A Study on the environmental factors that affect married life and life satisfaction of elderly couple - Moderating Effect of Spouse Support - (노년기 부부의 결혼생활 만족도와 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 환경요인에 관한 연구 - 배우자 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This study of elderly couples examined the main environmental factors affecting the married life satisfaction and life satisfaction of the spouses. The survey was conducted on 60-year-old elderly couples who live in the metropolitan area of Seoul and Gyeonggi. A total of 400 questionnaires were used to analyze the exception of a number of 12 388 additional missing data. The results were as follows. First, environmental factors affecting the marital satisfaction of spouses' personality suitability and gender role attitudes appeared in the economic conditions. Second, the spouses environmental factors affecting the life satisfaction turned out to be the gender role attitude, reliability and economic conditions. Third, the major environmental factors affecting both spouses married life satisfaction and life satisfaction was found to be the gender role attitude and economic conditions. Fourth, the environmental factors representing a moderating effect on the supporting spouse between environmental factors and life satisfaction appeared to be the personality suitability and economic conditions. These results suggest that the recent increases in the twilight divorce rate may be due to the marriage satisfaction and common factors of gender role attitudes. Therefore, to improve the lives and economic conditions as well as the satisfaction of the spouse, the support of important factors are needed to adjust the crisis of old age couples. Therefore, a relevant policy that targets elderly couples through counseling and education will be needed.

The Effects of Job Environment and Job Esteem on Job Satisfaction in Skin Beauticians (피부미용사의 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to look into the effects of the job environment and job esteem on job satisfaction in the field of skin beauticians. To achieve this, a survey of their characteristics, job environment, job esteem and job satisfaction was carried out on 470 women in their 20s~50s working at skin care shops in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. First, it was found that the effects of the working environment on their vocational satisfaction, sense of belonging, level of contribution, wages and welfare, which are sub-factors of job satisfaction, are relatively high. This result shows that it is important to ensure proper resting facilities and resting areas. Second, it was shown that the higher the social evaluation, self-(implicit) assessment, future value, and self-fulfillment orientation, the higher the sub-factors of job satisfaction. This means that it is important to treat skin beauticians as professionals in order to improve their social recognition. The sub-factors of job environment-working conditions, organizational environment and job stability, and sub-factors of job environment-social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation, future value and self-achievement orientation, had a major effect on the sub-factors of job satisfaction, respectively. Together with the general improvement in the sub-factors of job environment, the future value, as well as social evaluation, self(intrinsic) evaluation and self-achievement orientation, which together constituted the current value of job esteem, were the major factors affecting job satisfaction. Consequently, this study hopes to contribute to the development of the skin beauty industry by providing basic data on personnel management for skin care managers to improve skin beauticians' job satisfaction.

  • 최근 몇 년간 지속된 국내 건설경기 침체로 설비건설업계는 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 금년 1월 1일부터 기계설비공사의 겸업제한이 폐지되면서 일반건설사도 기계설비의 면허취득이 가능해지는 등 설비건설업계에 많은 변화가 일고 있다. 이처럼 개방과 불황의 파고를 넘기 위해서는 기업의 경쟁력 강화가 그 어느 때보다도 절실히 요구되고 있다. 기업은 신기술 신공법 개발 및 알뜰경영으로 경쟁력을 강화시키는 것도 중요하지만 전사적인 안전관리로 근로손실에 의한 생산성 저하, 재해보상금 지급 등 안전사고와 관련한 지출을 크게 줄이는 것도 경쟁력 강화의 한 요인으로 주목되고 있다. 최근들어 안전 보건 및 환경 등에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 건설업계는 기업경영의 우수성을 객관적으로 평가받을 수 있는 안전보건경영시스템 인증 취득이 늘어나고 있다. 더구나 설비건설업계의 숙원사업인 분리발주와 유사한 주계약자공동도급이 올해부터 기계설비공사에 적용되면서 일반건설업체도 기계설비건설업체와 공동도급을 받기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이럴 때 설비건설업체가 경쟁에서 우위를 선점할 수 있는 요건은 무엇일까? 기술력, 신뢰도 등 여러 가지 요인이 있겠지만 안전보건경영시스템 인증도 한 몫 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 지난 2001년 안전보건경영시스템 인증이 도입된 이후 지난 3월 30일 현재 설비건설업계는 14개 업체가 인증을 취득했다. 본지는 지난 2006년 9월호에 건설업 안전보건경영시스템을 특집으로 소개한 바 있다. 최근들어 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 이에 대한 문의가 많아짐에 따라 이번 호에는 안전보건경영시스템에 대해 다시 한번 알아본다.

