A Study On the Design for Marketing Divisions of Construction Companies in relations to the Changes of Domestic Business Environment (국내 건설환경 변화에 따른 수주조직구조 설계에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, many Korean construction companies have tried to modify organization structures in order to increase the performance profit while coping with environmental changes in the construction market. Most Korean construction companies are adapting to environmental changes and devote various struggle for maximizing the result of receiving order. Especially, the organization structure of Marketing Divisions is the important for management performance and is the important key elements to attain the management goals. This research on construction companies organization has never been dealt before in korea. Through this research, the relationship between construction environmental changes and management performance profit is proven and is reflected when making the Marketing Divisions. It suggests the Marketing Divisions structure model by business type and receiving order type. Also, the result of this research could be used the important basic data that is necessary to the organization model development and this model development can be prepared for facing the new environmental changes in the near future.

  • Despite the recent economic contraction caused by the Corona 19 incident, interest in the residential environment is growing as more people live at home due to the increase in telecommuting, thereby increasing demand for remodeling. In addition, the government's real estate policy is also expected to have a visible impact on the sales of the interior and furniture industries as it shifts from regulatory policy to the expansion of housing supply. Accurate demand forecasting is a problem directly related to inventory management, and a good demand forecast can reduce logistics and inventory costs due to overproduction by eliminating the need to have unnecessary inventory. However, it is a difficult problem to predict accurate demand because external factors such as constantly changing economic trends, market trends, and social issues must be taken into account. In this study, LSTM model and 1D-CNN model were compared and analyzed by artificial intelligence-based time series analysis method to produce reliable results for manufacturers producing furniture components.

  • This study aims to analyze tourist inflow trends and consumption patterns using a geographic information system and big data analysis system. Songdo Central Park and Chinatown were selected among the major tourist destinations in Incheon, and floating population analysis and card sales analysis were conducted for one month in June 2017. The number of tourists visiting Songdo Central Park from metropolitan cities across the country was highest in the order of Incheon Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi-do, and Seoul Metropolitan City, and the proportion of foreign tourists was the highest in China. The number of card consumption used by Chinatown tourists was 12.4% higher for men than for women, and the amount of card consumption was also higher for men by 18%. This study has implications for proposing a strategic plan for tourism policy by analyzing the inflow trend and consumption pattern of tourists and deriving major issues in the establishment of tourism policy. Based on this study, it is expected that it can be helpful in improving the construction of tourism infrastructure in the future.

An Analysis of the International Trends of Research on Artificial Intelligence in Education Using Topic Modeling (인공지능 활용 교육의 토픽모델링 분석을 통한 수학교육 연구 방향의 함의)

  • This study analyzed the international trends of research concerning artificial intelligence in education by examining 352 papers recently published in the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education(IJAIED) with the topic modeling method. The IJAIED is the official, SCOPUS-indexed journal of the International AIED Society. The analysis revealed that international AIED research trends could be categorized into eight topics with topics such as analyzing student behavior model in learning systems and designing feedback to student solutions being increased over time, whereas research focusing on data handling methods was decreased over time. Based on the findings implications and suggestions for the research and development of the applications of AIED were provided.

기존 도시의 U-City 구축 필요성 및 고도화 방안

  • '08.3월 U-City법이 제정되었고, '09년에 U-City법에 근거한 제1차 유비쿼터스도시종합계획 (이하 U-City종합계획)이 수립되었다. 이후 계획에 따라 U-City R&D, U-City시범도시 지원사업 등이 추진되었으며, 기술, 서비스, 인력양성, 산업지원, 법제도 개선 등 다양한 부문에 U-City 지원 정책이 시행되었다. 이로 인해 국내 U-City 사업이 활발히 추진되었으나 주로 공공 주도의 신도시를 중심으로 구축되어 과도한 건설비용 및 관리운영비 부담, 중복투자 등의 다양한 문제를 발생하게 된다. 결국 신도시 조성 개발이익을 통한 U-City 구축은 건설경기의 침체와 함께 심각한 위기를 맞게 된다. 하지만 새정부 출범 이후 U-City는 창조경제 대표사업으로 채택되어 재도약할 수 있는 계기가 마련되었고 정부는 지역경제 활성화의 일환으로 도시재생사업에 U-City를 접목하는 등 U-City 부흥을 위한 시도를 지속적으로 하고 있다. 특히 신도시 개발로 치우쳐서 발생된 기존도시와의 불균형을 해소하기 위해 다각도로 해결방안을 모색하고 있다. 이에 현 시점에서는 기존도시에 초점을 맞추어 U-City 방향을 살펴보는 연구가 필요하며, 기존 신도시형 U-City가 추구했던 정보통신 위주의 계획에서 벗어나 지역특성 및 수준 등을 고려한 도시계획적 측면으로 접근하는 것이 바람직하다. 본고에서는 국내외 스마트시티 동향을 파악하고 우리나라의 신도시개발형 U-City 구축 현황의 문제점을 진단하여 기존도시형 U-City 구축의 필요성을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 실효성 있는 기존도시 U-City 구현을 위하여 도시계획적 관점에서의 고도화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

  • The elder problem is very serious stage in the age of present. This paper carries out scientometric analysis based on keyword that effort of global researcher for this research field as viewpoint of ICT and healthcare in order to settle physical exercise and rehabilitation of elder. First, this paper performs analysis of linkage relation of keyword. Second this paper carries out the analysis of degree distribution and centrality analysis of network based on betweenness centrality, closeness centrality and harmony centrality. Through this process, this paper reviews research trend of present and future through core keyword in the field of ICT and healthcare.

