Seasonal Variation and Storage Period of Rainwater Quality in Changwon (창원지역 빗물의 계절변화 및 저류시간에 따른 수질변화)

  • This study investigated variation of rainwater quality by seasonal and storage duration of rainwater in Changwon city. Seasonally, the pollutants concentration of rainwater were higher in spring and winter. In the case of rainwater and storage rainwater quality, pH of rainwater was 4.3, storage rainwaters were 6.0 and Turbidity increased about 8 times from 1.82 NTU to 14.61 NTU. The changes of storage water quality during the storage period, initial KMnO4 consumption rainwater was exceeded drinking water standard. Total solid in rainwater was detected as 116 mg/L, it tended to stable at around 70∼80mg/L after storage period for a 6day.

Progressive Failure of a Rock Slope by the Subcritical Crack Growth of Asperities Along Joints (절리면의 응력확대계수가 파괴인성보다 작은 암반사면의 진행성 파괴)

  • Numerical analysis of the progressive failure of a rock slope was conducted using a 3-D rock joint element considering fracture mechanics and subcritical crack growth of asperities in the rock joints. Even though the stress state in the rock slope is not changing, the elapse of time causes subcritical crack growth to break asperities in the joints. The increase of broken asperities causes failure of joints in the rock slope and the increase of failed joints results in failure of a jointed rock slope. As a result, the progressive failure of a jointed rock slope due to the gradual breaking of small asperities along joints generated by subcritical crack growth occurs at a lower stress than if rock failure occurred by exceeding the static strength or fracture toughness.

  • 감전보호$\cdot$누전화재보호로서 누전차단기가 일반적으로 사용되고 있는데 이 누전차단기가 누전으로 트립되었을 경우 (1) 누전트립이 재현되지 않는다. (2) 누설전류치가 고조파의 영향 때문에 측정이 곤란하다는 등의 이유로 원인조사가 어려운 경우가 많다. 그래서 누전차단기의 동작원인조사를 지원하는 기기로서 WS시리즈의 노퓨즈차단기 및 누전차단기에 각종 누설전류치의 액정표시유닛을 탑재한 $''$누설전류표시부 노퓨즈차단기$\cdot$누전차단기$''$를 제품화하였다. 이에 의하여 전로에 영상변류기(ZCT)와 계측기 등을 설치하지 않고 전로의 절연열화상태나 누전사고 상황을 간단하게 파악할 수가 있다. 또 액정표시유닛의 제어전원은 차단기 내부에 포함하고 있기 때문에 특별배선작업은 불필요하다. 이 제어전원은 차단기가 오프상태 또는 트립상태에서는 끊어지나 내부에 전기이중충 콘덴서를 내장하고 있기 때문에 각종 누설전류 정보를 표시할 수가 있다(정전보상시간 100시간). 주요특징은 다음과 같다. (1)각종 누설전류의 계측과 표시(현재치, 최대치, 이동평균치, 이동평균의 최대치, 각 최대치의 발생경과시간) (2) 누전경보의 설정 감도를 세분화하여 설정가능 또한 접점경보출력 표준탑재 (3) 누전트립 발생시의 누전사고전류치 및 누전사고 발생으로부터의 경과시간 표시(누전차단기만) (4) 미쓰비시전기 누전차단기의 액티브필터와 같은 특성의 필터를 내장하고 있으며 누전차단기의 동작특성에 맞는 누설전류치 표시가능 (5) 누전경보만으로 누전트립 동작을 하지 않는 누설전류표시부 노퓨즈차단기 라인업

  • 다공질 실리콘을 대기에 노출시켰을 때 시간이 경과하면, 초기의 발광 특성이 변화하는 aging effect가 있다. 다공질 실리콘을 광 센서로 사용하기 위해서는 대기 중에 노출한 후 시간이 경과해도, 동일한 파장을 유지하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기체의 투과성이 낮고, 빛을 잘 투과시키는 폴리머들을 이용하여 다공질 실리콘 표면에 보호막으로 코팅하였다.

