Advancement of mobile technology opened new business field in existing marketing area and in spirit of depression of advertisement market due to worldwide shrunken business, investment mobile advertisement market only jas a tendency to increase. In this paper I tried to know some factors to influence on the acceptance of customer to receive the referring advertisement continually through the study of 'KaKaotalk Plus Friends', a kind of marketing platform of KaKaotalk, the model killer application of Smart Phone. For this purpose I developed the research model based on Customer Value Theory and Social Exchange Theory etc. Futhermore based on these theories I studied the facts to influence on the acceptance of customer using KaKaotalk Plus Friends Service.

Recently, e-sports has been receiving social attention. Game leadership is a necessary skill to perform effective game tasks, and it is very important to e-sports game and improve teamwork. As a result, there is a need to identify psychosocial factor that promote game leadership. This study tried to examine how game motivation, game efficacy, and psychological factors(self-control, social intelligence, self-esteem) reported to have an important effect on leadership have relation with game leadership to MOBA genre users who were known to consider role of game leadership as important factor. We used data from 196 adolescents using MOBA games for surveys. As a result of analysis, internet game time, game efficacy, and social intelligence had a positive relationship with game leadership. And game motivation(social, exploration and escape) also had a positive effect on game leadership. But self-control, self-esteem and some game motivations(acquisition, achievement) was not significant.

본 연구는 노인복지관 사회복지사들을 대상으로 LMX, TMX를 높이기 위하여 조직문화 감성지능의 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 150 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월부터 두달간 이루어졌고 요인분석, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 관계문화와 사회복지사의 감성지능이 LMX, TMX에 정적인 영향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관의 구성원들의 수평적, 수직적 상호관계를 증진하기 위하여 관계문화의 형성이 필요하며, 구성원들의 감성지능의 중요성을 확인하였다.

This study is intended to learn about the factors appearing in parenting stress and the copying strategies by targeting marriage immigrant women who are raising middle and high school student. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted on seven participants of Marriage Migrant Women who are living in Seoul and Gyeongi area. Generally to say, first of results showed that the personal factors, family factors, social factors and enculturative factors were found out as the factors of parenting stress of them. Secondly, problem-centered and emotion-focused coping strategies for the factors of stress were the main ways. Specifically, as the individual factors, the self-efficiency was coped with problem-focused ways and the parenting roles were coped with emotion-focused ways. As the family factors, child's activity and sociality impact their school adjustment and their mother's parenting stress and, various copying strategies were used depending on the different situation. For the social factors, looking for family supporting as the active problem-focused coping ways were used in husband's family and looking for emotional comfort as the emotion-focused coping ways were used in parents' home. In the case of enculturative factors, the emotion-focused coping strategies were used for the Public gaze and the prejudice around them that caused overwhelming sense of helplessness.