청소년 기업가정신 교육이 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 과학기술의 발전과 이에 따른 급속한 사회변화 속에서 청소년의 진로를 탐색하고 역량을 높이기 위해 운영되고 있는 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 미래인재로서 진로탐색을 위해 다양한 시도를 해야 할 필요성이 있는 시기이므로 청소년들에게 다양한 기회를 발견하고 활용하여 문제 상황을 해결해보는 경험이 필요하다할 수 있다. 기업가정신의 구성요인은 일반적으로 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성을 포함한다. 위험감수성은 불확실한 결과가 예상됨에도 과감히 도전하려는 의지이고, 진취성은 새로운 기회를 선제적 및 적극적으로 포착하기 위한 노력이며, 혁신성이 새로운 변화와 혁신을 선호하고 추구하면서 문제를 해결하려는 노력이라는 점에서 기회와 창의성, 문제해결력이 기업가정신에 중요한 요인에 포함됨을 판단할 수 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성 측정항목으로 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량으로 정하고, 기업가적 태도 하위항목으로 기회발견과 창의성 역량을, 창의성 역량의 세부지표로 창의적 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사소통능력, 혁신적 업무행동능력 선정하였다. 진로개발역량의 하위항목으로 진로설계, 개척정신을 정하였으며 진로설계의 세부지표로 자기탐색, 직업탐색, 직업가치관, 진로태도를, 개척정신의 세부지표로 차별화태도, 도전정신을 선정하였다. 이의 측정을 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 경기도 소재 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과로 기업가정신 함양 프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 역량이 높아졌는지에 대한 검증이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기의 마련과 기업가정신 교육에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 기업가정신 교육의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effects of Adversity Quotient and R&D Capabilities on Corporate Performance: The Mediating Role of Organizational Creativity Influencing Factors (역경지수와 연구개발역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 조직창의성 영향요인의 매개역할)

  • This study examined the effects of adversity quotient and R&D capabilities on corporate performance and the mediating role of organizational creativity influencing factors in the relationship between these variables. This study established seven hypotheses, divided the adversity quotient into control, reach, and endurance, divided organizational creativity influencing factors into organizational resources and creative management practices, and divided corporate performance into management performance and technical performance. This study distributed 1,000 One hundred and sixteenquestionnaires to CEOs working at small and medium-sized technology start-ups in Gyeonggi-do and collected 122 copies under anonymous names. 116 questionnaires were used for hypothesis testing, excluding 6 cases in which responses were unfaithful or omitted. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that reach among the adversity quotient was positively related to organizational resources. Second, among the adversity quotient, control was found to have a positive(+) effect on management performance and technical performance, respectively. Third, organizational management practices were found to have a positive(+) effect on management performance. Fifth, organizational resources were found to partially mediate the relationship between control and technical performance, and to fully mediate the relationship between reach and technical performance. Finally, this study discussed the theoretical and practical implications of the research results.