  • Outdoor sports activities have been restricted by serious air pollution, such as fine dust and yellow dust, and abnormal meteorological change, such as heatwave and heavy snow. These environmental problems have rapidly increased the demand for indoor sports activities. Virtual sports, such as virtual golf, virtual baseball, virtual soccer, etc., allow playing various sports games without going outdoors. Indoor sports industries and markets have seen rapid growth since the advent of virtual sports. Most virtual sports platforms use screen-based virtual reality techniques, which are why they are called screen sports. However, these platforms cannot support various sports games, especially virtual match games, such as squash, boxing, and so on, because existing screen-based virtual reality sports techniques use real balls and players. This article presents screen-based haptic-augmented reality technologies for a new virtual sports platform. The new platform does not use real balls and players to solve the limitations of previous platforms. Here, various technologies, including human motion tracking, human action recognition, haptic feedback, screen-based augmented-reality systems, and augmented-reality sports content, are unified for the new virtual sports platform. From these haptic-augmented reality technologies, the proposed platform supports sports games, including indoor virtual matches, that existing virtual sports platforms cannot support.

Analysis of Research Trends in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Education (공업교육계열 전기.전자.통신교육 관련 연구 동향 분석)

  • This study aims at analyzing the research trend in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subject since 1973, which is the beginning year in research in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subjects, up to the present year of 2010. We also try to provide explicit directions and suggestions for future researches. A total of 98 studies, including master's and doctoral theses, were collected through RISS(Research Information Sharing Service), KISS(Koreanstudies Information Service System), and DBPIA(special database for domestic research information). Three researchers reviewed them using analytic method. The results were as follows. Of the researches analyzed, 2 studies(2.04%) were in 1970's. The researches in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subjects were not actively performed until 1996. Since then, 92.86% of total studies have been done so far and the number of research activities in these subjects are shown to be continuously growing. 50 studies were related with Curriculum and instruction area. Design/Development of Instruction Material area was the most popular topic, and Education Assessment area the least. Research design was mainly descriptive, and studies in academic journals were more than the dissertations. Research mostly focused on the students and the teachers as subjects. University was the main research agency where studies were carried out.

  • Urban expansion has caused environmental problems, traffic jam and real estate. Trend analysis of Urban expansion is needed for analysis and prediction of the existing problem-solving, urban planning and land use. In this study, We constructed database based on MOE(Minister of environment)'s landcover(1980's, 2000's), 1: 25,000 digital topographical map using of DEM and data of the National Statistical Office for urban and build up expand analysis of South Korea. As a result, The rate of increase in population of Gyeonggi-do, Incheon and Ulsan are high but Jeollanam-do is low. Area of development zone was 2.15 fold increase in comparison with before it. Slope aspect is south or east and urban expansion was increase in district such as Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi-do, Jeollanam-do. Existing road of accessibility was high than development zone. Metropolitan city developre it. In conclusion, we found that South Korea urban expansion was developed from metropolitan city. In natural topographical conditions, the development was progress advantageous zone to disadvantageous zone. Also, we found that population was rapidly increase with new development as the center zone in urban expansion zone.

The Research Trend Analysis of the Korean Journal of Physical Education using Mecab-ko Morphology Analyzer (Mecab-ko 형태소 분석을 이용한 한국체육학회지 연구동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate what kind of research fields are preferred by the researcher of the Korean Physical Education Society using the Mecab-ko morpheme analysis and whether there are differences in the interests of researchers between the humanities and social sciences and natural sciences. A total of the data collected for this study are 5,014 papers published online from March 2002 to March 2017 in the Korean Journal of Physical Education was collected. In this study, we used Mecab-ko morpheme analyzer to extract the keyword from the collected documents. As a result, the study found that the number of papers published in KAHPERD appeared to be decreasing. It was also that the main concern of researchers in KAHPERD toward was leisure, live sports and health were relatively higher than the improvement of performance. The research subjects that were interested in the research were women, middle-aged and elderly. The study found that researchers in the humanities and social sciences have shown interest in both traditional research and social interests, while researchers in the natural sciences have shown an interest in a deeper study of traditional research. In conclusion, in order to realize the revitalization of sports convergence research, it is necessary to establish standards for the field of study which should focus on the depth and breadth of research.