This study purpose is to improve athletes by investigating the relation between the leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow. The sampling method was non-probabilistic sampling method. The number of questionnaires was 381 for analyzing the data. SPSS/PC+ Window 21.0 version statistical program were used for analyzing the questionnaire answers. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The study results are as follows. First, there were positive correlations between leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow, but not between authoritative behavior of leader behavior type and exercise flow. Second, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on satisfaction of athletes was positive on social interaction related with training, instruction, and social support, on task execution related with training and instruction, and on coaching related with training, instruction, and positive feedback. Third, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on flow of exercise was positive on cognitive commitment related with training, instructions and positive feedback, and on behavioral commitment related with training, instructions, positive feedback, and social interaction. So, athletes will be able to perform good exercise skills if they come to the game in flowing exercise satisfaction and exercise.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between teacher's emotional intelligence, consciousness of professionalism, and strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Methods: The subjects in this study were 237 childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyoungi Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. As for data analysis, the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Multiple Regressions were conducted through SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The findings of the study were discussed as follows. First, emotional intelligence of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Second, consciousness of professionalism of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Conclusion/Implications: First, The findings showed that as teachers had the high level of ability in recognizing and expressing their emotion preciously, so the elements triggering the situation of problem were identified and captured, and the ability of use of preventive strategies in advance increased. 본 연구는 경기도 구리시의 2개 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생을 대상으로 시력 저하 실태 및 그와 관련된 요인들을 알아보고 시력 저하 예방교육의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도 된 연구이다. 자료의 수집은 2009년 11월 1일부터 12월 10일까지 초등학교 5학년, 6학년 학생 793명(남 417명, 여 376명)이었고 2009학년도의 시력검사자료 분석과 문헌 및 기존의 조사도구를 토대로 개발한 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0(한글판)프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, $x^2$-test 및 로지스틱 회귀분석의 통계적 방법으로 분석하였다. 시력저하에 유의한 영향요인으로 좌측시력을 종속변수로 한 경우 중 일반특성에 따른 변수인 부모 및 형제와 자매가 안경 및 렌즈 착용하는 경우, 경제적으로 어려울수록 시력 저하 자가 많았고, 환경특성에 따른 변수인 거실 및 방안밝기가 어두울수록, 컴퓨터 사용 시 실내밝기가 어두울수록, TV의 눈높이 및 컴퓨터 모니터의 눈높이가 높을수록 시력 저하 자가 많았다. 우측시력을 종속변수로 한 경우 중 일반특성에 따른 변수인 부모가 안경 및 렌즈를 착용할수록, 형제 와 자매가 안경 및 렌즈를 착용할수록, 경제적으로 어려울수록 시력 저하 자가 많았고, 환경특성에 따른 변수인 거실 및 방안밝기가 어두울수록, 컴퓨터 사용 시 실내밝기가 어두울수록, TV의 눈높이 및 컴퓨터 모니터의 눈높이가 높을수록 시력 저하 자가 많았다. 안경 및 렌즈를 종속변수로 한 경우 중 일반특성에 따른 변수인 부모 및 형제와 자매가 안경 및 렌즈를 착용할수록, 경제적으로 어려울수록 시력 저하 자가 많았으며, 환경특성에 따른 변수인 거실 및 방안밝기의 실내밝기가 어두울수록, TV의 눈높이 및 컴퓨터 모니터의 눈높이가 높을수록 시력 저하 자가 많았다. 눈 건강상태를 종속변수로 한 경우 중 일반특성에 따른 변수인 경제적으로 어려울수록 시력 저하 자가 많았고, 건강행동특성에 따른 변수인 주관적인 건강상태가 나쁠수록, 눈 피로감이 있을수록 시력 저하 자가 많았으며 환경특성에 따른 변수인 거실 및 방안밝기의 실내 밝기가 어두울수록 시력 저하 자가 많았다. 시력저하관련 요인을 연구한 결과 학생들의 시력 저하 자가 매년 증가하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 유전적 요인에 의한 시력저하는 개인의 노력에 의하여 사전예방이 어렵지만 환경적 요인에 의한 시력저하는 노력과 관심으로 사전예방이 가능하므로 학생들의 시력건강증진을 위하여 학부모와 학교 및 전문 의료기관이 서로 연계적인 협조 하에 학생들 개개인에 맞는 효율적인 시력증진관리프로그램 개발하는 것이 필요하고, 현행학교시력검사의 정확성을 기하기 위하여 표준화된 시력검사 지침을 개발하여 사용할 필요가 있으며, 지역 및 환경적 배경이 다르다 보니 연구결과가 다르게 나타나는 경우가 있는데 객관적인 결과를 도출하기 위하여 여러 지역의 학생을 대상으로 다양하고 체계적인 연구를 해야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze data from the Ministry of Health, Safety and Health and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the total number of deaths (disease + accidents) reached 2,020 in 2019 and the estimated economic loss was 27.6 trillion won. This is believed to be the time to present improvements to ensure that economic loss estimates are steadily increasing as in Table 1, and that government-level losses can be drastically reduced. Method: In this study, factors were selected through prior research, and reliability analysis, technical statistics and correlation analysis, and multi-term analysis were conducted through the Jamovi program for the analysis of results. Result: Multiple session analysis was conducted to verify the research theory indicated in this study, and the analysis showed that mechanical and management factors did not affect the fall death accident of the opening, and human factors, material and environmental factors had a static effect. In addition, mechanical and administrative factors do not affect the fall of the outer wall, and human and material and environmental factors have a static effect. Conclusion:: As a result of analyzing 450 falling deaths over the past 13 years among the data posted to the Korea Health and Safety Corporation, the most common causes of falling deaths were the openings and outer walls.

Domestic recessions, business restructurings, voluntary resignations and youth unemployment crises have fueled competition in the start-up market, and business start-up is increasingly incited as a means to make a living under circumstances. However, ill-prepared business start-ups result in bankruptcy. Profound knowledge and skills are required for successful start-up. A successful entrepreneur of a business is often not born but made. The purpose of this study was to examine the success factors of successful venture entrepreneurs in an effort to make some suggestions on entrepreneurship education. After the characteristics of the selected successful venture entrepreneurs were analyzed, 18 items were selected as their success factors, and the following six things were presented as what should be taken into account in relation to the competency of a successful entrepreneur: First, achievement-needs characteristics and goal-oriented characteristics that belong to the characteristics of entrepreneurs could be educationally taken advantage of in entrepreneurship education. Second, achievement-needs characteristics are an educational element of the preparatory stage, and goal-oriented characteristics are an educational element for business administration after starting a business. Third, hands-on experience is mandatory since learning by experience is quite important for entrepreneurs. Fourth, entrepreneurship education is more effective when it targets the younger generations. Fifth, the kind of educational support that is to assess the entrepreneurship of prospective entrepreneurs to help them improve their overall entrepreneurship is required. Finally, entrepreneurship education should be offered by a person with experience of setting up a business so that he or she could inform learners of their practical experience and knowhow.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of arousal control training conjugated heart rate biofeedback for national substitute three archery players. The arousal control training programs was developed on previous researches and 3 archery experts and 1 sport psychologist had meetings. The training programs contained as orientation, breathing regulation, progressive relaxation technique, heart rate biofeedback, cognitive restructuring, routine and consisted of 24 weeks. XCOACH was utilized as heart rate biofeedback instrument. The effects was examined on competitive state anxiety inventory-2, archery score and ranking, observation, interviews and self assessment. As the results, the score of subfactor was improved on somatic state anxiety, cognitive state anxiety and self-confidence. As the results of observation, interviews and self assessment, the ability of arousal control was enhanced by using effective psychological skills conjugated heart rate biofeedback.