An Analysis of the Development Potential at the Urban Regeneration Area (도시재생지역 개발 잠재력 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study firstly finds the factors for positive development of urban regeneration cases from the point of view of a public sector, and then analyzes the development potential of Urban Regeneration Projects in Gyeonggi-do through the methodology able to measure the development potential objectively. The process to analyze the development potential is as follows. First, after finding indices through literature review, indices with redundancy and similarity are drawn by the discussion with relative experts. Second, four clusters and twelve indices are drawn by the verification of experts. Finally, criticality analysis of indices are analyzed by ANP. According to the result to apply criticality analysis of indices to urban regeneration cases, factors related to residential environment and local economy influence development potential more than those related to infrastructures and land-use.

  • Investors should understand and actively consider factors like location, future value, policies, pricing, market trends, and their income, as these elements can shift with changing local, social, economic, and policy environments. This study seeks to clarify the impact of investment factors on the performance and reinvestment intentions of Sejong City investors by surveying those who have invested in real estate. This study employs a structural equation model with confirmatory factor analysis, focusing on four aspects: value, economic and policy, psychological, and financial. We find that the investment value factor has the largest impact on investment performance, indicating that investors prioritize the investment value of real estate in Sejong City. In addition, factors increasing asset value and expected satisfaction were significant, indicating that real estate investment in Sejong City yields high returns and investor satisfaction. with a positive outlook for future reinvestment.

Factors Influencing on Career Preparation Behavior among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate major selection motivation, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and career preparation behavior as well as identify influencing factors on the career preparation behavior of nursing students. The data were collected using questionnaires filled out by 208 nursing students in their junior and senior years at two universities in Jeollanam-do and Gyenggi-do, from November 1, 2018 to December 20, 2018. Data ware analyzed by using the SPSS Win 22.0 program (frequency, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis). The mean score of career preparation behavior was 2.74±0.70 (range:1-5). There was a significant positive correlation between major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and career preparation behavior. For the multiple regression analysis, meaningful variables that significantly influenced career preparation behavior were nursing professionalism and general characteristics (grade, career preparation period). These factors explained 21.5% of the variance. Improvement of the above meaningful variables allowed better career preparation behavior. The results show that among students with weak meaningful variables, improvement of the above meaningful variables can improve job preparing behavior. In order to improve career preparation behavior, a career preparation program should be developed that reflects meaningful variables.

  • The purpose of this study is the study of factors affecting the life satisfaction of disabled children parents. Survey data metropolitan area and Gyeonggi-do special schools, day shelter, Disabled Welfare, especially on the national branch in Korea Funny disabled parent meetings, through 389 branches were collected material wealth targeting parents with disabilities. Statistical analysis SPSS 19.0 program utilizes factor analysis, reliability analysis. And parents of children with disabilities and environmental factors are the demographic characteristics in order to analyze the impact on life satisfaction as a control variable, and the environmental factors as independent variables were performed hierarchical regression analysis. Results are crazy and the positive(+) influence a religious presence and the average monthly income of demographic characteristics in the satisfaction of life, environmental factors all had significant influence on life satisfaction. In other words, family support, disability, social networks, personal nature had a positive(+) influence on life satisfaction of disabled children parents, the relative influence of these factors include family support, disability, social networks, net of personality. It was in. The result is handicapped parents receive emotional support and help from family, the lower the degree of disability of the child, as participation in meetings or disability welfare various programs and handicapped parents, and the more it has a positive character increased satisfaction in life that can be interpreted.

A Study on the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy for Discharged Soldiers After Mid-to Long-term Service : Based on The Outplacement Service (중장기 복무 제대군인 대상 진로결정 자기효능감에 관한 연구 : 전직지원서비스를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the outplacement service on the career decision-making self-efficacy of discharged soldiers after mid- to long-term service. The survey carried out for this research was on 557 male discharged solders living in the Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi areas. The information was processed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability measurement, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis by means of the SPSSWIN 22.0 program. The results of this study suggest that counseling, education and training affect only some sub-factors of the career decision self-efficacy. Administrative support positively affects the job information collection skill, goal setting skill, planning skill, and problem solving skill among the sub-factors of the career decision self-efficacy. Job activities support had no effect on the career decision self-efficacy.