  • 현대 전자공학 기술은 집적회로를 이용하기 때문에 소형화, 일체화 등을 요구하고 있다. 이들 회로를 구성하는 소자중 저항체는 가장 기본적인 소자 중에 하나이고 저항자체로써 뿐만 아니라 IC칩 등 다른 전자소자들과 일체형을 이루기도 한다. 저항은 전류의 흐름을 제어하는 중요소자이므로 온도변화와 시간이 경과하여도 안정된 저항값을 유지해야 한다. Ni$_{72}$Cr$_{20}$Al$_3$Mn$_4$Si으로 구성된 Evanohm은 온도계수가 매우 작고, 시간이 경과하여도 초기의 저항값을 잘 유지하는 물질로 오래 전부터 알려져 왔다. (중략)

  • 철골건축물은 화재에 취약한 구조로써 내화성능 확보를 위하여 내화피복이 필수적이다. 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 철골내화피복재는 내화뿜칠재로 폭 넓게 사용되고 있으나, 기존 제도에서 인정 당시의 내화성능은 확인이 가능하나 시간경과에 따른 내구성저하와 이에 따른 내화성능 저하가 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실내조건에서 장시간 자연폭로실험을 실시함으로써 내화뿜칠피복재의 시간경과에 따른 내화성능 저하현상을 확인하였다.

Effects of Tumbling and Immersion on Quality Characteristics of Cured fork Meat with Soy Sauce (텀블링과 침지공정이 간장첨가 돈육의 품질특성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of curing method(tumbling and immersion) and curing time (10 min to 48 hrs) on pH, color, product yield, cooking yield, water holding capacity, shear force, and sensory evaluation of cured pork meat with soy sauce. Curing method had an effective on color of cured meat(before cooking), Meats were tumbled for 30 min, followed by 24 hr and 48 hr delay period showed higher lightness than meat immersed for 24 and 48 hrs, respectively. Tumbling processing improved product yield and cooking yield as compared to immersion counterpart. Therefore, tumbled meat had significantly greater product yield(p <0.05) during working time for 30 min. Increasing curing time improved water holding capacity and tenderness. Although curing time had no influence on sensory evaluation, tumbling processing improved sensory evaluation of texture, juiciness, and overall acceptability fer cured pork meat with soy sauce, as compared to immersion counterpart.

Long-Term Change of the Amount of Soil Erosion in Forest Fire (산불 피해지 토양침식량의 장기적인 변화에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the change of the amount of soil erosion by comparisons between burned and unburned area after forest fire. The amount of soil erosion in burned area was more high 11.2 times in year of fire, 8.4 times in 1 later year, 2 times in 5 later year and 1.3 times in 10 later year than in unburned area. The ratio of soil erosion in burned area was reduced to 98% of 10 later year as compared to the year of fire. Therefore, the soil erosion in the burned area almost tended to stabilization like unburned area passing ten year after forest fire. The most affecting factors on the amount of soil erosion in burned and unburned area were unit rainfall, number of unit rainfall and number of rainfall accumulated.

  • The fundamental studies on the productivity improvement of the purse seine fishery are presented in this paper. The experiment on net shooting and hauling was carried out in the near sea of Jeju Island (33$^{\circ}$37.8' N, 126$^{\circ}$31.1' E) by using the Cheju national university training ship (A-Ra, 990tons) which was constructed for the one boat system operation of purse seine. The corkline and leadline of the purse seine used for the experiment were 829.1m and 995.7m in length, respectively. Micro data recorder system, net sonde, and tensiometer were used to measure the depth of leadline and the tension of purse seine. Based on the measurement data, the motion and tension of purse seine at the time of shooting, hauling, and pursing were characterized. The experimental results are summarized as follows ; 1. The shooting and hauling of net were found to be possible in the one boat system experimental operation. 2. At the time of purse seine shooting, the relationship between the depth (Dp) of leadline and elapsed time (Et) was found to be Dp=7.58Et-6.48. 3. At the time of pursing, the relationship between the depth (Dp) of leadline and elapsed time (Et) was found to be Dp=-0.8Et$^2$+7.42Et+92.04. 4. At the time of pursing, the tension (metric tons) of purse seine attained its maximum value (14.7tons) when the elapsed time is 8 minutes. The relationship with the elapsed time was found to be T=-0.13Et$^2$+3.23Et-5.72.

Quality Attributes of Quarri Green Peppers at Different Storage Temperatures (꽈리고추의 저장온도에 따른 품질특성)

  • Quarri green peppers were stored at $3^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$, and capsaicin, ascorbic acid, chlorophyll, free sugars and surface color of the peppers were measured for 35 days of storage. Capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin of quarri green peppers decreased during storage. The changes were bigger at $25^{\circ}C$ storage than at $3^{\circ}C$. Weight loss and decaying rate of the peppers were affected most by the increasing storage period and temperature. Ascorbic acid diminished remarkably at the beginning of storage period. Free sugars and chlorophyll decreased gradually during storage. Browning of quarri green peppers progressed slowly during storage not in pericarps but in seeds.
