

  • This study was conducted to verify the factors affecting self-esteem of the 50-69 aged with low income in single person households. The subjects were 233 single households in the 50-69 aged low income from the 2019 welfare panel data provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. The dependent variable was defined as self-esteem, and independent variables were relationship satisfaction and life satisfaction. Data analysis was carried out by using SEM analysis, As a result, relationship satisfaction did not have a direct effect on self-esteem, with a low value (path coefficient =0.24). However, relationship satisfaction positively influenced life satisfaction (path coefficient =0.71), and life satisfaction positively influenced the self-esteem (path coefficient =0.46). Thus life satisfaction between relationship satisfaction and self-esteem had a mediator effect on self-esteem with 0.32 value. Therefore, establishing the strategy which supports poor single person households, policy makers should consider methods improving relationship satisfaction and life satisfaction.

A Logit Type of Public Transit Trip Assignment Model Considering Stepwise Transfer Coefficients (Stepwise 환승계수를 고려한 Logit 유형 대중교통통행배정모형)

  • This study proposes a concept of Stepwise Transfer Coefficient(STC) which implies greater transfer cost with increasing the number of transfers. Thus, the public transport information system provides the choice sets of travel routes by the consideration of not only transportation time but also the optimum number of transfers. However, path choice problems that involve STC are found to include non additive cost, which requires additional route enumeration works. Discussions on route enumeration in actual transportation networks is very complicated, thereby warranting a theoretical examination of route search considering STC. From these points of view, this study results in a probability based transit trip assignment model including STC. This research also uses incoming link based entire route deletion method. The entire route deletion method proposed herein simplifies construction of an aggregation of possible routes by theoretically supporting the process of enumeration of the different routes from origin to destination. Conclusively, the STC reflected route based logit model is proposed as a public transportation transit trip assignment model.

  • 본 논문에서는 ANC 시스템의 빠른 수렴을 위하여 2차 경로 필터를 초기화하는 방법을 제안한다. 대부분의 ANC 시스템에서는 2차 경로 필터를 설계하기 위하여 LMS 알고리즘을 사용한다. 그러나 기존의 방법들은 2차 경로 필터의 초기 계수 값을 0으로 설정하기 때문에 필터의 수렴 시간이 길어진다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 미리 구한 계수 값을 2차 경로 필터의 초기값으로 설정하여 필터의 수렴 시간을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하면 2차 경로 필터의 초기 단계부터 에러가 작게 나타내며, 이에 따라 ANC 시스템의 수렴이 빨라진다. 상용 헤드셋을 이용하여 제안하는 방법을 실험하였으며, 기존 방법보다 빠르게 ANC 시스템이 수렴하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 음향반향제거기에서 상관계수를 이용하여 동시통화 구간을 검출하는 방법에서 검출 오류로 인해 발생되는 문제점에 대해서 다룬다. 상관계수(correlation coefficient)를 이용한 DT 검출 방법에서 동시통화 구간과 반향경로의 변화를 명확하게 구분 짓는 문턱값 설정이 어렵기 때문에 때때로 검출 오류가 발생한다. 즉, 동시통화 중간에 반향경로가 변함으로써 동시통화 구간의 끝점 검출에 실패하거나 반항경로 변화를 DT로 잘못 인식하는 경우가 발생하는데, 이럴 경우 더 이상 적응필터의 계수를 갱신을 할 수 없는 상태에 빠지기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 반향제거기에 보조필터를 사용하여 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 이는 보조필터가 기준입력신호(reference signal)를 이용하여 변화된 반향신호 성분은 추정할 수 있지만 근단화자 신호는 추정할 수 없다는 점을 이용한다 실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘이 검출 오류로 인해 발생되는 문제를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
